Great service at the outdoor pet vaccine clinic in Farmers Branch. My only issue is that you aren't given anything w/the website on it to locate your vaccine records and nothing arrives by email after completing the profile. Their website does state to email or call and they'll get back to you, so I'm hoping for a response in a day or so as I need the records to get to the groomer. Wonderful people.

They treated my pup with care and they provided with instructions on how to take care of her after her spayed surgery. They followed up with me as well to see how she’s doing and answered questions I had too.

Had an emergency when my cat Enzo had an abscess that burst this morning. They welcomed my walk-in and really went above and beyond for my son. Over all amazing experience, clean place, smelled nice, and you get way more than you pay for. I will definitely be returning.

Always friendly. Always relatively fast. And most importantly, always affordable.They treated my dog for about a quarter of what urgent care quoted me.If you want to be a walk-in however, be sure to arrive by 1 hour to 1.5 hours before they open and LINE UP on the east side of the building. They only have about 5 spots I believe for walk-ins daily. This is why you need to line up.

You get what you pay for. They did not seem to know how to handle a large dog. They dragged him out of the room and didn't give him any of his shots . They said he bit a vet and called animal services forcing us to put our dog in quarantine for 10 days at a cost of close to 600$ . Not to mention the trauma of my daughter for not getting to see her dog for 10 days . I would never set foot in these place again. They have no clue what they are doing. They even got the breed of dog wrong.

I went in for an allergy shot and a dewormer for my dog I feel like I was price gouched at first for both treatments it was 385$ so I decided to just do the allergy shot well my pet already had his rabies shot but I was charged for another one without being asked if he was current total cost was185$ o paid it but seems like they charge from high to low.Low cost pet vet NOT REALLY.Patients be ware.

The staff is so friendly here! I got my kittens first vaccines here today. The prices are affordable and they helped me determine what gender they are. I will definitely come back here for my veterinarian visits!

Great experience with Caleb and Amy. Caleb was training Amy and they were both knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and questions. Our older dog was scared and apprehensive and they were both gentle & reassuring with him. We've been using Low Cost Pet Vet for over a year and highly recommend them.

As of today I am very happy with the service provided at this office, I just ended a call spoke to Tara and she was very helpful, she didn’t promise me to work me in but she gave me her word that she would try her best for me to be worked in and you rarely see that effort from employees. I highly suggest this vet.

My dog was supposed to get dental surgery here but they way until the day of surgery to tell me how risky the surgery would be because of heart issue. So since they waited until the day of, I had to make the decision then on whether or not to take a chance and do surgery. When I decided not to, they wouldn’t give me back my deposit stating I couldn’t cancel the day of surgery. Now tell me how the hell that makes any sense. You waited until the last possible minute to tell me about the dangers of surgery but then refuse to refund me. This place is super shady and clearly money hungry. And the “Manager” was very rude and doesn’t listen at all. I would never take any of my dogs here ever again.

They saved my cat’s life she needed emergency surgery and they were able to to perform it the same day even though I didn’t have an appointment, I received calls for two days on the row to check upon my cat and the procedure was affordable too compared to other places. Staff is very friendly… Thank you!

The best vet I've ever been to. The young lady that helped us was so nice!!Update as of 10/17/22: MUST READI've been coming here since October of 2020. Today was my dog's 3rd vaccination with this place but the atmosphere of this place has totally changed. The same senior vet has been giving my dog her shots since 2020 was very inhumane this time. He knew my dog was afraid of getting shots so she wouldn't leave her corner but instead of him trying to comfort her he told me to yank on her collar then told me he has to use tranquilizer to calm her down. At that point I know this vet is crazy and it's time for him to retire to a nursing home along with Joe Biden. He shows signs of animal cruelty with no compassion or whatsoever to try to calm my dog down instead of standing there like a useless mannequin just to instruct me to yank her collar then jumped to tranquilizer as a solution? Does he think we are in the Safari or something? I walked out and I hope this vet seek help. To the assistant that was helping me, thank you for everything and that place doesn't deserve you.

Been going to this vet over 2 years and I will not go anywhere else unless I relocate. Always friendly and work with our both our friendly and more wary dog. All techs have been friendly and helpful and we've never had a question that wasn't answered.

I love this place! My dog gets anxiety in vet clinics usually but we always stay in the car and they come up and call us inside which is great.Caleb is amazing, and very responsive and kind every time we go here. I feel so comfortable every time. They take a great care of my dog and I will always go back. Easy to get an appointment. And the prices are amazing compared to other vets in Frisco so we do make the long commute as well, but totally worth it! Thank you guys.

This place saved my four paws baby!!!I had a visit because my baby had really bad breath, came up with a Sever teeth infection, teeth cleaning and surgery wasn’t going to happened four weeks after that busy, they didn’t had space, I talked with Juan (Dr Assistant) and bring him my concern because my baby was so bad, early next day Juan called me they had an appointment available for next day to work with my baby, I was so happy. I don’t have words to thank Juan, the Dr and all the staff. This place will be my forever place for my baby!!! Thank you Law Cost Vet. My boy is healing well and ready to be so loved by us!! Picasso says, wow wow thank you!! 🐶
