I love Lillys Decorations Store because she has every brand of balloons I love to use in one place. If by any chance I need a certain color balloon asap she is always there to answer any questions. Just wow!!!! I CANNOT even begin to explain how incredibly sweet every single person working in this store is to customers!!! They seriously are the most welcoming, kind, and helpful people!! I felt overwhelmed with the idea of going to a balloon store for the first time, but I drove an hour to come here. From the moment I walked in, they walked me through all my questions, offered to blow up balloons so I could see the colors in person, and they helped me match up everything I was needing. I wish they were closer, I would seriously be in here everyday! So thankful that I found this store for future purchases! Worth the drive!!!!

Such an amazing variety of colors and sizes! Lily (owner) is super friendly and VERY VERY helpful!!! She spent so much time helping me choose colors for my daughters birthday party and even blew up different colors/brands to compare and show me! Definitely will be back for any balloon needs in the future! Prices are also amazing!

They were super nice and went the extra mile to help me!! We drove 1.5 hrs to get here and get balloons same day! They had a huge variety of colors and Brands for all budgets!! I highly recommend them I cannot exaggerate just how nice, welcoming, and helpful they were!! While at the store, I met another balloon decorator who also drives from afar just to come to this store! That should tell you something!!! And I meet several more lovely customers who had been coming here faithfully as well. I am now part of that faithful crowd! I love this store and the people running it! I drive 45 minutes just to come get balloons and more. I 100% recommend shopping with them and making them your go to spot. They now offer online/shopping & shipping if Irving TX is too far for ya.

Wow. Talk about customer service! I was blown away by the attention I received today when I visited the store. I was able to see all the variations of the colors I was interested in blown up to know what I was really getting. She made sure my friend and I had exactly what we wanted for our vision. You won’t get that kind of service at a big box store- no way - nor all the best balloon brands. I’ve previously purchased some of these brand balloons online, but I’ll be giving my business to Lily’s now. It’s worth a note that I live on the other side of Dallas and it’s worth the drive!
