I normally like coming into the store to purchase my puppy’s shots. However this past visit was not as pleasant as normal. I experienced a young Hispanic gentleman with a very condescending attitude. I asked another gentleman a question about a shot he was very helpful and understood what I was asking. The Hispanic gentleman rudely interrupted our conversation to responded without being invited into the conversation. I’ve always bought every dog I’ve had puppy shots here and never experienced unfriendly customer service. I will continue to do business here but I will definitely NEVER allow him to ever service me. BTW I’m only identifying his ethnicity because I did not get his name. Had I gotten his name I would have definitely called back to complain on him.

Normally don't leave bad reviews but chicks were in a bad state. Multiple dead. Poor heat source. Informed employee and he just said "i need to clean it" but doing nothing even after it was brought to his attention.

This store is a joke. They say they close at 7pm but lock the door at 6:45pm. I arrived and decided to call and see if they could help me because I really needed hay for my horse, this gentlemen steps out and says “can you see it’s lock, once is lock we can’t help you” poor service.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, plus I was knocking to see if they could still help me before calling the store, and this girl at the register saw me and instead of saying they close earlier she just ignores me and walks always. What a terrible service.

This store is a joke the employees that work here don’t even know the pricing information I have had the price for the same product change everytime I purchase it. Litterly come every 2 weeks for the same hen scratch and they have a different price everytimeThey make up they own price depending on the worker. I told them exactly what I wanted they guy rang it up the other person the loader said no that’s the wrong price when he was loading and wanted me to go back in and redo my order I’m no.I will be filing a complaint. With the BBB

Irving Feed Store and the team are fantastic. They helped us locate adult ducks for a local lake. We were extremely impressed with the care and love for the ducks that their team displayed. Irving Feed Store is a gem and we highly recommend them.

Been going here since I was a kid, I grew up on Balleywood Road at house #833 and we were here almost daily to get the horses hay and a myriad of whatever needed items. Also had my first hustle with them, wayyy back I used to breed mice and sell them to this feed store for snake food or pets. I was like 12 and 13, and it afforded me money to go to the mall and food court with my friends/crew at the time. Good ol memories here. Great service we always got too. They bring the hay to your vehicle and load it for you, any other oats or feed etc as well. Love this spot, hope it remains for years to come.

One star simply because of the ridiculous price of a cheap pair of gloves you can get at the dollar store or Walmart for less than $5, they're charging $16 I can't believe they would overprice such a cheap pair of gloves. WOW! If they fix this I'll edit my review to more stars.

Awesome customer service, the people here are curtious, efficient, professional and friendly. Came here to get chicken feed for my chickens . The dog food is also cheaper than at the pet stores. Definitely recommend this place to anyone and all families.

We've been going here for a year for all our chicken needs. Staff is friendly and has lots of great tips. Service is always quick (in and out in a flat 2 minutes if I'm just grabbing a few bags of feed) and prices and selection are reasonable. Plus, the employees always go out of their way to show my kids the newest chicks and chat about the breeds. I love that it's my corner store and I don't have to drive 15 minutes to a big box place!

Let me tell you something. The place was well put together, the staff was very helpful, and the prices were good. I was there and I had a very complicated question about a medication for my dog. The gentleman that were there were so helpful in actually reaching out to a specialist that they had on tap to answer my complicated question and match my needs with what they had in the store. Awesome! They have earned my business and I will for sure be back.

Best place EVER! Would recommend to anyone who has any animal. ❤️ I got a baby chick at work and they helped me get them all set up and recommended a friend because they need friends. Very welcoming and knowledgeable about really everything! Could not be happier with the service!

Nice people but they never have what I need in stock. The former owners made sure they were fully stocked. The new owners don't seem to know how much of which products to order. I had to drive to Grand Prairie the last two times I needed chicken feed because this feed store was out. And they were out for more than a week at a time! It's a feed store! How does a feed store not order enough chicken feed?

These folks are great. Such an interesting store to go to. I took my puppy in to get her vaccines. You don't always have to go to a vet. The feed store offers the meds at a much reduced rate.

I have always bought my feed from here and chickens and raised them to full grown. My sister recently bought four chicks and they all died within a few hours of getting them home. I bought two Saturday and they also died with 2 hours of getting home. I have always raised chicks and never had an issue. I called the manager and he basically didn’t care, his response was, oh well it’s a circle of life. He just lost good business from us. You would think he would cared a little considering we have been going there for years. Never doing business there again, very unprofessional and a horrible place when it comes to customer service.

Bad customer service!!! I have been buying my quail feed for about a year and the last bag I bought had bugs in it. I called on three separate days and have left my number three different times and still have not heard back from them. I have 30+ birds that needed feed. I will take my business to someone who cares about their customers. Good riddance Irving Feed Store!

Used to be the best feed store, but they got a new computer register and never trained their workers properly on how to use it. They've over charged on posted prices and since they don't know how to correct the error on the new system, they just cancel the whole sell. ( good business model I guess)

Knowledgeable and friendly! And the very helpful girl who's name I can't remember but who's excellent customer service I will never forget has the cutest ferret 💜. A beautiful dog , very talkative but sweet cockatoo and that adorable ferret also will help you with any decisions lol. If you have an animal go to Irving feed!

This is one of the neatest stores I've ever been to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I come here for my dog's food since it's the only place near me that sells it. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the fast and friendly service!

Went in there for replacement milk for my kitty and there was none but the guy up front completely went out of his way to accommodate me . If your babies need anything go here they have really great staff here who will go beyond their means of helping . Will be coming here for my future purchases.

WARNING !!!! DON'T GET YOUR FEED HEREBoss has No concern for our problems..I've been buying from irving feed since Febuary of this year..Today i bought my feed and its full of bugs.. I called the store to let them know and they said it always has bugs in it.Well this is the first I've seen bugs in my feed.Well they dont want to give me my money back or exchange it.. This is what the boss man said because i mixed it.I can't bring it back " I have to deal with it"Im pretty upset but can't do anything about it..Well its my last trip here i tell you that..

It's a green delighted Garden for small and big Animals ,it's a dream world in their focus .they have powerful images and visions and senses , that they can tell, where these Seven greens came from .Similarly they wants to enjoy life.We better not to Ignore , Oppress or Hurt them ,if we do ,it will be too late for apologies or crying to them,,. Because, we don't know their languages ,to ask them for apologies,, and neither they have a spoken Tongue to forgive Us .if you ask the creator for forgiveness ,the creator will tell you that ,it's up to the Animals and their Rights. Only repent will be the Answer. It will be better not to invite unwanted stress and tension to interfere in our daily life..Thanks a bunch for having All kind of Seeds and Feeds for All kind of lovely hopeful Animals like creatures.We are Thankful for your great courtous Services.Asadullah.
