Thank you for the wonderful and amazing work that you do! There are no words to express how much we appreciate your team for being there for us and our fur-babies when we needed you the most. Especially with our senior yorkie of 17 years, our sweet London. I highly recommend City Vet in Las Colinas, TX for anyone that is looking for a 5 stars vet, from their customer service, to their professionalism, to their love for animals. After a while, you and your pet become part of their veterinarian family. Thanks again!

I really love this staff! I take all three of my babies here, but especially for my old girl (pictured), they do a great job of being patient and kind to my spicy and grumpy gal. Every time I come in whether it’s for an annual or if one of the animals is sick, Dr. O and the rest of the crew sit with me and my babies on the floor and love on them as best as they can while providing excellent care. They always answer all my questions and are extremely communicative! Thank you for helping me keep my animals happy and healthy 🐱🐶

Went here for an emergency vet visit. When I walked in there were 6 people at the front desk and they acted as if I didn’t walk inside and 15 ft to the front desk. They completely ignored my presence until I threw my hands up in the air and at the point they said hi welcome in. Insane how customer service is no longer a thing. Overall it was expensive for what little bandage wrap and pain pills my pup got. Won’t be going here again.

City vet Las Colinas is hands down the best vet I have ever been to. We’ve taken our dog Chief here since he was a puppy and they have always given him the best care. Everyone who works here loves the animals that come in and are so sweet with them. I can’t imagine taking him anywhere else!

I started out going to City Vet in Oak Lawn but since I moved to Las Colinas I decided to try out the City Vet here. I was not disappointed. Sure it’s costly, but the staff is great and they offer everything! Kathy at the front desk was extremely warm and welcoming! Dr. Jana was the best vet I’ve ever taken my cat to and was extremely helpful when it came to his issues. I am so happy that City Vet Las Colinas is the new vet for my babies. Thank you guys! 5 stars :D

The first person that I encountered was Maddy two days ago when I made my appointment and she couldn’t have been more understanding, caring and accommodating to me and by baby. Then when I got there today (I am so sorry I cannot remember the girls name), she was also so warm and welcoming that I honestly just felt more than safe and comfortable handing my pup over to her for my dogs nail trim. I got a little worried when 20 minutes later Emily came out with my dog (she is extremely feisty when it comes up to her nails) and told me she was done. I was so confused but when I tell you that professionalism is a forefront at CityVet! Thank you so much for taking care of my little one <3

I took my cat there two years ago, and he was diagnosed with kidney disease. I allowed sub-q fluids to be given, and the recommendation was further fluids on a regular basis. He had a cardiac episode a week later and had to go to emergency. With two hospitalizations and medication, he was able to live two more months. He had 5 doctors total over the time with the hospital, and not one ever suggested sub-q fluids. His heart could not have taken that treatment. I don't believe at all that one dose of fluids caused a reaction, but I know it was not an appropriate treatment to continue. This is the second City Vet vet I have used, and I would not recommend either one.

I’ve been looking for a vet for my cats For quite some time . I heard of CityVet so I decided to try them and I have to say that I am beyond pleased with this establishment. Everybody from the front desk to the doctor were caring, friendly, and professional. I love the location and their prices are very reasonable, I’m very happy with CityVet and they are now my permanent vet office for my kitties!

We love being greeted by name! Our dogs get excited walking in. Dr. Ordonez is fantastic. She takes her time and pays attention to details. She is very personable and makes sure she understands our concerns and provides great feedback and assurance.

I took my dogs in recently for baths which includes a nail trimming. The staff took very great care of them and left them looking and smelling amazing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing any kind of pet care! Staff is very friendly and prompt

Wow! I love this vet office! The whole staff was so friendly and good to my cat, from the front desk, assistant, to the vet! They were on time with the appointment, took their time explaining everything to me, and I didn't feel rushed at all! Clean office and nice waiting area. Super impressed and can't wait to go back! Pricey and somewhat deceiving. I assumed since the prices where higher than my old vet that I'd be getting atleast the same level of vaccine. (which I understand is my fault)But no, the prices are significantly more and the rabies vaccine is shorter in lifespan.Be sure to ask how long their rabies vaccine is because if you want anything more than 1 year for $41 you're out of luck.The staff is nice, the place is clean, and well kept. So there is that atleast.

Everyone was very kind and caring.. My dog had a bad sore but was more shaken up from all the smells of other animals. She had a bit of attitude and the doctors were very patient and eased into getting to know her. I loved the experience and professionalism. Glad I chose to take her there. The doctor and staff are absolutely incredible and truly care for your fur babies. One of the days I was to pick up a prescription and got late leaving from work and they stayed open a little after their stipulated closing time so I could get the medicine my puppy needed. Cannot be more grateful.

I am very grateful to have stumbled upon City Vet at the Paws Colinas dog park grand opening. I recently moved to the area and was in search of a new primary vet for my fur baby and was so lucky to have found the Las Colinas City Vet location for many reasons: not only do they offer wellness exams, this location also offers grooming right next door! The City Vet staff is amazing and pay very close attention to detail. I took my pup in for a grooming and groomer Victoria noticed a few bumps on my pup’s skin, the staff called me and let me know to not be alarmed and asked if I’d like Dr. Bryant to have a closer look. Dr. Bryant is the absolute best. She was very thorough and knowledgeable, and I trusted her recommendation as we discovered that Peaches has seasonal allergies!I’d recommend this location to any friends and family for a vet in Irving area!

This is by far the worst place I have ever been to in August of 2023 I came in for assistance as my dog was bleeding out. I was overlooked for other people who were present I kept asking for assistance for help with my dog and I was denied multiple times. When I finally was seen I was treated as nothing more than a dollar sign. The amount of money that I could spend to take care of my dog was given priority then the actual care of my dog. On that same day because I was denied service my dog died. At what point is the amount of money made a priority over the actual care of the dog. I am still heartbroken over the loss of my dog that could have been avoided if my dog had received care.

Update: we took one of our frenchies in for a last minute gland expression she desperately needed. Unfortunately, CItyVet was closing early due to staffing shortages. However, Michelle G was kind enough to stay open a little later and help up with our pup. We are so grateful to have such an accommodating Vet in our area. Thank you so much Michelle!We took our 3 French bulldogs to City Vet in Las Colinas for their yearly wellness check. We received outstanding service from their team throughout our visit. I would also like to note this is the most detailed and in depth wellness exam our dogs have ever had. We will be coming back to City Vet for the foreseeable future to address our pets’ healthcare needs. Thank you City Vet!

I want to thank this city vet clinic for there professionalism and compassion for all my cats and towrards me ! I recently had my cat Bella pass away and every single person who works there send me a condolences card in my mail I have never had anything done like that for anyone of my cats at other animals clinics I am glad to have chose them to care for my cats ! They have said that my kitten has one testicle inside his body and they need to neater immediately after he is 6 months old. I didn’t believe them because they have done physical check without any requests. And they have always asking for additional unnecessary money oriented “doctor’s recommendations “ items. Money is not everything. I have gone to another vet and they check my kitten. Thanks to God he has no problem. I was very afraid when I first heard the testicle issue but I see that it is not real. I remember while they are doing the physical checking my kitten, my kitten was in pain. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this vet. I have %100 negative experiences.

We had a EXCELLENT experience with City Vet today. The staff was so friendly and positive. The office was so clean and spacious. Dr. Ordóñez gave us a detailed explanation about what could have happened to my senior Yorkie Simba’s eye. She told us what needed to be done in the future if it happened again. She also explained that even though he was a senior he still had pep in his step so he needed to do some walking since he had lost some muscle in his shoulder. Dr. O really put my fears and my sister in laws fears to rest. I give Dr. O, her assistant Natalie, and the receptionist Madeline ten golden stars!!!

We’ve been seeing Dr. Bryant since 2008. She is incredibly wonderful with both our cats and dogs. We knew she was going to be a right fit for us when we first visited her, she walked into the room and immediately started loving on my animals and they love her! We love and trust her to guide us on what’s best for our fur babies.
