Never come back to this place. A/C was not working in my room. Because they couldn’t clean other rooms we couldn’t be offered another room! Then when at you gront desk ladies couldn’t even assist in any resolution! Bad management and bad front desk people vi would not recommend this place! No communication and care for the fussy all ! Slept in truck!! Zero stars to this place!!!

This place is the worst to work for truly the owner will literally fire you just so they can save money won't even give you any reason just straight fire you she's the worst and the pay is also the worst you literally make the most is 300 a week and you have to do alot clean rooms, the pool, the outside of the hotel, kitchen, lobby, restrooms all for that pay than she will have someone get the apartment and screw them over in a month or so and tell them they have a week to get out rhonda bryd is the worst and her partner Fred Parker is just as bad !

This hotel was actually really nice considering the town has limited options. It was really clean inside. You could smell the cleanliness upon entering. The room was kinda dark but comfortable. The furniture is outdated. The bed wasn't the softest either but it worked for one night. Water pressure in the shower was a plus and they had a complimentary mini fridge and microwave. Overall this hotel was decent and I would definitely stay here again. It was pet friendly.

Anyone who has complained about this hotel is someone who just chooses to complain for no reason! I would highly recommend staying here. My kids and I were towed here after my car broke down, we showed up at 3am and I figured once we checked on we would probably have to check out by noon. Instead the very kind gentleman at the front said since we got there at the time we did we would be able to keep the room until noon the following day to give some time for my car to get fixed. The staff were all so friendly, the place was very clean. The ladies were working hard cleaning all day and they were all smiles. I truly enjoyed our stay here in Iraan, got to experience some true small town kindness.

The ladies that run and operate this hotel where phenomenal! The room was clean and comfortable. I was able to adjust the thermostat to my liking. Everyone here was kind and courteous. The only negative was there was not a phone in the room. I really needed a phone, my cell phone had zero service (metro). BUT...the staff was kind enough to allow me to use theirs. Other than that very small inconvenience everything else was exceptional. Also, have to make a note...there is no breakfast served due to covid.But there is an awesome donut shop a block away with decent coffee and tasty kolaches!

Very clean rooms, with everything needed for a comfortable stay including very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Good location close to town. Staff very helpful with car issues. Provided a good basic breakfast daily. The pool was not open while we were there back in June 2016.

My husband and I live on the road so it is always nice to feel at home with staff at Mesa View Inn. Clean rooms! Awesome towels and shower! Convenient parking! The staff always takes care of us every week! Thank you!

Surprisingly a very nice hotel for the area. I had some of the best sleep here compared to other nearby towns. Not many options for food, but the hotel is very clean and comfy and has a pool.

WORST MOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. STAY AT TRAIL WEST LODGE, AT LEAST THEY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE.Let me start by saying I've helped the owner of here once when he needed someone to pick up and install a washer for him, which I did. I have friends and family that have also stepped in to help him manage it when people from the town fell through.I made reservations around 12:07 p.m. on Friday... The lady I spoke to was very nice, but repeatedly said she didn't know how to work a computer well and was having trouble putting in my information and payment info. She then said, can you just pay later? I asked, will I still have a reservation? She said yes, it just is your choice. So I told her if she is having that much trouble, I'll wait. She had said the room would need to be cleaned, etc and that she was the only one there so it would be awhile. I then clarified that I would be checking in around midnight. So the room was booked and she said I have you in a King room, because we don't have any doubles available, and it'll be 111 or 112.I go to check in at 12:07 a.m.. Walk through the doors and there is a sign that says, "someone is available 24/7, please call the number." I called for 10+ minutes. I could hear the person in the apartment behind the desk, the TV was VERY loud, and I could hear the phone ringing. I then heard it start silencing. So I then knocked on the side door and continued to call. I did use a bit of a loud knock, which also saying who I was and that I just needed to get the key to the room I reserved... still no answer.I the stepped through to the apartment door to knock, and waved at the camera to say who I am and that I just desperately needed my room. All the while you can hear the phone being silenced and not answered. She then decided to call the cops, which isn't much here. I had some guy try and tell me what was going on, yet he had no clue. I guess you can't expect much from small town police, they love to bully and abuse what little power they have. He ran his mouth and we just left.30 minutes later, we called from a local phone, and she answered! She said that she was using the restroom, but according to the rules of the owner, no on is supposed to be back there sleeping and doing such, which is what she was up too.I travel for a living, both in large and small communities. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. This is the absolute WORST place to stay, as I had found out that front door was supposed to be locked, but she was back napping instead. That means even guest in the building was in danger because ANYONE could have come off the street and harmed or stolen as she had not locked the front door. I was also told that they only opened for the weekend as the had been shut down for an employee bringing their child to work who had covid... I know! Disaster. I now know why the older place has all the business, because it is ran with decency.STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THIS PLACE USED TO BE GREAT, BUT NOW IT IS GARBAGE. This is one of the less than five 1 star reviews I've ever left. Don't risk your safety to stay at a place where the employees would rather sleep than work and where they bring sick family members to work.All of the situation was caught on video, if their cameras actually work, and if so, then we have receipts... TERRIBLE AWFUL PLACE. They'd rather get you shot that have you check in during their mid night slumber.

Best place in Iraan. Low Key and They don't bother you. Also you won't bother them as no one is ever around. So don't lose your key. And if you like Hot showers, this isn't the place for you. Luke warm at BEST no matter what part of the day. Make sure you turn the heater on before you shower, will will need to lay in bed to warm back up. Pro tip

The person that stayed in the room prior to me put their wash cloth on the curtain rod. The only reason I know this is because it was still there when I went to use the shower. With all of that being said.. do you think they REALLY clean the rooms?

After a day of traveling, we found the Mesa Inn very comfortable and kindly accommodating. Rolling into town, we were tired & starving. As luck would have it, we had car trouble, then our pup startled a skunk - who sprayed him! Yolanda & her co-workers were so very kind in helping us attend to all our needs. It is with pure gratitude that the Mesa Inn and staff receives 5 stars!

Life saver. This place is highly recommended by me. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. I dont have one bad thing to say about this place. They can try and up the breakfast selection a bit but still nothing bad to say.

I saw this hotel and it looked new and nice. Went inside and a young fat kid wearing a small t shirt with a hat on backwards was my hotel clerk. He really looked like he just ate and didnt want to help me out and didnt know much at all when i asked simple questions like "where is a good place to eat?" I got my room key and didnt received any paper with what room i got so i had to ask him to tell me what room i got. The room was ok, and i had to get in contact with my employer via email so i needed to know the password for the wifi so i picked up the room phone and died 0. The screen said call failed. I walked down stairs and asked the front desk clerk what the wifi password was and asked how to call the front desk. The fat kid said press 0. told him thats what i did and he's conclusion was that the phone isnt working because of the weather. "the weather that day was clear and not one drop of rain" So i went back to my room and tried to connect to the wifi and of course wasnt connecting. Walked all the way back to the front desk because of my room phone was not working and asked the front desk to help me connect to the internet. The fat kid said he didnt know how to connect to the wifi and he said the wifi and phone lines are connected and both might be out. I got pissed and asked for his name and the name of the manager and asked to speak with the manager. The fat kid named John said shes not in and she will be in the next day and her name is Lorrie. So i went back to my room and decided to take a shower. No soap. This Sucks! The next day I asked to speak with the manager and when i told her what my issue was she told me the front desk clerk was wearing the proper clothes for work and didnt really care about my other issue and just really cared about my payment. Worst place i have ever been. Dont go here. Go to the other hotel on the other side of town!!!!!

Very clean when the a super nice and friendly staff. It is a little high priced but it's a hotel in the middle of nowhere. It had lovely decore and nice surrounding area.

The motel stinks of oil and dirty clothes. Smells soured in the hallways. Beds are hard as rocks. Smells like oilfield trash. It's horrible. I've stayed here the last 8 years. Very disappointed. To top that off, they went up on prices. Horrible!!!

Ended up here after getting stranded during a road trip and had to wait for our vehicle to get repaired. This place is very clean and the team that works there are great.
