Got there a few mins before closing and the manager literally closed the door in my face as I was about to walk in... if I closed the doors in a customers face 5 minutes AFTER closing I would be fired... I’m amazed that such poor customer service is acceptable. When you are the ONLY store in town open past 8 that carries certain over the counter meds and you close your door IN MY FACE BEFORE CLOSING TIME... I think market street 12 miles away deserves my business more

Very economical shopping. Well stocked. Most of time not over crowded. Offer nice coupon savings. Very willing to help in locating items.

They have lost our business... We went in to get shampoo and conditioner to save the trip to Wal-Mart (where I Could have gotten it cheaper anyway) and asked the manager if they had African American hair products because there was none on the shelf, to which he replies in a RUDE way "Nope, don't have em, and WE DONT NEED EM." So my husband asks him why that is because every dollar General we have been to has carried at least a small section of hair products for African Americans & he said it depends on their location & his store will not carry it... Apparently there's not enough black people in this town. Smh. I'll drive the extra miles to Wichita Falls for any of the things I might need. Apparently the Dollar General on Jacksboro Highway has the products were looking for because they're in a "black neighborhood"

Definitely the biggest Dollar General I have been to. There is a large selection of items to choose from. The store is clean and the staff is friendly.
