This Dollar General is the most unreliable store I've ever seen. They never hold to the stores own schedule, they close whenever they feel like it. The store is filthy, it makes me wish I lived in Kerrville. I've never written a bad review, I'm frustrated. We Shop here everyday, and you never know when they will just throw a sign on the door and close. This has been going on for a couple of months now

The cashier at the front was so friendly and efficient. My bank card was blocked due to travelling, and she was so patient and kind.

This store is a good place for certain. Not all items are of good quality. Some of their cleaning products are very good. Shop around and check things out. However, beware that if something looks too goid to cost $1.00 look for a price tag on the item. They NOW mix items in that are full price!

Very crowded, aisles block with products, and one checker on duty that caused a very long line to form. Eventually the second cashier that was on break returned and the customers got checked fairly fast.I don't fault the cashier for the long line, but I hope there's a more effective way in the future to resolve a situation like that.

This is the dirtiest store I have ever gone to. The bathroom has a leaky toilet and sink, garbage everywhere, and dead roaches. The floors are filthy and look like they never mop under anything. The shelves desperately need washed. Even the parking lot is dirty. Trash overflows from the yard into the ditch by it. When I told a cashier, she said the manager there told her that it isn't their job to do that stuff. And, on top of that. the aisles are always full of boxes, which makes it hard to walk through places. Everything is always out of stock. Someone. Eeds to report this pla e to corporate.

The night “manager” (the guy with black messy hair) is extremely rude!He makes this store unbare-able.He is rude especially when closing.I bought clearance items, that were supposed to be half off, and was charged full price! Employees should be paying attention to this!Once I even caught him talking bad about a customer who sounded like she may have had a health problem. He was making fun of an ederly lady!Who does that?He should not be interacting with customers, much less managing!I really hope cooperate sees this! Something needs to be done.

I shop at the one in Ingram the most. It's the closest one to me. I like it because it's not so hard to get into. You don't have to park a mile away from the front door.The main thing that annoys me is they are probably shorthanded. Their Isles are always blocked with carts of merchandise. Maybe they can't help it but I'm not sure.

Place was nice and well maintained two people were working a very nice lady and another man, the man of which was terribly rude. I was simply just looking at magazines and he rudely asked what I was doing. I also noticed that he was being intentionally rude to other customers and seemed like he should not have been working there. He ruined my visit.

It's an ok place if you forgot something and need to run in for one or two items. Staff is kind of rude and sometimes you sit at the register for 10 minutes with no one in site and when they finally do show up they almost never apologize for making you wait. I only go there for milk, cereal, or bread in emergencies.

This is a much needed store for the area. The people who work here strive to provide excellent quality products at lower prices. In addition you can always find an enthusiastic employee who is willing to be of assistance.

The place is a mess. Over 30 people in line, one cashier and one customer taking forever for a cigarette search, that had the cashier leaving her register to go and search for her. Did I say the place is a pig sty ... it is! Stuff stacked everywhere, no room to move in the aisles, the bathroom has not been clean in years!!! Shameful!!!

Me and my friend went yesterday to these store and since we get there one of the employers (women ) was in really bad mood dumping make up and other frágiles productos one bucket to other ,When I get to the register I have coupons to pay for shampoo and she said I cannot use 4 Coupons on 4 shampoo, she said I can only use 1 coupon and I said please read the coupon it says I can use 4 coupons one for each product and she says no you cannot use it because you cannot take the shampoos almost for free , ( I think they need to learn the rules of coupons I know some people abuse but these time it was nothing wrong I read very good before I go to buy something.I know they have store policy but that's depend who is in the register these time she not tryed to scan the coupons to see if it work or no ,So what is the point ,I try to save money for my family it's not my fault sometimes they have a cheaper things I use the similar coupons to buy diferent things in CVS, H-E-B or Walmart and I never have problems and when i said that she said than I need to go to HEB .....and I'm not trying to buy thousands like older people they go and buy just because they have a lot of coupons I just buy a little bit at the time but this time I decided to stop at Dollar General but is the last time it was so embarrassed 😩she wasn't nice to me When i said that I don't want the shampoos she just grab it and throw in the floor in another box and laugh and she told me have a good day! Next .Bad bad attitude with customers.

Associates seemed more interested in the schedule than the customers. When they got off and if they go a break...you were doing better with older folks why did you let them go!

I love this place . They have everything, lots of fun to look around. I always find something, wouldn't go anywhere else for candles. 2 wick candles for $5. Love it.

I would like to thank the employees at Dollar General in Ingram, TX for showing up for work on February 16, 2021 during savior freezing weather. Almost every business in Kerrville and Ingram were closed. People are without electricity and water.Dollar General, Those employees deserve a bonus. I'm a retired business owner and know when someone has gone above and beyond the call of duty.

I was sick this morning but had run out of cough medicine and kleenex. I quickly ran to the Dollar General in Ingram. As I walked in, covering my nose and mouth with a kleenex, I saw a little table set up with face masks and hand sanitizer! Kudos Dollar General. . . . .many times we sick folks don't want to go out but have to. . . you made it known that you still want our business and will help us from spreading our coughs and sneezes to others. I am so impressed!

Manager locks the doors 10 minutes before closing and 15 minutes before closing she goes through the store and per customer "Ma'am Ma'am, We are closing"!So do not bother going to near 10pm.
