Copper Pot in Ingram is a wonderful hidden gem. Its quaint atmosphere is charming, and with the warm service and excellent, freshly prepared fare, it’s AMAZING! The chef does a great job of selecting interesting plates to keep you coming back for more. Let’s start with Crab Queso; OMG! The Filet Mignon was PERFECT! And the Blueberry, Lemon Cake was unimaginably good and MOIST! 5 Stars for sure!

Really cute restaurant with a small home style feel. Nice waitstaff and people. Really like the aesthetics of the place as well.We had some breakfast egg plates. The food was very good and seemed that the ingredients was fresh and well sourced.The seating areas are comfortable. They offer has an open and bright feel. There is a front and back seating area.The bathrooms are clean and well designed. Pleasure to use and wash ones hands prior to a meal.Overall great experience. We will definitely come back.F

Wow! I will be back! First time here 2/6/24. I got the special for the day, spinach and bacon quiche. It was light and fluffy and so delicious, and came with a generous side salad. It rivaled the Dienger's french quiche in Boerne I loved when I lived there. My friend got the nachos as a meal and was impressed as well...a clean plate ranger haha. 👌 I also couldn't resist when they set out a Lemon Blueberry drizzle cake on the table and got a slice to go 😋 Love the beautiful 3D paintings for sale, so unique! Great service, checked on us often even though a full house.

An excellent small family owned restaurant with attention to detail. Each entree is plated beautifully with fresh ingredients. Specials include the chef’s daily selection with a few special touches such as hot tea served in your own personal teapot and various dessert items. Brunch includes omelettes and frittatas with a green salad, and eggs benedict. They also offer traditional pancakes, eggs and biscuits with large portions. For lunch they offer great sandwiches, burgers, salads and other farm to table style fresh entrees. The service is always on point with the friendliest staff around. It can get busy on Sundays around noon.

Just don’t understand how people will give a place a 1 star after being told politely that they were closed due food being sold out due to a very busy night . That’s the restaurant business, Daryl Robinson, made it loud and clear as he yelled at the staff that he will tell everyone not to come to copper pot ever, as he thought he was entitled to be sat down even after closed signs were put out before his arrival, Shame, that’s why they decided to not do dinners anymore on Friday and Saturday nights, as far as I’m concerned they try to give you their best no matter what is thrown at them 🍻

First time to visit here. Truly delightful. At 10:30am, we ordered the Las Migas breakfast and the Verde Hash breakfast. The plates arrived super fast and both were fresh, flavorful, and excellent. The Verde salsa was the best we've had locally. The restaurant was very clean throughout. Although the 5-star review is deserved, a few things are worth mentioning: 1. The food is highly oversalted. 2. The iced tea is barely mediocre. Overall, this might be our new favorite place for breakfast or lunch.

lovely and yet underrated/undiscovered place, food is hands down: fast, fresh, delicious. menu is not too big, but very well thought through. my waffle tortillas (or tortilla waffles?) were a little bit too salty (bacon, sausage, cheese), and IMHO would benefit from a little of a sour cream on the side, but overall it's just a genius idea. I enjoyed it.

Came for breakfast. Had the Vaquero omelet. 10/10! I love a good omelet and this was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The flavors mixed so well together and it was fluffy and filled with the perfect ratio of veggies to meat. The plate came with some chips & salsa, mixed fruit, perfectly crispy bacon, and perfectly cooked potatoes. Beautiful setup. Highly recommend.

My recent visit to the Copper Pot was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, and after waiting 5 min to be seated we were informed that they didn't have enough food to seat us. What made the experience worse was that they didn't even attempt to accommodate us by offering an alternative or suggesting something else from their menu. It felt like a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Needless to say, we left feeling frustrated and hungry. I won't be returning to the Copper Pot anytime soon.

This place is darling! The atmosphere is just lovely, lots of plants and artwork. We had excellent service too! The food is delicious and soooo fresh. We got there for lunch, I had the special of chicken salad on a buttery croissant with chunky sweet potato fries. Husband had the smash burger which he proclaimed was fabulous. We will be back for breakfast before we leave the area!

I ate at the Copper Pot on Saturday August 5th with my friend her choice but both of our first-time visit. My friend ate the pastrami and Swiss on rye bread with side of French fries. I ate the tasty grilled chicken with Chipotle cream sauce and asked for the Cole slaw on the side with creamy pinto beans. Everything was delicious and our waiter Kevin was very nice and attentive.
