I just really want to give a shout out to the whole crew who was working today at the Dollar general on April 2nd 2023. From the store manager to the other two guys that were there and they were willing to help me return an item that I had purchased out of town and I didn't need anymore because I was able to make it home they went above and beyond to help me and trying to figure out a way that I could return the item especially since I had purchased it on self checkout when the people in Ingleside have only had self checkout for a couple of weeks it was a learning curve for everybody and they still all took the time out of their day even though I was holding up everything they were still able to assist other customers while assisting me and trying to figure out how I could do a return on my item so I am thankful from the bottom of my heart because I have had horrible experiences with Dollar general in the past and not at this store in particular just other Dollar generals but this one is great I really recommend it for anybody The people are great and helpful And I am forever thankful.

Store is very organized, but the managers are very ignorant and lazy. The poor cashier who was trying to stock had to ring me up whilst two managers stood in front of the second register chatting their heads off. I stood there for 3 or 4 minutes and they blatantly ignored me the entire time.

Stopped here for some toys and snacks on our way to Mustang Island State Park. Staff were extremely friendly. Great selection of items in the store, very easy to find even for someone who has never stopped at this location before. Prices were great.

Very crowded disorganized some areas are.so full of bins of merchandise that need to be shelved u cant reach anything u may want.to purchase I went in looking for men's socks and felt bad having the gentleman move so many bins just to find out they didn't have the size I needed. He said they are grossly understaffed and expect managers and employees alike to stock and help customers at same time with limited hours.

Well dang! I went in today and the manager David verbally abused me for trying to find the 90% off socks! He also lied about their store policy! I’ve seen him throw away items and he was claiming they donate them! He kept saying I was looking for blue dot and grey dot stuff that they would be sent back to corporate! I was looking for grey star socks! Why treat a disabled person like this because you think they’re penny shopping? Do your job and worry about the actual thieves! You don’t treat people like this! You just DON’T!

As a customer shopping at this particular location, their were several vendors in the store at once, the isles were filled with the merchandise the vendors brought in which made it difficult to shop. However the vendors had no option but to set the merchandise down the isles. Not their fault, the gentleman that walked in to the store im guessing had to be in some type of leadership role only made a comment to one vendor about their merchandise blocking the isles so customers can shop. I found that unfair and unjust that he only got onto 1 vendor and not all of them. I can only imagine how he treats his employees/co-workers. Would not recommend this location to shop at if vendors can't be treated right, they are just like customers and should be treated as such.

It convenient store with all stuff's except vegetables and fruits. I'm so lucky to find this store in close to my apartment. Some of items as the same brand are cheaper than HEB or Walmart . this store has very nice and helpful for all questions.

The Ingleside Texas Dollar General next to the post office does not honor they're advertised discounts that they neglected to pull down anybody that does customer service knows that you do the cashier was rude to me and I left the items and I will not go back in I then drove to the Aransas Pass Dollar General they are kind and considerate and they always honor their promotions even if it was a mistake that they should not still be up that is a Dollar General just before HEB coming from Ingleside the manager herself assisted me always get great service are I've been in the Ingleside 1/3 times and always been treated like it didn't matter if I made a purchase or not I will never walk in Ingleside Dollar General by Sonic again Aransas Pass you've got me I'm going to stay with you ma'am if you want great assistance and customer service go to the Dollar General in Aransas Pass

Every time I walk in they only have one register and 5 people standing in the back. Always a line and all they say is "im on my break". Are you serious?? This place sucks and i will never go back. They always give me the excuse of " its our busy time". Horrible place.

Supposed to be able to use manufacturer coupons with their digital coupons but they don't allow manual input of coupons. Therefore they don't take paper coupons! Waste of time!!

This place opens from 8- 10 you can find from food,clothes, home goods, vitamins ,aspirins, cold medicine , hardware, and lawn supply. Easy in and out good service, their always there to help

They dont honor the prices that the items are marked on shelf for. I told the girl at register but she wanted me to wait. I already had waited to pay wasnt gonna do it again
