I really wish CubeSmart would make this place secure and keep it secure. The gate is always having issues. I was there today 3-17-24 and the gate doesn’t close all the way. Anyone could walk through the gap left and be on the property. If you’re going to advertise as a secure property then you probably should make it truly secure and fence the entire place. As it stands the back side of the place is COMPLETELY open and free for anyone to enter.

I stopped at the storage location and asked about renting a unit 2 very nice women where working at time both where very helpful with information to my questions the one lady her name was Sallie went out her way and showed me a couple units even though told her just comparing and looking around but her friendliness and smile had me buying packing supplies before I left once again I applaud the service of these 2 ladies and would recommend them to all my friends

The gals were excellent at cubesmart!! Sallie helped me figure out the right size unit for my things, and janice did all the paperwork. They were both friendly and went out of their way to give good customer service.

We love this place… very wide area to maneuver the boat.. I’m so sad w had to leave. Been thr 14 yrs when it was APass Storage.. very nice ppl that have taken over w CubeSmart, Sally is awesome!Highly recommend this place!!!!!

I haven’t had this storage long but can already tell I’ll be here awhile. Check-in was streamlined and fast. The folks in the office are friendly and helpful. The unit I’m in was clean as is the entire property. Easy access from 361. There’s a boat rinse, a vacuum and plenty of room to maneuver in the lot. I feel like I got a fair price on my unit, everything’s good so far!

Just rented an enclosed boat stall from CubeSmart Ingleside. The on-site rep Janice did an excellent job describing available spaces and prices. She was very efficient.My stall is nice and secure.

Both of them were very patient with our 1001 questions. They ensured we had a smooth transition and found the right storage for our needs. We are extremely grateful for these two professionals and because of their can-do and positive motivation is what led us to secure storage with your company. If I could give less than one star I would. This company is more interested in providing a better rate to entice new clientele then to keep long-term renters continuing to rent their storage units. When I'm paying $45 more a month after 2 plus years of having the storage unit then someone who's inquiring about a short-term for month rental there's something wrong. I would never recommend this company to anyone

I have multiple units here and spend a lot of time at the facility. The grounds are always well maintained, always clean, and well secured doors with a fenced in complex with security gate and cameras I feel my possessions are safe! Anytime I have an issue it’s resolved quickly, great management and service! Highly recommend this facility if your looking for a place to store your stuff!

Just rented a unit again for the second time. Everything went great as far as move in. Kerrie helped out a lot and showed me the unit prior to booking. Every now and then they have promotions going on. Facility is clean and they also have a boat wash.

Multiple price increases. Price increased by $106 per month since my initial move in. Was paying $150 per month, then price increased to $256. Moved down the road to a different storage facility. Also, if you fish offshore, no 24 hour access.

The good: There is on-site management and the place is really clean. There are various storage options depending on the size you want, and they are well built with sturdy doors.The not-so-good: It has become so expensive that I probably won't use this facility now.

Very pleased the Ingleside CubeSmart. Clean boat storage barns with several size to choose from. Used the online reservation program and save 15% monthly plus a month free. Darlene, on site manager is super nice & helpful in selecting a unit.
