Today I went to dollar general, I have always paid with Apple Pay so I never take any other pay method. The machine was not working so my Apple Pay did not work. Marie was very patient with me & offered to pay for my stuff. She was the sweetest, definitely made my day. I will never forget her because that was the sweetest thing ever!!!!

Yes I have to give a shout out to Kevin he always greets us and helps make sure everything goes smooth. I’ve seen many come and go but he’s always consistent and very positive and makes our shopping even better. This guy deserves a pat on the back (raise) take it from someone who’s been in retail for over 25 years.

So it's either hit or miss with this location. This time there were carts everywhere blocking several of the isles. I am thankful at some point someone was trying to stock...however there was nobody in any of the isles. I only saw the one employee checking people out. He was extremely nice. I'm not sure if he was working alone...if so, I guess that explains the mess.

I just went in to this location and saw the most kind and heartful manager. She went way beyond her job and helped our elderly get the supplies needed after searching for 5 days. Little things like this can change the world

Worker not friendly looking a little upset to be here came in to buy my homie homes a phone card purchased a lighter for myself as well as a slim jim a lady with a basket load of items scurries just fast enough to beat me to register we r the only customers in the store I always have the courtesy to allow someone ahead of me if they have a couple of items and I have a cart full then the customer is asking cashier about the price of packaged water once they are done scanning everything and the customer is having difficulty conveying what specific water shes curious to no the price the lady then asks if she can go look to see name of water and cashier says ok the lady doesn't care I'm waiting to check out walks past me takes her time gets name of water cashier tells her the price only for the customer to decide she doesn't want neither ladies acknowledge me nor apologize for being a bit rude not taking my time in consideration. Store looks dirty with items almost just put about anywhere looks a bit trashy would not recommend to a friend...if u can just keep going to shop at a better store in lbk is what I'd say

I usually run to dollar general for quick household needs. Store is at times a bit crowded & carts with boxes in every aisle, hard to get thru..Staff is friendly. & store is clean.

I like the general dollar in Idalou in Lubbock I do like I do not like the one in Ralls because the manager there is not very nice very hateful
