The toys with the puck and puzzle treats are fantastic. Our almost 5 month old mini dachshund keeps busy with these for so long, and they appear to be indestructible!

Ordered a toy for my dog, the bento treat ball, and he LOVED IT but sadly destroyed it within hours making me a little upset considering it is advertised as everlasting. I emailed their customer support and they were more than kind, replacing the toy with a better fit. My dog goes CRAZY for it and doesn’t want to ever put it down. Thank you Starmark! They are amazing!

Was there to assist a friend with her new puppy. Was impressed with the facility as a whole. They have plenty of space to accommodate both pet and owner. And my brief interaction with the staff was pleasant. Will be returning in three weeks with my friend so we both know what the commands are, and will revisit my post.

I love them, they make feel comfortable when we go out of town knowing are dogs are safe and taken care of. We have boarded our dogs more than a couple of times there. They have plenty of activities and the also seem excited to go. Their facilities even at the basic level are great for the pups. We also adopted one our dogs from their program which was a great deal and we got an amazing dog.

Boarding of my pets was great. They also trained my dog and let my second dog come to private lesson to give it a try. Love the setting. They also have a great dog park nearby.

Our dogs didnt learn even basic obedience, they cant do anything they couldn't when they went. We spent well over $3,000 and had to bring them home early because these two dogs that have grown up together since puppies were attacking each other after star mark got ahold of them. They lost a lot of weight, like 20 pounds and we couldn't get pictures to gauge if they were getting better. Nobody offered us any sort of apology for having to pick them up a week early because we feared for their health. Over priced, undelivered. Trainer was a nice lady when she finally would care to email us back. Dogs came back with lots of extra marks on them from having to lay outside all day, just a terrible experience. Should have written this sooner, my dogs chewing a new whole in my couch after training reminded me. I hope I can save someone thousands of dollars, sure wish I had.

At first I thought the Bento Ball and the treats made specifically for them by Starmark Pet Products were fabulous. They kept my dogs busy for at least an hour. I'd been giving them the toy/treats once a week or so for the past 3-4 weeks. That was until last night, when my 18 lb Shih Tzu, Buster, almost choked. He was able to dislodge the entire treat and it got stuck in his throat, causing him to gasp for air and gag. Thankfully, I happened to be right there. After several very anxious minutes, and a bucket full of vomit, he was able to dislodge the treat and made a full recovery. However, all the treats and balls have been discarded. I don't ever want to subject my pet to that type of danger again. Very upsetting and disappointing a product that could cause this to happen is on the market.

OTR drivers, approach using CR 137 Northbound to turn into CR 197. Do not approach while going south as you will possibly not make the tight turn into small road. CR 197 is on the curve at bottom of hill, and a bit of a blind spot. Road is narrow, use first dirt entrance to facility, turn right once u get past dog park parking. Docking bay in back of main building, and you will need to back up some distance. Unloading is quick and plenty of space to move in facility.

My puppy domino has been with justine for a month in training and she is so much better at listening!! I got weekly updates and Justine is just so good with my baby I will be going back for more advanced training

They do not dissolve instead turn to a goo that sticks to the asophogus preventing them from passing through! Causing the need for extensive surgery possible passing of the pup & esophagus damage.If 0 was an option for this review that would be a more accurate rating.

The toys are the ok . But now I only buy a kong products because they’re the only ones that will last and are really safer for dogs.
