I went to use their self-serve dog wash. It was busy so I was ok with waiting. I asked if they would let me know when it was my turn, and the associate said yes. I then noticed that others were entering after me, but they got to the wash before me. There were at least 3 associates, but they didn't communicate on who would be next. After 3 people went before me, I then asked for a refund and left. I sent the main office an email and didn't hear back. I was disappointed with the customer service. Will probably not return.

Overall have had no issues shopping here for our cats - until today. I stopped in to purchase cat food and noticed there was a great coupon available. I bought a few other things and checked out. I did not catch her name, but I assume she’s one of the managers since she was assisting the cashier. They scanned the coupon and the manager stated the coupon expired. She proceeded to go throw it away right in front of me. I informed her there’s an entire coupon book with them hanging in the aisle. She then told me if I purchase the food I’d get a free cat toy - which is not what the coupon stated. She realized she was incorrect and continued to tell me the coupon expired. How is that my fault if there’s a bunch of them in the store? Overall a frustrating experience at this location.

I came here looking some dog food for my two dogs. Thankfully they had both large and small breed available. It’s your typical pet store, but this one feels more spacious. They do have a dog wash here. I haven’t used it for my pets, but it was great to know they have one. The places I used to go to around the area closed and this one is super close.They seem very short staffed here. At the time I shopped here and I ready to check out my wait to check out was about 15 minutes and I only had one person in front of me.Their dog food selection is pretty much all the premium food for pets. Not that any of the kibble today is great for our pets.But they have all the dog toys and leashes on the front right. Dog food is on the back right of the store as you enter the facility. All the cat stuff is in the left. Aquarium stuff in the far back.The accept contactless payment and have a rewards program you can sign up for.

Sad how this once nice spot to wash the dog went downhill. Price for a wash now is $14.99! Towels are now cheap quality compared to the grey ones they once had., soaps watered down and the dryer missing the nozzle. I pointed out my dissatisfaction with the washing services and staff didn’t care.

Nice staff and fair prices. The layout is simple and easy to navigate. Food and supplies are available for reptiles; live crickets and mealworms.

Took my new furbaby in to try the dog wash. Having access to this is wonderful! Very reasonably priced and makes bathing a big dog so convenient. Jojo was very helpful and patient with me and Yoshi. I really appreciated all of his assistance. Will definitely be coming back.

Would be better rating if cash register staff knew what they were doing or saying. The manager was very helpful so we may go back for supplies. Meh on the other staff.

Love this place they are less expensive than other pet food stores, and they are always friendly and helpful. I wish they had a better selection of some things like salmon oil. The dog wash is easy to get your pooch in and not usually crowded and for $10 it keeps my batheroom from smelling like wet dog for a day!

I’ve never had a bad experience shopping here until today. Victor’s pet food was recalled for a salmonella contamination. I came in to replace my previous victor purchase for another brand PER their email they sent last Friday & they even offered 20% off their own store brand of pet food. However, Tina the store manager was not helpful nor pleasant to work with. I explain the situation & how upset my pup’s tummy has been. She looks up my account & says that she can’t process the exchange bc my purchase was a few days past the 30 day return policy.I was surprised considering this is a RECALL of the product. I’m not returning for personal/unreasonable circumstances, my dog has been battling diarrhea the last few weeks bc I had no idea the food I was giving him was recalled until this morning. I express to her that this was my first occurrence ever returning something there & per the recall, to please honor an exchange, I was already planning on spending more for higher quality food anyway so it’s not like they weren’t profiting. Tina was not having it, talking over me with her attitude. Kept saying “I can’t, I can’t, I cant.” Every time I spoke. I left at this point & called my BF for assistance over the phone to help rationalize with Tina. She was still not receptive over the phone, being super rude to both of us & then FINALLY said she would call her district manager. How funny is it that when she got back on the line, she was “nice” & said that she could process our return! After her whole show, I return to the store & Melissa their shift manager was AMAZING at helping me. At first I think it was supposed to be Tina, bc Melissa called & went looking for her but came back said she was going to help me instead. Which I didn’t mind at all, I wasn’t looking forward to seeing Tina again after her debut, but the very least she could do was take accountability for her behavior & professionalism. Regardless, Melissa was SUPER knowledgeable, so sweet, & kind to me. Helping me figure out the best alternative to victor that had the right ingredients & weight of food I preferred. I’ll gladly return & work with Melissa every time. Thanks Melissa!! ♥️

Pet Supermarket is a great place for all pet needs. We have been using their 'pet bath tubs' in the winter months. It's really convenient and perfect. The bath tubs are easy-to-use, not at all back breaking.

I loved this place as it's nearby but today I walked in at 7:30 knowing they close at 8pm. Jamie the store Manger was rude and unprofessional while I was choosing some fish to buy along with other products, she seemed upset while talking to me and when I asked why she's talking to me like that? I could just leave, she said she's having a bad day. I said you can just say we are closed and I can leave and come back tomorrow but no need to talk me like that as she made me and another customer who left already uncomfortable with her attitude as She said I'M THE STORE MANAGER AND YOU CAN COMPLAIN IF YOU WANT. I was about to check out but I dropped all the stuff was about to purchase and just left as well.However, Other ladies in the store are very nice and professional when I visted the store many times before and had no issues at all But never again.

This store is almost like a boutique store. It’s smaller, more personable and well stocked. Everything is very organized and the employees are very helpful and will walk you around the store and help you out. Since it is more boutique, the prices are slightly more pricier than a chain store like Petco. I like buying my foods here for my puppy 🤗

Sold me two gold fish that obviously was sick because the one died two days later. So I brought it back. I then noticed dead fish floating in the tank at the store,but they just replace the fish.Then 3 days later that fish dies. And I took the fish back and told them I think their fish are sick they said they think it's my fault so I don't want another fish I just want My money back. Then four days later the original fish died. I didn't take it back my daughter just buried it. But we did everything right we've had fish for years. We decided to go to a different pet store and buy a new tank. We actually made everything way more complicated but we got more fish and they have all been a live for over a week now. And I don't think their going anywhere anytime soon. But this pet store was shady and selling sick fish and not taking responsibility for it.

Love the store but not a good place to work!! A lot of “bullying” and talking behind the back. I got told by a now shift manager to ask as many questions as I wont and not to hesitate to come up to her and I found out that she was going around telling people that I knew nothing and I am no help (I only have only worked there maybe a few weeks). Ask for one sick day off a day in advance and I got told hours after my shift as started that I need to come in and she couldn’t do that for me cause it “wasn’t her job (but she came up to me later telling me it was)
