What dirty fueling pumps for truck complete diesel slick on every pump pressure wash the area down , slipping and sliding on diesel trying to fuel . What a joke and that’s all diesel on every pump

The auto diesel pumps are extremely slow. Guy next to me said the same thing. I let the fuel desk clerk know. He said they were perfectly fine and dismissed and dismissed me. Sad that he doesn't care. There was also diesel, oil spilled all over. Looks like they just threw oil dry down and left the mess. Obviously management sets the tone and nobody cares.

This QT is so OLD, so BUSY and they still manage to make it look so clean and the employees are always welcoming and in a good mood. Love my local QT!

The auto diesel pumps have been broken since early December and i don't think all the truck pumps have consistently worked since i have started hauling in the area last year. Not to mention they don't enforce parking and trucks park in the middle of the lanes making it difficult for other trucks to get in.

Been awhile going to a QuikTrip store but 1st time at this location. They have a automatic kitchen which is similar to Sheetz up in east coast. Shake & pizza I ordered was very good. Alot of selections with there slushies, drinks, & iced coffees. Bathroom wasn't pleasant at all

Short girl with long hair in kitchen on Saturdays is super friendly and nice she always makes my order taste amazing. I feel so bad when all these other customers mistreat the staff when they’re definitely doing their best with limited supplies, I love supporting my local quicktrip because of their speediness and politeness. I definitely recommend stopping here.

This was a quick stop off of I-45 as we were leaving Dallas (Exit 273). Good coffee and a clean, well-stocked store. Plenty of pumps. Bathrooms however could have better cleaned.

So rude I am a truck driver and I was trying to sleep I didn't have any hours to drive and there is a lady left all the violators trucks even who parked next to the fire lane and she asked me to move even after I told her I don't have time to drive .... I will never go to any quick trip again .... because she should talk to all the violators and ask them to move not only me and forcing me to move even if I don't have any minutes to drive ...

Hallie who says she's a supervisor has POOR customer service. She should not be on the front line. She acted as if she was upset she had to come to the front because the store got busy. The poor girl who was by herself when I walked was doing her best. Yeah, Hallie needs a different career

Been stopping at this QT for years. It's not the best QT but not the worst. They are typically pretty fast with checkout. There is usually a free pump for fueling majority of the time. The only thing really lacking consistently is the bathrooms. They need a really good cleaning and updating. It is a truck stop as well so that probably adds to the problem there. They have a grassy area for pets to use the restroom so that is nice addition.

Overall this is a pretty decent store. It gets a lot of traffic so it is not the cleanest. They need to hire a porter that goes around organizing, that would be helpful. Restrooms are relatively clean. The pumps are in good working order and they always print receipts. NOW IF you are going in for a fountain drink. . . they are normally deplorable. I have mentioned to the staff, manager and even corporate about the problem. Nothing done about it. You are better off buying a bottled drink and you won't be disappointed.

Skip this particular QT if you want safe, clean facilities, friendly employees, fresh roller food or any fresh condiments other than relish or some sort of red sauce.

For as much as I adore QT, this location is under some awful management right now. My husband and I stopped here on a Monday (10/18/21) @ 5pm (very busy time of day) and the kitchen was closed, the women's bathroom had a stall with a broken lock on it allowing me to mistakenly walk in on a woman, and zero straws. We dumped our fountain drinks and left at that point. I would prefer not to forgo my favorite gad station (QT) but if they can't even keep in operating order, then I guess Buccees will be getting our business. What a shame....

The entire facility was dirty. The keypads on the pumps appear to have never been clean. The window washer water was black. According to my husband, the men's bathroom was disgusting. Floors are filthy and it stunk. Floors in the store were dirty. We've never seen a QT that was dirty, so we were surprised at the condition of this store.

I use the qt app so I don’t have to wait for stuff to be made which is nice. I ordered something from this location and when I walked in the guy in the kitchen said oh I was waiting for you to get here before I make it. I asked the cashier what is the point of ordering something in advance if they don’t make it till we get there. Her comment was “I don’t know what his problem is today” no one really gives a damn there the way it sounds.
