I’ve been here for almost 4 years now and it’s been amazing, it’s a beautiful place to raise a family, the community manager Nelba is very helpful and understanding if you ever need help, I would recommend anyone to join this community, Also thanks to the Hutchins police department in the gifts my kids got for Christmas, Nelba made that possible. Thank you Quail Run community and management.

We’ve lived in this place for 9 years... and it’s the best decision my family has made. The community is calm, peaceful, quiet, and there are rarely any problems here. The community is also close to many schools and stores. It’s an excellent place to live by yourself or with a family.

Great place to live. It is next to a train but doesnt come al that often. Service are great and its secure as it cares for everyone even on dangerous pets as they need aproval, also has a little park and a swimming pool and a lake with swans. Update: I have since left this place many years ago, since 2018, but i highly recommend this place if you are ever wanting to settle down in a nice community. Maybe I'll return in the future to start off my new life.

I've been living here for almost 5 yrs and everything was good until noticing cars parking not on their parking lot, it is over crowded with cars parking on the side and very hard going backwards and seems like I have 18 wheeler having to keep going back and fourth. Very frustrating and above that the people that park their cars on the side are looking to see if their car don't get hit. I already told the manager and nothing. Has been done. Honestly if their car gets hit I'm calling Telemundo 39 to have yes community take care of the damage. My insurance is not going to pay because this problem hasn't been resolved.

I filled out an application Tuesday and paid my $50 application fee. I called them Wednesday and Thursday to check the status of my application no answer and they never called me back. Finally I called them twice Friday morning and she finally answers. I asked her what was the status of my application. She told me “Oh we haven’t ran you application yet. Can you send me you ID and social security card to my email so we can get started on that?” So I’m not going through with moving here. They can’t even get the easy application out of the way.

They were always rude to us. Every month they had something to say about something on our porch way. Every month we had to pay an additional fee for something different every single time. Towards the end the lady was putting up a front acting like she tried her best to help us when instead of helping she would always pick at us for anything and everything. The whole year I spent there was not cool. I'm putting one star bc I had some where to live but the staff was horrible.

I have lived in Quail Run for over 10 years and it is such a wonderful community to call "home." Never have a problem that is not solved quickly. It is close to all stores on both sides of city. Quick access to large malls and other necessities, yet country enough to call quiet.

Way to many regulations, if you dont have current tags your vehicle will be towed 🤦‍♂️ alot of tenants complain bout there maintnance man named JOSE acts like hes the owner🤦‍♂️.. goes through your grass with that go cart number of times just very unproffecional 🤦‍♂️ cant have nothing on your porch 🤦‍♂️

I have 3 years because there is no way to don't give it no star. They have many stupid rules, they made me sign a contract they made me sign was for rent but then when i brought my mobile home cash they told me i still had to stay here and pay lot for 5yrs. The girl in the office never mention that when we where signings papers.

Management stinks. Repairs take forever and when they do get around to fixing something, they want to simply do it half way. Like putting a bandage on it in stead of fixing it the right way the first time.

IT'S SAD THAT IN THIS TIME OF AN PANDEMIC, THESE OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT HAS INCREASED THE LOT FEE. THEY DON'T KNOW YOUR JOB STATUS OR CARE TO UNDERSTAND HOW YOU ARE MANAGING TO PAY THEM. IM DISGUSTED HOW THEY TREAT THE PPL .LIVING IN THIS COMMUNITY. NO UNDERSTANDING AT ALL. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT OR BUY.
