Staff was super friendly. Unfortunately this store was a montrosity (very bad).It was filthy in here. This was the dirtiest Loves I've seen in a while. Inventory was slim. I get it's a busy location but it had laziness written all over it. We need to do better. How is you soda machine out of Coca Cola?I wad very disappointed in this location but I still have 3 stars cause politeness goes a long way with me. Do Better People.

One of the nastiest and disgusting gas station you'll ever go to. The restroom are disgusting, smelly, and almost unusable. There are roachs everywhere, especially in the food area. To top it all off the workers are lazy and unprofessional. If you able to I would recommend going somewhere else.

We were parked in our RV at this truck stop. Very limited parking for large vehicles. There was another truck parked on the side near the propane tanks. A space marked off on the side made it seem as though it’s fine to park there. Additionally no signs indicate no parking. We parked by this truck to stop for the night. A security guard started knocking on the windows around 3am and shouting that we need to get up and we need to move. We got up and shouted back okay we will move it. It’s 3am. We aren’t dressed properly to drive and it takes a few minutes to get glasses and keys and shoes. 2 minutes later, she’s banging loudly on the windows where my kids are sleeping, scaring them, yelling again that we need to move. At this point, my dad has somehow gotten his shoes and clothes on, keys in hands, and is running as fast as his mid 60 year old self can out the side door, around the front of the RV to get to the drivers door and move. She is standing by window my daughter is sleeping at, banging again and suddenly sees him coming and shouts “don’t run up on me!” Oh my gosh. This security guard is not nice. You wake people up at 3 am, give them no time to get themselves together, shout at them scaring their kids, and then accuse them of being aggressive. All I can do is laugh. Thanks Loves!

I never write a review ,unless I am impacted by the service either positively or negatively. In this case, I got to say that my experience started out pretty bad. Being a truck driver sometimes you resort to EFS checks to get some cash. I was trying to cash a check for 999 and the lady helping me was adding the fee for cashing the check. I knew the check was only for 999 but she kept insisting on process the check three times resulting in a decline. Fortunately, for me, Mr. Ali Khan came to her rescue and mine. I told him that I knew exactly what the other cashier was doing wrong. But she did listen to me, Mr. Ali Khan process the check the right way. He was very courteous very patient very polite and a total gentleman. It is hard to find this type of service anywhere. I would like to thank him again. I will make sure to stop by and say hello, next time I am in the area.

This loves needs to be expanded. More parking, more showers. The bathrooms are less than stellar. It’s a loves that can’t handle the amount of people that come through it on a daily basis.That being said, the people that work here are friendly. Good food. Good service. The coffee wasn’t half bad. There’s still a lot to like here. As long as you’re not spending a 34 here.

3.5 stars? Let that speak for itself. I'm leaving a 3 star and by the level of poor communication this location truly deserves a 2 star.Some may read this and have zero sympathy and others may agree.We truckers are constantly stopping at Loves truck stops locations all across America. We use these facilities for wonderful fried fast food, laundry, showers etc. And yes every so often a trucker might try and slip a free shower here and there, I'll admit with the 10 years I've been driving I have definitely asked for a free shower.Most locations are happy to give truckers showers but it really gets under my skin when I come across a location that could care less about their drivers.This location has a zero tolerance. If you don't pay the near $20 then they simply don't care.I haven't been trucking in maybe 6 months now and unfortunately my shower at home is not working so I resort to the planet fitness or a friend's house. This location for me is last option and I try my best to avoid it but tonight I decided to stop and take a shower here (that I paid for) and as I was checking the TV to see ehat position I was in line one of the employees attracted my attention from a pretty good distance and asked if she could help me. As I was looking at the TV I told her I was just seeing how many people was ahead of me. So then basically kicked me out of the fuel desk area and told me that if I was waiting for a shower i could either sit in the restaurant or in the game room.Respectfully, if you wanna tell a trucker where he's allowed to be while he's waiting in a shower then try adding a little respect to how exactly you ask that trucker.Maybe start off by saying sir, could you please. Or sir is it possible you could be in this location. Maybe even go out of your way and explain why this location is a better option. Definitely ask with respect and word it the right way if that'd your policy. This is the second time I've been approached and told to be in those locations without trying to attract an employees attention. So I'm honestly sick of it and now I'm uncomfortable and try my best to avoid this location.Those who know simply know. We truckers work hard. A lot of those truckers including myself are independent contractors that owne their equipment. Sometimes we break down on the interstates and we are responsible for fixing our own trucks and yes its a greasy mess.So if I'm gonna take a shower that I paid near 20 bucks for and you need to ask me a question or tell me where I'm allowed and not allowed then you need to approach me and everyone else with respect.I've been trucking 10 years. The last thing I need is to be in the presence of a Loves location who could care less if you've showered or not.I'm not coming back to this location. Honest to God my shower is broke at home and even though this Loves truck stop is 2 miles down the road from my house I'm I've been driving 18 miles to shower at thr planet fitness.That's sad

I was ready to give this place a 5 star review, but then I took a shower.The main complaint is that there's nowhere to put your shampoo, body wash, bar soap etc. except for on the ground, of the little step that divides the shower itself from the bathroom portion. There's no shelf in the corner like there's supposed to be and they even put a slanted metal bracket on top of the shower assembly so you can't sit it there.Whatever kind of paint they used on the ceiling was the wrong kind because it's flaking off really bad in the shower area. The exhaust vent is extremely dirty and is not properly mounted with chunks of toilet paper stuffed between it and the ceiling (to remove vibration noise?).Otherwise, everything else here has been pretty good. Friendly staff, decent selection for it's size, pretty clean but the flies are slowly starting to invade so there's no telling how bad they'll be in a month.

The people in the store where south! The restrooms tend to be dirty! The fuel islands for diesel are notorious for trucks parking in them. Blocking up pumps for extremely long times of 30,45 minutes! Even hour plus!

Don't even want to give this place a one star but i have to the night staff was rude they was making fun of customers calling them nasty saying they need to sanitize the floor now talking about they needing a shower the bathroom were dirty still dirty the next morning the washer an dryer was not working the showers was nasty very poor lazy staff last night then we get our trailer Pounded on at 4 in the morning waking my baby up who i just got to sleep by a loves trucker talking about how we was in his spot an need to move when there was NO SIGNS OF ANY KIND SAYING WE COULDN'T PARK THERE! It was just there was no where for him to park an so he tried to say thats his parking spot I've been to some nasty loves truck stop but this is by far the nastiest one and I'm all over the country

Diesel 30c more expensive than anywhere else AND lower quality - 20% bio. Screen has two unskippable dialogues that force you to interact with the pump before being able to pump. Then to top it off, it pumps AGONIZINGLY slow - 1.5 gallons after 5 min, I left to find a real gas station.

Terrible experience 08/16/22Got shower 4 at noon.Shower was not cleaned AT ALL, water everywhere, there was toothpaste on the mirror with hair and water on the sink. SmhPhotos will show everything that was dirty.The employees need to realize that we (drivers) don’t mind waiting for a shower if we know it will be clean once we get in there.It’s ridiculous that they rush just because there is a line of 2-3 people waiting.Please get back to cleaning the same way during Q2 of 2020.

I’ve been working as a truck driver for two years, I’ve never heard of this, I’ve never seen it, I entered the password for my application online Loves, but my photo was broken and the woman who works at the cash register didn’t let me into the shower, she said that’s not allowed, I was very surprised because I’ve never seen anything like this I didn’t hear it, it’s terrible, I don’t recommend it to anyone Loves the evil people work there have no conscience for the truck driver

This is not a location I would recommend unless you absolutely have to stop here. 4 bathroom stalls for such a busy story is definitely not enough here. Bathroom is crowded and disgusting. Paper towels dispensers are empty and the showers are poorly cleaned. Dislocation definitely needs better management. Get here early or you don't get a parking spot.

This place angers me and my family everytime we go camping we cannot count on them to fill out propane tanks the guy filling them has a awful attitude like he hates his job and will not fill the tanks up after 7 p.m even though it has a huge sign says propane 24/7.....tonight we were refused propane yet again and it was essential for our heat...I went in and spoke to the manager nelson and he to sead he will not make his guy go out in the dark for propane even though it is completely lighted up like a x mass tree I took pictures to prove it please do not go here as the employees are always on their phones restroom look awful and no loyalty in the employees....I will never step foot in here and corporate complaint dep cares less aswell

Sorry but nasty dirty. I pulled in at 1300 and the lot was full of the aforementioned local lads using Loves as their own driveway. Something needs to be done about this. The store was dirty, the shower was abysmal with no locks on the door and a nasty toilet. There were no towels and when I asked for some I was handed them without a word of apology or anything else. I thanked the rude towel girl - as I was taught how to interact in a civilized society. Went for a burger and my order was placed on the counter without word and the girl walked away without answering after I asked her if it were mine. I left the facility, won't be going back there for sure and I did not get any diesel. Not a way to treat anyone let alone your diamond customers.

Don’t visit here If you don’t find a parking spot Don’t think about parking in the lot somewhere No matter if you not blocking the traffic they will still wake you up and will tell you to leave the gas station. *****longer wait times for shower*****

Not stopping here again. This is a mistake. The truckers can't even think past there steering wheel on how to pull in to park, let alone how to pull forward after fueling. This is a parking lot nightmare!!! Don't eat at Carl Jr ugh!!

Had a blowout, needed a tire. Was told an hour, it's been 4...Walked in to see what was taking so long and I was told it was their break time...It's been another 41 minutes and they all are still inside doing NOTHING...Do not come here for any repairs or tires. This place is a joke! None of those knuckleheads care one bit about taking care of the customer...Horrible place, will never come back.

The customer service was so awesome! I only gave 3 stars because there's absolutely no salad here nor veggies with nutrients. Very small selection of everything but fruit
