Stayed two nights. No restaurants nearby. Now let’s talk about the rooms: The first night, the a/c sounded like a freight train, toilet seat broken, sticky floor, very low water pressure in the sink. Took a shower in the morning, NO hot water. Next night changed rooms. 1st one; shower wouldn’t work. Changed rooms again, finally getting one that was relatively good. The desk clerk very accommodating. I question the safety of that general area. I don’t recommend staying here.

Room was great, visibly clean and tidy. Comfortable bed with enough variety of pillows to sleep well. A/C and heat worked perfectly. I was in a good mood and thinking about what I was going to put in my good review.But then...As I was walking out the west side of the building, where I intentionally parked my truck because of the camera pointing right at the spot, I find my window broken out on the concrete. My backpack that was laying on the floor board was stolen. My truck sits high and I had the darkest legal tint on the front windows.Informed the lady at the front desk what happened and she was surprisingly unsurprised about it. I remarked that I *was* surprised, especially due to the fact there was a camera right there. "Oh, those cameras don't record anything." Great!Filed a police report and told the responding officer about the reportedly non-functional cameras and he indicated that they've "been working the past six years I've been coming here." While the officer was doing the paperwork, two guys who looked like construction contractors rolled up to me in their Sierra 2500 and told me his truck had been broken into before on that same side of the building. "I only park in the front now by the main door."I guess my biggest complaint is that this is a known issue by the hotel staff and there is no attempt at letting the guests know there is a chronic problem with vehicle break-ins at this location. But they make a point of putting multiple signs up around the grass saying, "NO PETS & NO TRASH."Safety: Unsafe parking lot resulted in loss of property and vehicle damage.

My family members got their truck stolen at this location, staff refused to show the camera footage of the incident. The staff is probably on it since they were sketchy about the whole situation, report was made but still refused to show footage, claiming the security cameras don’t work! DO NOT COME HERE! We have already filed a report against this hotel, if the manager sees this, you handle your job poorly because now it well be a bigger issue.

Stayed there on new year's eve. Was walked in on in middle of the night. They said they had the right to come in because my TV was too loud. I feel this was an invasion of my privacy! I'm very upset and will not be back again. I think I should get a refund!!Noteworthy details: Don't get comfortable cause you never know whose going to walk in on you

HOT ROOM! I booked this room Monday-Friday. The room was warm on Monday and continued getting hotter throughout the week. I called the front office at 12:00AM to complain. Minutes later a person was at my door. They removed the panel my thermostat which was “unresponsive.” Magically the AC finally started cooling. I recommend that if your room is not cooling too immediately call the front desk and report it.

First night the key maker didn't work, tv was hanging by a screw and stuck on a different output, refrigerator was stuck on high and froze all of our food. Second night still had management to have to get us into our room key marker still wouldn't work. The water that night was ice cold and never got hot and refrigerator still stuck on frozen. The third night got a card finally but took 10 to 15 trys to finally get into room, and still no hot water and finally turned off refrigerator to try to fix it. Didn't work. Fourth night card still didn't work, no water that evening and refrigerator still frozen everything at level 1. Fifth night finally got a good card to get into my room, water was hot but refrigerator still was freezing everything. Also found out two vehicles were broken into the night before near the front door street side.

Good biscuits and gravy at the free breakfast. Room was clean and staff were friendly. The shower didn't have as much flow as I'd like (shower head is pretty small) but it worked well enough. Location is pretty good. There were loud cars until about 11:00 or so, then it tapered off. Not a lot of semis passing while I was there. Would stay again if I was in the area.

The hotel is easy to access from either I-20 or I-45. They are pet friendly, but there isn't a dog walk area, there is a large grassy lot to the East.Noteworthy details: Staff was professional and courteous

Conveniently located but not the LaQuinta that I know. No housekeeping or room service from Friday through Sunday. Even coffee is not ready by 6am in a hotel that provides breakfast. I wish I didn't book this hotel. I only realized this after check in and didn't want to go through the hell canceling. Reviews don't mean anything anymore because all I read was sweet and rosy.

Everything for me and my significant other was a 10/10 from check in to check out! The only thing I would complain about is the elevators but no big deal the hotel isn’t huge ! So we wasn’t too worried! We will be staying here again! Great management & breakfast!! Would recommend staying here not too far from Dallas or clubs & bars! The room was very huge ( we had a suite) La Quinta did not disappoint!

On a road trip and had to stop and get some rest. We really enjoyed our stay and we were close enough to Dallas that we could go check it out. Our room and the lobby was very clean and everyone we met was very nice. Only complaint was that the elevator was broken and a side door was propped open during the day. Overall great experience and would definitely come back.

If you are planning on staying here just a day or two, you’ll be okay but any longer than that would be worrisome.Upon entering the first room I was put in, I immediately smelled something weird like someone in a neighboring room had smoked cigarettes despite the no smoking policy but it wasn’t a problem until I noticed more things. There was stains of who knows what on the toilet lid as if it wasn’t cleaned well enough, there was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom, a hole drilled in the ceiling above one of the beds, and the worst of them all, the walls were filthy and there was mold growing on side of the desk. As someone who already struggles with breathing and has health concerns, I was disappointed but I didn’t throw a fit or cause a scene. There was an extremely friendly and kind young brunette man at the front desk on the night of 9/17 that allowed me to show him the photos of the mold, he called his boss, and allowed me to move a cleaner room. The young man’s customer service skills was the only highlight of my stay here. The cleaner room wasn’t absolutely perfect but it was okay for the one night I was staying, the walls are also PAPER THIN, so throughout the night I heard a lot different things ranging from inappropriate acts and someone nonstop vomiting. Thankfully i’m a heavy sleeper but beware if you aren’t.Rooms: Not hygienic at all but I guess you pay for what you get and the price was extremely affordable

I was a bit skeptical booking a stay here based on the reviews, but I enjoyed my one night stay here. Gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice to do business with. Originally was put in a room directly across from the elevator I asked if he could switch it up for me and he did so with a smile. Property is conveniently close to highway, not a whole lot of restaurants nearby other then fast food, but downtown is a short drive away. Room was nice, clean, and bug free. Would stay here again.

This hotel is very well kept. The cleaning staff keeps the entire hotel smelling like it was just sprayed down with Lysol. The breakfast is okay, it is served everyday between 6:00 AM through 9:00 AM.Rooms: The king size bed sucks you in and spoils you. The tv had adequate channels. The room was decorated nicely.Walkability: There a liquor store a 20 minute walk away, its right across from a McDonald’s, and a gas station.

I stayed here for a night, got a discounted rate. Front desk person was a really nice young man. My room had an odd smell to it but was clean. Plenty of lamps for lighting. Bathroom door could've been wiped down better. Hot shower. Bed was comfortable and clean with plenty of pillows. Overall it was alright. I felt safe here. Check out was a breeze. I'd stay here again in the future!

Currently checked into the hotel. And I have a team of 34 with 9 rooms and have a 3night stay. We were not informed there was no room cleaning that would take place when we booked our hotel. With 36 men and 9 rooms this is a problem. The front desk also does not have ANY clean towels and half my team is stealing pool towels and there are no clean towels in the building. I have player telling me there are other rooms up till 4am partying and yelling and “funky” smells coming from the room. We had parents try and check into their rooms under different reservations and they found there rooms completely dirty when they were given a key. We are paying a lot of money to have rooms and are under extremely tight budgets and this is pretty poor service. I hope that either the hotel directly or Corporate makes this right.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and I must say I was very comfortable. The beds were great and comfy, TV had great channels, and breakfast was great. There were some things I noticed that could be improved. All furniture has a base that prevents anything from getting underneath; this is great for lost item prevention. But there’s a space between the mattress and the headboard. One day, my glasses fell between there, and as I reached to grab them, I felt a cup, a sock, and other items from previous people who’d stayed there. I felt that it was very unsanitary, and a more thorough cleaning should be considered. There were also stains on the wall that wiped off easily, and the toilet was stained yellow for some reason. Mind you, we clean everything ourselves with bleach and disinfectant sprays before staying. But the toilet was just yellow stained. The air conditioner was dusty. Oh and the freezer part of the refrigerator was filthy; I chose not to use it all all. This review is for those who notice residue in crevices, peeling wallpaper/staining, debris, dust, etc. Some people aren’t that worried about it, as long as the place is clean overall. I notice everything lol… I can’t say they were dirty, but it can definitely get better. Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is right off the highway, and easy to travel to and from. Keycard on the side doors can get annoying because sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t, so you have to go to the front desk to get another card. Other than that, I had a nice stay, it was just a few things I felt needed improvement. Thanks LaQuinta!

My family and I needed a place to stay close to the hospital that my father was in. Nothing fancy, just wanted a room.We woke up to see that there were blood spots and stains on our sheets, all the way down to and including the mattress cover. I went to the front desk and asked that the bedding for that bed be changed while we were out of the room. The woman at the front desk apologized and said it would be taken care of.We come back later the evening to find it had not been done. The guy at the desk said he didn't know why she would have offered to have it changed as "We don't have anyone here on the weekends that can do that." He then handed me a stack of sheets and said I could change them myself. I saw people there with the standard room cleaning cart cleaning rooms as we left.That, coupled with the large roach (aka waterbug) that paid us a visit and the clothes from previous guests on the floor, just screams unclean, and we don't care. Will not be staying this brand of hotel in the future.

Room was very clean and it was very roomy. The beds were ok. All the bedding is old and paper thin. Pillows were lumpy. The towels were about the size of a hand towel and old and thin as well. The tub faucet was about to fall off. The breakfast was simple, not a lot there so we ate elsewhere. You can tell they have even updating the whole place. Its not the best or the worst I’ve stayed at.
