1st let’s start opening on time because they never do .. then let’s discuss the trash that is ALWAYS in the parking lot and near the door .. let’s also speak on how it’s just never anything stocked ( plenty of things to be stocked but still in the containers ) .. the lines are ALWAYS long because it’s always one worker on the register but YET there are several workers in the store and 2/3 other registers that should be open .. I’m just simply over this store .. I have started driving to the Lancaster location and I live not even 5 minutes from THIS store .. FD HAS TO DO BETTER !!!!!!!!!!

They have a lot of theft at this particular store so I would recommend to anyone that is looking for anything particular that may cost a higher amount to look elsewhere because it's usually out due to being stolen. I'm not going to comment on customer service or quality of goods because I believe that theft is the main reason the store is suffering. Please be aware while shopping of your surroundings and the people around you shopping. This area has its problems and unfortunately it extends to the businesses in the area. Stay safe out there.

This is the worst store I have ever been in. Hutchins deserves better. The store is filthy as is the parking lot. You walk on trash in the parking lot to get in the door. The store is so dirty. There are bugs all around the meats. Rotten meat in the cooler. I would rather Hutchins not have this store, we are better than that. I will drive to Lancaster to get groceries going forward. I have filed as complaint with the health department as well. Well I guess they really don’t care if we live or die. The second pic was from today 4/6/23 and again just like 6 months ago it’s still selling grey bacon! Please make this worthless store gets tossed out of Hutchins !

This place drives me crazy. They seriously NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER OPEN ON TIME. EVER. if it says they open at 7am you might as well forget that they won’t actually get to work and open until somewhere closer to 9 or 10. It’s effin ridiculous. They might as well change the their business hours on google so people can be better informed and don’t wast their time and gas driving up here thinking they open at 7am. Because once again I came up here at 7:30 because it says they open at 7am and OF COURSE building is dark and the borden delivery truck is sitting here waiting on them to open too so he can make his delivery both of us have been sitting here since 7 am and not a soul has graced us with their presence

Cashiers always talking on the phone while checking people out. Store needs to stock up on items, it always looks empty like if they don't stock up. Shelves are always unorganized. Cashier also seem like if their mad I understand maybe once in a while they might have a bad day but they always seem other when there scanning items and checking you out.

Seriously, how is this store still open? Never anything in stock. All the inventory is still in boxes in the middle of the aisles in the way of shopping. The staff hang around outside some days. Shelves always empty. the things customers are always asking for are likely in the tons and tons of inventory boxed up. Do better

Estefany has the best customer service skills here at this store. She is very friendly and quick at assisting you. She makes you feel welcome and is always there to help. Her excellent customer service skills should not go unnoticed. Give this young lady a raise, make her manager. Have her train everyone in customer service. Great.

Very bad service. Product all over the isle's.. can't even go into the isle's due to boxes everywhere. The line long but only 1 cashier and the other cashier's just standing there joking and playing around or in their phones. The staff is rude and unprofessional.

This store needs better mgmt, the store is too cluttered and messy. Needs better check out system. 1 or 2 cashiers are not enough sometimes. Stock needs to be put out, not in isles. Shelves need organization.

If i could put a 0 I would. Never had a good experience there. Today cashier was talking on her phone while checking people out. She had it on speaker phone and the person she was talking to was cussing. Cashier acted as it was no big deal. I'm glad I didn't have my kids with me.

Literally one of the worst customer service if I could leave a review it would’ve been 0/5 honestly.I told the cashier to remove a item because i was going to pay separately and she just threw it at me then I asked her why was she throwing it at me then after that she threw me another bag. worst customer service ever she should honestly be fired

Very dirty place. All of the shipment is always in boxes that cover the sales floor which makes it impossible to get down isles. Employees use very foul language in the presence of customers. Shelves are disorganized and produce are damaged. This is the only Family dollar in our town and its such a shame the condition that it is in.

The store is not keeping up with the number of people in the area! Wier is a much better store. Never anything when you need it. And I do all my grocery shopping there. It's only me I'm buying for thank goodness cause I could not feed a family out oof thav store ever. Need high volume mnatee

I didn't receive a "hello" when I walked through the door, even though other guests were greeted. The staff was cold and condescending. I said "hi, how are you?" to one of the cashiers and I received no response. Won't be visiting this particular Family Dollar again.

I went into Family Dollar yesterday morning and no customers were were in there so they were playing dance music real loud and when I asked the lady to turn it off she did not she just turned it down and her and the other guy that was working in there and smiled at each other. Instead they ask me where that I work at. Lousy service yesterday

A "dollar" store is supposed to be a place of discounted "low" prices. Banquet TV dinner is $3.50 at this store. You will find better prices at a gas station.

Never organized. There's always boxes of products in the isles and never on the shelves where they belong. Been there many times and it's always the same. You literally have to get the things you need out of a box or off of a cart of boxes.

Just because it's solid dollar increments doesn't mean it's cheaper. Some items are cheaper at regular retail. This store is convenient and gets you out quickly.
