Called on to get a refill and a male answered the phone. He told me it would be ready in 1 1/2hr!! I went to the store 30 minutes later and it was given to me within 3 minutes. Kenneth (the pharmacist) was the only male working. Wonder why he told me 1 1/2hr. I had to go out of town. Thank God I didn't say "oh well" and leave without my medicine.

The pharmacy employees act like they are still in high school. Laughing and giggling and carrying on. They told me they never received my prescription a week after I dropped it off myself. Then they placed me on hold for 15 minutes while they searched for it. The lady that was helping me placed me on hold as I was still talking to her. Just rude. After a couple of minutes of being on hold the phone would ring and I had to explain the reason for my call all over again. This happened 3 times! I was so disappointed with the service. Not to mention when I dropped off my prescription I waited patiently in line when another customer just cut in front of me and the employee accepted the rude behavior from the customer. The pharmacy employees are the worst. I rated a 1 as their is not a 0.

January 31, 2022 at 8:07 pm had poor customer service experience with the pharmacy person.To the owners of Walgreens your staff member could use an opportunity for customer service training. Please note I’m very sick dropped off my prescription and had to return in an hour and a half due to store was busy. However, once returned for pick up had to go through all kind of shenanigans with the drive-through person.I gave this person my insurance card which is CIGNA she clearly saw it was CIGNA. She couldn’t find me in the system and stated do you have Medicare. I’m African-American does that mean I have Medicare?She still couldn’t find me in the system. I told her I was just at Urgent Care and they didn’t have any problem finding my information. I’ve been a member of Walgreens for years. I said do I need to go somewhere else she said, “you can”. Then she found out that someone put my date of birth in the system incorrectly, not once did she apologize for my inconvenience. Please train her!

CARLOS has very bad customer service, I was trying to ship something and took approximately 10-12 min to come assist and when he did he did an expression of a sigh like if I interrupted his day. He was quick to be dismissive. He did not assist in any other form

Very disappointed that pharmacy was not able to help me out!! I understand they close at 6pm, but I was behind a vehicle at the drive thru waiting.... they finished helping them out and when I got to the window it was 6:01pm and the lady informed me that it was now closed. there was also another vehicle that was also turned away in the se one lane. What happened to providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to make the customers happy???? It was 1 minute, really?!?!

I always come here for prescriptions and always find great deals in the clearance section. Haven't had an issue with employees. Clean and clutter free. Easy to find things. The only issue would be the restrooms.. They are so filthy and disgusting..something needs to be done about that

I had an appointment at 10 for Covid testing and stayed for 40 minutes and the line never moved. Pharmacy opened late too.

In a time where masks are a very important part of safety I was surprised and disappointed when I used the restroom at this location and the soap dispenser was empty .

The cashiers are always friendly, but the guy in the photo area doesn't have good customer service at all 👎🏻 he practically left me talking to myself, he was very curt.
