My dog pumpkin was groomed beautifully. When I first went to take her in she wiggled her neck out of her collar and ended up running outside. I have a prosthetic leg and I don't move very quickly, when I ran after her I was terrified, she was going to get hit. one of the groomers ran out after her and scooped her up and saved her. That was just the start of my experience when I came back to pick her up the groomer, Kyle, did everything I asked him to do , she looked amazing, she smelled amazing and she seemed very very happy. I will always take her there for her grooming.

I have had my dog groomed here numerous times and will never ever bring him here again. Be aware of their policy where a lease is tied around their necks after grooming, which choked my dog. Brought it to the attention of the supervisor Bailey, who allowed her staff to attack me saying “it’s their policy to tie a lease around their neck after grooming”. While there, a dog was being groomed by one of the male groomers and the dog kept crying from being clipped while being groomed. None of the staff cared about the dog and had enough energy to tell me that their policy in place utilizes a lease that chokes dogs. Terrible customer service and unprofessionalism. Take your dogs elsewhere if you want to have a happy and healthy dog

We have brought our pug here many times over the last 1.5 years for a basic grooming with nail grinding. Generally, we are always greeted warmly by the staff. Today, my husband took in our pug and has vowed we will never go back there again. There is a very overweight white woman who was grooming our pug today and was being unnecessarily aggressive with him. My husband had to interrupt the service and ask her what her problem was as our pug was visibly upset by her demeanor and roughness. She became confrontational with my husband so he had to ask to speak to her manager. Our pug is pretty submissive and we have always been told he was a pleasure to groom. This is very upsetting for us as we have never had this type of experience there or with any other groomer. I wish my husband had gotten her name so I could warn others to make sure to ask that she not groom their dogs. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that's no excuse to mishandle our fur baby. So beware of this groomer and if she's assigned to your dog, keep a close eye on them during the service.

We go in to PetSmart, looking for a kitten. We get to the back where the cats are and there are two ppl in the kennel area, we ask if we can come in to look at the cats and we're told "NO"... No explanation just no. So, I go and find a manager, his name is Nickolas, who tells me that due to a recent theft attempt we (me my wife and 13 year old daughter.) Cannot go in a d see the cats. I ask him do I look like I'm going to try to steal a cat? He says no and also explains to me that the two in the kennel at the time are volunteers so we cannot go inside and see the cats a pet them or do any of the normal things that you would do before you buy an animal. So we were walking off going to another place to look for cats when one of the volunteers ask him what is their problem? Her name is Crystal, and not only are these two workers rude, and very unprofessional, they're not conducive with getting pets adopted or sold. When we were walking away Crystal asked Nickolas and my daughter heard her say "what's their problem?) My problem crystal is that there are hundreds of thousands of pets that need homes and for you to have a disrespectful, unprofessional attitude towards people that are only looking for a pet That's not getting any of the thousands of pets into good homes. You're actually doing the opposite with your attitude. She also apparently works for a place called Buddy's place cat rescue who I intend to call and inform them of her unprofessional behavior. We left with nothing and will be going to Petco or one of these other places to look at some animals PetSmart will never get my business again. My recommendation is that Nicholas receive current and updated manager and effective communication training. For Crystal I would suggest you find a new line of work since it's take someone with a heart to facilitate adoption of pets.

Great sales. They have the canned dog food for hips and joints by blue Buffalo. The spa also has quicky dog washing for $30I find the store is up to date in keeping their shelves stocked and everyone is friendly and at the customers service

Long time aquarium owner and lover of fish. Nothing more frustrating that going to a pet store with staff that do not know what they're doing.I worked with Nick & Hunter today & I can honestly say that I’ve never been more pleased. They knew their way around fish & aquarium accessories as well as any I've ever met. Gonna be shopping here more often in the future.What a sheer pleasure it was to work with these guys today.

I’ve been taking my Great Pyrenees here for most of her life to be groomed. Today my dog had a 12:30 appointment. When I arrived her groomer wasn’t there yet. I waited around and noted her groomer didn’t start on her until about 12:50. When I picked her up at 3:00pm I was told I could no longer use an express appointment for her despite her severe arthritis. When I asked why they said she takes too long because an express is supposed to take 1 hour. So they’re essentially saying only small dogs can do an express. She has always taken 3.5-4 hours from her grooming. This time it only took 2 hours. I was impressed. She does look WONDERFUL as well. I got home and realized they charged me for an extra 1 hour of brushing (after the already provided 30 minutes) and a special handling fee. Mind you I have a MASSIVE dog. If they brushed her for 1.5 hours that means they bathed her (120lbs worth), got her 100% dry (very long hair), shaved her paws, clipped her nails and cleaned her ears all within 30 minutes. That’s just impossible. I asked the manager (Bailey) to give me detailed with validity and she couldn’t. I reiterated I’d be calling corporate and will be for her job if she’s lying to me. She still wouldn’t give me accurate details that made sense. I’ve reported this to corporate.I’m perfectly fine paying an extra amount if she truly needed 90 minutes of brushing but I know there’s no possible way it took them that long. Considering she was completely done at 3pm after not starting until 12:50.Also, my dog has arthritis in her knees. She can hardly walk right now because of how much pain she’s in. They did not listen to my request of allowing her to sit when possible. This is the most sore I’ve ever seen her be after a grooming appointment.

I am quite impressed. Just $20 for shampoo and basic trimming. Before and After. They also carry all food brands.Update:Took my 2.5 months old shih tzu, that dude is 4 lbs. They charged $36 for a puppy trim. Face and sanitary of a 4lbs dog is $36, with nails trim, 2 months puppy cost me $55 for grooming. No Sir, I'll do whatever myself in the future. Update: We will no longer be getting our dog groomed here. We paid $55 for just a wash because she was nervous and pooped. I understand their policy. But charging for the entire service is just ridiculous. Waste of money and time.

Great customer service, but the groomer needed more experience. The grooming was average to below average. Multiple defects in different areas. First time grooming Grooming at PetSmart - I enjoy their other pet services, but per my first experience I will not recommend the grooming service.

I love the reptiles and they have very good fish food, my fish are very large because of it, it's been I think 4 years. I dunno if it's by chance but they've lived long lives and I thank the fish food

Thank you for taking care of Athena over a Christmas holiday! You could tell that she had a wonderful time when she returned home back to the family! We could also tell that she had been spoiled while she was there because she was so excited when we picked her up! She grabbed her blanket when she got there and took it back to her room that she would be staying in! That's a sure sign that this facility is amazing with our furry babies! 🐕‍ 🙏🎄❣️

This place takes appointments and is competitively priced. Take the dog here for a shampoo and haircut every quarter or so. Usually takes 3-5 hours from drop off time and they call to let you know dog is ready. Have used the boarding here 1 time with no incident.

I love going in here a seeing a bunch of the beautiful animals you have visiting going to their new homes it warms my heart. I love the selection of toys and food you provide for our fur baby Luciano she really loves the toys that Mr. DALE bought her last night. Staff is amazing and so helpful. I took my cockapoo today for a bath and haircut. Under notes when I made the reservations, I made it very clear that we wanted a teddy bear haircut and that I just him to get a shape as we were letting his hair grow nice and puffy since August. My dad drops him off and gives the notice that I have left instructions under the reservation and we we picked him up, we couldn't even recognize him. I will never take him back there and I shouldn't even have to pay for what they did. His hair was not matted nor long enough for them to trim so short unless I instructed so and they obviously ignored instructions and messed him up. His face is definitely not the shape of a teddy bear. I am extremely upset. Never again! See before and after pictures!

Chloe is great in the pet salon! Our pup had never been groomed until I took him to her and he was scared and didn't want to stay on the table but she handled him with lots of patience and care and he came out looking awesome! I wish I had a before photo of him because he was very grown out and his hair was really tangled and matted up but this is what he looks like now! I'm going to stay with Chloe so she can manage it as it grows out more and get it looking more like his breed appropriate cut!

The selection of pet food is good for many types of animals, as are the toys and other accessories.I've not had an experience with the grooming portion. There seemed to be too many dogs in one room with an attendant. They were all barking for attention.

I've been to this location several times for many of my animals (dogs, cats, fish). Things are generally pretty positive here.The pros:-tends to have a lot of variety and in stock.-prices comparable to most other pet stores (though some items much cheaper elsewhere, like through Chewy, which is also owned by petsmart).- staff always friendly and willing to help if not already helping someone else.Cons:- checkout line tends to get a little long so sometimes there can be a bit of a wait. Though this isn't always the case, it more often is than isn't.

We brought our little mini poochon to the groomers here at PetSmart for the third time and are always super pleased with the results. I always get what I ask for, even when I change things up from the previous grooming. We had another groomer elsewhere who really messed up one too many times, leaving gouges and cuts on my innocent little scallywag. We always get a nice even cut, and I'm very pleased with our groomer, Emily, and her beautiful work.

Such friendly staff! AJ was Kermit’s groomer. He was so nice and understanding and did a great job even though it was Kermit’s first time getting groomed and he was a total spaz!Also doggie day camp is always such a great time for him as well 😊we’ve now got a happy and groomed puppy!
