This is the best place to bathe my husky! The large bathing area keeps him under control and makes it easy for me to reach him. They have everything you need to bathe your dog. The blow dryers are soooo good for getting him half-way dry, lol. He has learned to tolerate the bath, and then he gets a pupper cookie! My dog is clean & happy, and my home bathroom isn't destroyed 🙃

This is a great location and very nice people, very knowledgeable about the products and very friendly.Damian went the extra mile to make sure we have everything for our little dog. Highly recommended.

A lot of staff at this location is very rude and seems to hate their job. No one ever offers assistance and if you do ask a question the response is either I don’t know or basically rushed to get you out of the store. Products are great, just wish they had better customer service.

We tried the Self wash for our two dogs today and we are not disappointed with amenities! We will be using again. Next time I will remember to bring my wash glove. They have shampoo, towels, blow dryer, dog fragrances and aprons for you to use!

Feb 2024. Giving 2 stars as it is a pet store. Came in to get an emergency Betta Fish. You know, kids fish passes away while they are gone, gotta get a replacement. We'll their fish selection is tiny. Only 8 fish all small, all just limp in their cups. I tried to see if I could find one that even remotely matched, but with the limited choices, that wasn't going to happen. Maybe go to a large chain fur Betta fish. P.S. the only interaction I received was the standard hello when I came in.The fish are by the checkout stand, once I found them, no help. I just left.

The store was very quiet when I went. This was my first time at this location. It would be a great store to bring my girls to for a self service bath.A larger product selection would be amazing at this location though. They didn't have the food I give my dogs in stock and I didn't see a place on the shelf for it. :(

One of my favorite place to shop for my puppy. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They have all the goodies, food, snacks, toys, kennels, crates, carriers etc...They also have an engaving machine for metal name tags.

I absolutely loved coming here tonight (and will definitely be back!). All the associates were so nice and helpful to me and my Sammie girl. She’s technically my first dog that’s actually mine and we’re working on her socializing as she has anxiety and she is a rescue. So, to have so many people loving on her was amazing and she seemed so happy and more open with us even after coming home. Their prices are also amazing as well and the self service bath station is super clean and fully equipped for you to successfully wash your dog without any craziness. If you want somewhere with friendly staff who are knowledgeable and care about your babies please come here! You won’t be disappointed!

Bought a new self-cleaning litter box. There was a sign showing In-Store Coupon for 10.00 dollars off. At the register it ended being 30.00 off. I like surprises! Should you pet not use the new litter box at first, put a couple of droppings on your fresh litter. This worked for me. Cleans really well.

They have a good selection of the basics for any house pet. They also carry Diamond brand dog food which is reliable inexpensive for the quality of food you get. The workers are always super friendly and genuinely seem to love all the doggos that come in. The pet wash is a big big plus for bigger dogs who don't do well in a bathtub. Overall, haven't had any issues with this place.

It was crowded when I went, but it was National Dog Day. Good variety/ selection, but the prices are higher than other pet stores. I go specifically for Tail Banger cookies. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I will always come to this location to get my pet food. They are SO welcoming and kind. There was a day where a product was misplaced on the shelf and they honored the price I mistook it for. There will be days I walk in to compliments on my hair or just some friendly conversation about my guineapigs. I always try to come here after a long day at work cuz I know they are gonna make me feel better.
