My pups absolutely love PawHootz and all the staff. They keep them busy with all kinds of fun activities throughout the day along with them having nap time which mine totally need! We also fully trust them loving on our pups and giving them the care needed when boarded for an extended period of time. The staff and trainers are amazing and always keep us up to date with any changes we need to be aware of! Thanks for everything y’all do for our pups!

My Dalilah, absolutely loves this PawHootz. She gets super stoked when I tell her she's going to school. I couldn't be happier with the care she'receives here. She always has a blast and I trust she's safe.One of my favorite services is the Daily Health Check. Due to the attention to detail they have been able to help keep her safe and healthy.I love the additional options of puzzles, Kongs, provided blankets, and nightly tuck in. My family always jokes that Dalilah gets better treatment than them.I would trust my puppy anywhere else.

We finally found a groomer we can RELY on to treat our pup with great care!! Our Sheepadoodle looks amazing, and more importantly, he came home happy, completely free of nicks or cuts, and looking exceptionally pampered. We made an appointment for our long-haired cat to get his annual lion cut since the place we previously took him closed permanently. It's always hard trusting that a new place will treat your pet well and do a good job but PawHootz left our handsome cat looking great and he was happy as could be when we picked him up. He is ready for summer with his new cut and we have a new groomer for him moving forward! The people we spoke with over the phone and in person were incredibly helpful and friendly. We would recommend this team to anyone needing a new groomer for their pet.

My daughter started bringing my granddog to PawHootz (formerly Animal America) 14 years ago. Her dog loved going so much a couple days a week, that I immediately signed up my new pup at the time. Now both of those dogs have passed on, and the first thing I did when I got my new rescue pup was sign him up to go play and make new friends. He had a difficult beginning to his life which resulted in some major anxiety and he was very weary of new people. The incredible staff at PawHootz took things really slow with him and let him get comfortable with all of the people of other dogs at his own pace. My daughter and I cannot recommend this place enough! We love PawHootz!

We have Bully breed and they never blinked an eye taking our baby in they treated him so good and loved on him we have found our forever boarding location and so thankful they gave him a chance just look at the loving and loving smile on my sweet boy Bruno.

Took my 13 year old pup for grooming. Lonny met us when we arrived and went over everything we requested. He listened to our concerns and addressed everything very professionally. The grooming itself was wonderful. We will be back and would highly recommend both Pawhootz and Lonny.

This was our first time at pawhootz and when I picked our girl off she was so happy and not nervous or scared at all unlike other classes she has been. Dixie really liked Lonny and really took to the other staff also. They are very sweet, kind, and make your babies feel at home. Dixie will for sure be going back. I brought my two stinky dogs, and they came back squeaky-clean. One of my Dog is aggressive on the grooming table, but they manage to trim him. Although there are some parts on his legs that are not trimmed, considering my dog's behavior, they tried their best, and I am satisfied with their job.

They called to remind us what time the dogs needed to be dropped of, which we were thankful for as we were running late and needed the reminder. They also call to ask about our older little dog to find out why we had her as not being with the other dogs. After discussing they asked if they could try her with other dogs to see how she did and our little dog enjoyed some time with other dogs - she usually doesn't like being with other dogs. The staff was very friendly and took great care of our dogs. I would, and have, recommended PawHootz Pet Resort to others.

Nicole is AWESOME and was the biggest help! I was tired and overwhelmed and slightly worried, my dog is my baby and I'm careful about who I trust with her. Nicole walked me through the entire process when I got there and made it make sense, and she even was able to get me her vet records which I had no idea could be done. But most importantly you can tell she loves animals, mine is usually shy and avoidant but was trying to love on her the whole time. People like her are the ones I trust and I'm definitely going back. And she even offered a Thanksgiving meal for my baby and I didn't even know that was an option, I adore her. She treats animals like they are her own babies. Great place and great workers!

Best pet resort in the metroplex. I’ve been a customer 15 years with both my cat and 🤟my little Joey. Joey always had perfects haircuts. He was always loved and well cared for when boarding. He died at age 14 and now I have a new dog two year old Danny rescued from the Hurst shelter. Danny had his first grooming, evaluation, training and daycamp today. I wouldn’t even consider boarding or grooming him any where else in Tarrant County. I live almost thirty miles away from PawHootz! They are simply always the best! I’m always satisfied and beyond 😍very happy customer!!!❤️

My rescue Great Dane Mavis has been treated with love and excitement from her first visit, even when she was very unsure of the environment. The team worked with her to get her comfortable and now she loves it and is so excited when we arrive for her visits! Salem and Ariel and her favorites but she seems to love all the staff.

My dog enjoys going to doggie daycare at Pawhootz. He's excited when we pull in, happy to see staff when we get there, and is tired when we pick him up. I love the report cards. The only thing I wish they would add is cameras, so pet parents can check on their furbabies throughout the day!
