This store has been my GO TO for years! Mike and Vanessa and the rest of their team have always been super helpful no matter what I have going on. Anytime I have had a question about something they always have the answer and solution. Vanessa helped me order my new Reefer 525 XL tank and the whole set up that i needed to go with it a few years ago. The guys came out and did an outstanding job getting it all set up and ready to go! The new store is AMAZING, love the “filling station” for the RO and Salt Water. If you’re not going here for your fish and tank needs-you’re missing out-they are in this business because they literally love and care about what they do, and they have the customers best interest in mind.When my tank went haywire (my fault-learning curve) I did an overhaul with Kelsey and she got me back to perfection!Ember is one of my favorite people ever! She is full of knowledge and knows her corals, and Andres is always more than helpful and I’m so glad he’s back! I feel like family there!

I have not had a chance to do any business here. However, I have gone in as I begin plans for a new fishtank. Though I cannot rate their service. I can guarantee this place is cozy and clean, and the one person there seemed very eager to help me. The only negative I would say is that the building lights were a little too dimmed. This made it hard to see the fish, but I blame the dimness on the fact I got there the second the store opened. Otherwise, it seems like a place I could do business at.

Love this store. Staff is always so knowledgeable and helpful. Today, I worked with Brooke and had a lot going on with a sick fish and needed help with some purchases. She was awesome! Neat place with super friendly and helpful staff. We had issues getting our tank working properly and fish getting sick so we came here and got the real deal info on what to do. We will definitely be coming back in the future for more help and fishes.

Small but mighty! They’re so awesome I drive almost an hour! This is my very first fish tank experience and thanks to these guys I’m loving it! They are all very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and patient (I ask a lot of questions ☺️). If they don’t have it they’ll get it for you in a heartbeat and they actually care about who they get their fish from.

This is my favorite local fish store. I have shopped at Glass Aquatics 5 or 6 times in the last 5 months, it’s always a great experience. Everyone that works there is kind, knowledgeable and they always spend an hour or better helping me figure out what I want. They truly care for their livestock. You can see it plainly by the clean tanks with no dead or visibly ill fish. I’ve made multiple purchases, and every single fish has been healthy and zero issues. I’m so happy I found them, and so close to home.

Glass Aquatics is your one-stop shop for any and all aquarium needs! Each time I go in there, staff take a much time as I need to help. They are kind and gracious, and always answer my many questions. They even have live daphnia for the 50 baby axolotls I ended up with in my classroom! Need salt water? They've got it! Need freshwater to top off tanks? They've got it! Need any type of tank, fish, food, coral, or pump? They've got it all! I came home one day and my tank had started to produce this unstoppable algae. I was afraid my equipment had broke and it was going to cost me hundreds. I emailed Vanessa the owner and she immediately knew what to do. She hooked me up with $40 worth of supplies and overnight my tank completely cleared!! Glass Aquatics is the best fish store in DFW. They help me set up my reef tank from start to finish. They got me the tank, stand, rock, sand, livestock, water and eveything else needed to set up this beautiful tank. I couldn't be happier. They give you the knowledge to be successful in the fish/coral keeping hobby rather than just trying to sell you stuff, that's what makes them the best. Also if you join their monthly membership the amount of discounts you get on everything is unbelievable! The membership has paid for itself over and over again. Would definitely recommend Glass Aquatics to anyone and everyone!

Where do i even begin? We had such a bad experience with our last tank "maintenance" guy that our tank was COVERED with terrible algae and riddled with sub-par equipment. After some extensive research I stumbled upon Glass Aquatics. Boy am I happy I did!! Our tank has made a complete 180 and looks better than it ever has. Vanessa and her sweet daughter did the complete overhaul of our actual tank, it was instant gratification! Mike handled the plumbing and wiring, he went above and beyond making sure we have the best set up possible! Both Vanessa and Mike did exceptional jobs! I literally cant say enough about how wonderful they are. We are finally happy with our tank and cant wait to see what the future has in store for our tank!

I've been keeping aquariums for over 65 years and I've visited many aquarium shops. Glass Aquatics was easily one of the best I've ever stopped at. Great selection, healthy and well presented livestock. Very knowledgeable staff. Especially Ember who helped me solve a problem I was having with a nano reef. There was no pressure to buy anything. I live 2 hours away but I will make the trip back. AAAA+

Hired Glass Aquatics to relocate my reef tank. I could not be happier. I ordered some plants online. The plants came in good health and have been growing well. There was initially a problem with them being out of one thing I ordered, but that was fixed by Vanessa, and I'm very happy with what I received.Some of these plants are from Glass Aquatics.

Probably the worst experience that I have ever had in my 17 years in Salt Water. Last Tuesday the 25th of July, Glass Aquatics was hired to move my 120 gallon tank and the nightmare started when she sent some of her employees that had no experience in plumbing or saltwater to move a tank that's worth about 17K! ( She sent the Freshman team to play in a Varsity Game) When they arrived they first ran into the carport and punctured their moving van and thats when I should of known this was going to be a LONNNGGGG DAY! They arrived at 9a.m and didn't get through to 12:15 a.m the next day!!!SMH The workers got there and didn't have a clue of what to do and stated " I have never done plumbing before" I tried to contact the owner and she would not respond to me and basically didn't until the next day! The workers messed up a 450 dollar pump, Put the tank on top of cords and had wires everywhere! (They did Reimburse) She sent her husband to clean up her mess in which he did a great job! But I still have yet to talk to her on the phone ! The workers caused 2 leaks but Mike was able to clean up their mess and fix their mishaps as well as some other things that were going on with the tank! Then to top it off Vanessa Glass tried to send me an invoice for overtime for her workers (SMH!) I stated that I would not be paying the invoice due to the fact her workers took all day, do to the fact they had no clue what they were doing and that a tank move should take 5 hours tops and her workers took 15 hours due to the fact they never stood a chance!!! (DO NOT HIRE THEM TO MOVE A TANK UNLESS ITS MIKE GLASS AND ANDREAS )

Wonderful experience with Emma and Kevin (I think?)! They were super helpful at diagnosing issues in my freshwater community tank, really helpful and creative with solutions. Stock is lovely, varied, and healthy, staff is super knowledgeable. One of the team members recognized me and my kiddo from a five minute talk at Aquashella a month prior to our first visit to the store. Got some really interesting hardware pieces and plants- definitely a new favorite!
