Today we went just to see and my sister and I fell in love with not only one but two pups a Pomeranian and a Yorkie .The staff was great help and answer all our questions. They went above and beyond for us. They really made the process fast and easy. Highly recommend to go to Furever Pets!!!

Absolutely deplorable practices. No food, the only water the dogs had was from a rodent water dispenser. Dogs lap up their water, how are they supposed to drink from a water dispenser made for hamsters and other rodents? Not only were the animals obviously being abused, but one of the puppies was also sick. Panting, wheezing, twitching, gasping for breath on the other side of the glass. I included pictures of this poor baby below. Half of their "designer breeds" they have for sale are unheard of, backyard bred animals taken from puppy mills to be sold here at forever pets. One of the dog breeds was apparently "Beagauer".... this isn't a real breed. The fact they have financial assistance and payment plans available tells you everything you need to know.Take your money and go to a shelter, or a reputable, ethical breeder. It will cost you way less in the long run, considering most of the puppies you purchase at furever pets are likely to be highly sick and even have health deficits.I don't know how this place is even allowed to remain open, much less run any kind of business.Doesn't matter, because I've already contacted animal control and I will keep doing my part to make sure this awful place gets shut down. Their 1 star review out of over 30 speaks for itself.If you don't take my word for it, or the countless others who said similar things, just look at these pictures. The absolute negligence is unacceptable and something needs to be done.

This place is awful. The puppies only source of water is a spigot like the kind used for hamsters or bunnies. Dogs can't use those! All the puppies are panting and stressed.I over heard one of the employees talking to someone about their next "shipment" of puppies. I will be reporting this place to the humane society.

No way to leave 0 stars? Don’t help this place torture dogs. If you can’t see the parents that’s because they are spending their life in a wire cage somewhere, dispensing puppies like a slot machine. He a good person and take your business else where

This place deserves one star. As an aspiring to be vet these are terrible living conditions for a puppy I saw puppy’s playing on their own poop! This can lead to these poor pups contracting giardia. Not to mention I saw two puppy’s living in a box that you would see a gerbil in at a pet smart. These precious pups are only on display only to be sold for outrageous prices. Puppy’s require a lot of care that this store doesn’t seem to give.

Please, PLEASE, do not support puppy mills. These kind of shops pump puppies out of breeding dogs over and over and over again until the mommas are used up and eventually dumped or worse. I would love to see whether all of these dogs are properly vaccinated and where they are housed after hours but I think we all know the answer to those questions...

Adopt don’t shop. So many beautiful puppies at the shelters & through rescues ready to be adopted. I feel so disgusted that that this mall is supporting puppy mills. My heart breaks for those precious puppies in there. Definitely not their fault. 😢

I’ve been a dog groomer for 16 years. The breeds of dogs that required grooming in their care are in horrible condition. I can not fathom a business selling puppies that aren’t even maintained. And I’m willing to bet “your puppy won’t need to be groomed for 6 months” will be part of the spiel. Unfortunately the curly coated breeds I saw today are all already passed the point of being able to salvage any coat. Their first haircut will be traumatic, painful and heartbreaking. Shame on you.

I went in the store with my children to look at the puppies. A young lady asked were we looking for anything specific. I told her a hypoallergenic dog because my son is allergic to dog hair. She asked did we want to see one of the dogs. She brings it out we sit in a little space with a door on the side. A young black male comes and in and ask if we are done playing with the dog. I'm thinking he is a customer wanting to see the dog. I told him he has to ask the staff if he can see the dog. He says I'm the owner, and I ask why he asked me that so rudely. He was off smiling like it was funny. The young lady says it's ok but I give the dog back. I told him he was rude to be the owner and needs to work on his customer service skills. That is not how you approach a customer. I wanted a dog and was willing to pay but after that interaction I will never shop there. He made it seem as if me and my children were trying to take the dog. Sorry if my appearance gave you thief and broke.

Millions of shelter dogs but you want to support a business that turns puppies too old to sell for the profit they want into dog food. Trash humans shop here. Trash humans run this business. Let’s spend thousands of dollars on a puppy while thousands are being euthanized in DFW every month. This is absolutely disgusting and the fact they offer financing is a joke. Dogs are supposed to be man’s best friend and this kind of store is an absolute slap in the face to all the needless deaths. Hopefully they close all their locations down seeing this is basically a puppy mill.

I saw the most inhumane conditions today. There was a dog hyperventilating and trying to drink yellow-tinted water from a hamster water dispenser. So many different breeds between $1,000 and $5,000 being stored in a glass box with 2 or 3 other pups. None of these puppies had any energy or life to them. This is the saddest thing I have seen and I am absolutely ashamed this is in our mall. Shame on you.My family and I have done most of our retail shopping here for the past 20 years. Christmas, birthdays, back to school shopping and make-up... Our family will not shop at this mall until they remove the store, Furever Pets. It is apparant that they are selling dogs at exorbitant prices, which also may contribute as a part of their 'allure' toward selling the so-called 'fashion' pups. These 'owners' are for profit only and are keeping these animals in the worst conditions possible. Their only standard they seem to maintain is that the dogs have a pulse to attach their $5000.00 price tag to and lure unknowing passers to their window shop for these helpless puppies. I visited this store and and not one employee could provide me with an accurate answer on the age of any of the puppies that were present in store earlier in January 2024. Furthermore,no paperwork is available unless you purchase one of these puppies. Seriously? Any shelter or respected breeder would happily provide any information upon inquiry, if not already, attached at the windows (reference petsmart, petco). What a joke. Please do better. I will visit Simon Malls when you get your head out of the clouds and support credible businesses.

Went into the place initially excited seeing puppies all until I realized that this place is a puppy mill that sells puppies for egregious prices and financing. These poor puppies are caged into these small see-through white cubicles with what it seems is water dispensers that you usually see in a hamster cage for the pups to drink from and are fed from a small dog bowl by the employees from within their cage. They have a small area where some dogs can play within a small zone for customers to interact with. Still, it doesn't make this business any less worse. There's just so many questions and moral and ethical concerns about this place. The Northeast Mall should be ashamed for allowing this to exist. I'm surprised that the city of Hurst has not had a problem with this. Shut this place down!

Please REMOVE THIS store from Northeast Mall!!!!! Where are these poor animals from??? I personally thought money making pet stores were a thing if the past. These animals all look so sad & not well cared for. I want to know where they come from!!! BREEDERS should not be able to rent out a store front for the exploitation of poor innocent animals. the manager Linaudre here is EXTREMELY disrespectful to his employees. leaving notes on the mirrors talking poorly about them saying he will take money out of their checks for using the restroom... talking poorly about his employees family members saying he would fight them. it really surprises me how this is a Manager for a business taking care of ANIMALS. if he can’t treat his people right i can’t imagine how the animals are treated behind closed doors. definitely won’t be coming back or recommending anyone to this location. very hostile manager that should be fired for this behavior and further trained on how to be a good person and how to be professional in the work place. would do 0 stars if i could but unfortunately it’s not an option.

They were drinking out of hamster cages, the puppies were in glass boxes. I can see one of them was definitely suffering from anxiety. This is horrible. I literally left crying.

How are these places still legal? Those poor dogs are confined in small displays with two or more in each. I watched outside the store and saw them just pawing at the doors to get out. Too freaking sad.

I can't believe this is legal. I thought we stopped doing this in the 90s! The same store's round rock location has tons of reviews and complaints stating that they purchase animals from puppy mills, and had a parvo outbreak. I'm disgusted that this place exists!

Terrible environment for dogs. Blaring loud music with a ton of bass, no food or water bowls, enclosures are tiny and just have a bunch of ripped paper for flooring. This place needs to be shut down and those puppies need to be saved. You should all be ashamed of yourselves

I bought a cavapoo from there and they said that she was fixed and she's not. She's in heat. I spent $1,500 for this puppy and it's not fixed when they said it was.
