This Ace Hardware is going to be my first stop for anything. The service exceeded my expectations plus I’m all about keeping more money in my pocket and Ace absolutely covered that as well.Prices for items I bought were less than Home Depot. Identical brands like a quality rubber hose $10 less, no drip gas can $5 less, lawn mower $30 less and other items all less than Home Depot. The Weber Grill price is set by Weber so identical but why not put your money in your community instead of a large corporation, especially when the prices are less than or equal to Home Depot?Ace staff was welcoming and helpful. I walked straight to the lawnmowers and was approached by a man that asked if he could help me. I showed him my list which included a specific lawnmower, grill and other items and he patiently walked around the entire store with me to get everything I wanted. The lawnmower price point included assembly and delivery but the $275 grill did not but spending $800 on everything I asked if they would assemble and deliver the grill as well and without hesitation he said yes. The entire experience had a small town, neighborly vibe that is so rare.

ACE SUCCEEDS … AFTER HOME DEPOT FAILS! (Again.)I needed 2 specific connectors and Jacob at ACE helped me find both within 3 minutes.I had tried Home Depot first and the person in charge of plumbing there vaguely waved me over to a row with hundreds if not thousands of connectors. After 1/2 hour searching, I asked for further help finding what I needed: I was told I was on my own. Plus, the customer service counter people seemed sullen and surly. Terrible customer service!ACE truly is the place with the helpful hardware man!

Well a little while ago, they charged me $1.59 each for two plastic compression washers. Just found them at a different store, two in a package for $69 cents. Also, I needed one 1 1/4 plastic compression ring.. Young Man said they didn't have. Said I had to buy a second whole kit. I found it for him. Learn your stock.....

The BEST costumer service you will ever get! I'm serious, I have never been to a store in which more than 3 people are willing to help at one time. Absolutely perfect place to buy your tools. I went in to get my chainsaw and chain worked on and it was done immediately. Oh and on top of that super friendly!!

Love browsing all the extra gift items, lotions and soaps this store sells. Staff is always helpful. I have rented carpet shampooers several times. Easy to use and good price if you can do it yourself.

Place is way bigger then it looks and I was thoroughly surprised at the service I received right away as I walked in the door and was walked to exactly what I needed which made for a quick and easy trip. Store a as also extremely well kept and organized. Prefer this over Home Depot now. Definitely keep it up guys.

This little hardware store is the BEST!! I hunted for very very small hinges at the big box place and the other place on 75..nope, I should have know to go here to start. They always have what I need. They also have a SUPER FANTASTIC area in the store where you can buy gift items, like soaps, jewelry, baby items and a whole lot more. And the employees that work here are really friendly! Store is always clean and well organized. Social distancing and mask in effect.

We were in search of a specific item. Stopped in about 5 minutes before close. Manager and others bent over backwards to try to help us problem solve. Then about 15 minutes after close we ran back again and they helped us again get what we needed after realizing we were missing something to finish our project. Really awesome store with great service.

Called before I went and was told they had what I needed. Drove 45 minutes to get there to be rudely told they don't have it. The man was rude to the girl that made the mistake also. He made a complete scene in front of customers . Always loved the place but I won't go back. He's a jerk.

I have been to a dozen Ace Hardware stores and they are all laid out the same and they usually have a friendly staff.This Ace however was both helpful and a genuine home town friendly. (Like they knew me) Great place!
