Terrible. Terrible, terrible! We are camping here and I needed to get a prescription picked up. I was told I couldn’t get until tomorrow even though I had to start it today. The pharmacist got on the phone and said she didn’t know why the pharmacy tech told me that. She told me that my prescription would be ready by 3 o’clock. My husband went to pick it up for me at 3:30 and they said they didn’t have a prescription for me. He goes inside and talks to the pharmacist and they find my prescription (that they said they were already processing three hours prior) and said that they’re just now going to process it. The customer service there is unreal and it is slow and everyone seems to be confused on what they’re supposed to be doing and how things work. All I can say is I’m glad I don’t live here and have to use this pharmacy as my pharmacy! The only reason I gave it one star is I had to in order to leave a review otherwise I’d leave zero

So I called to check and see if my prescription was ready On Tuesday, March 19 at 6:00 PM the lady that was working there picked up the phone. Ask my name my birthday put me on hold to check and see if my prescription is ready and I was on hold Waiting For them to pick up the phone And let me know if my prescription was fill I finally got fed up with waiting on the phone phone so I drove 35 minutes to the Walgreens to check in person and there was a tall African-American male working in the back. I think his name was Jesse that thought it was very funny and laughed when I told him I was on the phone for three hours waiting for them to check and see if my prescription was ready, I will be filing a complaint tomorrow morning with the head pharmacist at Walgreens and I will be reporting all three of the technicians that were at work when I showed up there was nobody waiting for prescriptions in the store and there was no cars in the drive-through when I showed up I waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes before I went in the store not one car showed up in the parking lot or in the drive-through while I Was still on hold the fact that they make people wait for three hours because they don't want to do their job and answer the phone is ridiculous. What if it was someone that needed heart medicine or just had surgery and needed pain Medication refilled I hope that all three of them get fired. They do not belong, working somewhere like that where it could endanger someone's life. As you can see from all the other one star reviews, apparently this Walgreens in Huntsville does not care about the customers they serve I will be getting a hold of corporate, and there will be something done this one star Reviews and complaints about the same store is ridiculous

The only reason it has 1 star on my end is because I can't write with a 0. Horrible service. I depend on my medication to live comfortably and not end in a hospital again, and in more than one instance, I've been lied to. They keep saying to wait a few hours, then the next day, then it turns out that they didn't have the medication. The lack of care and respect is disgusting. The anxiety and frustration I feel cannot be described...

The pharmacy is incredibly slow. The drive thru is always packed & you sit in line forever. It's not any faster going inside. I ordered my prescriptions that have already been approved by the Dr & they have been in progress for 2 days. Very, very unorganized & not dependable at all

1 star only because it’s required. If you don’t want to waste your time, money and brain cells dealing with this pharmacy then don’t do business with them. They have zero common decency; they do NOT care about you. They’re slower than molasses, inconsistent with insurance and the patient. Cancels prescriptions online without ever consulting with the patient.

I am closing my account with Walgreens. I realize that the pharmacy is busy but their service management is downright appalling. My doctor sent a prescription through early in the morning, 8:30 to be precise. I called at noon to establish collection viability. The auto service advised that it was partially ready. I requested more information and was transferred to a live operator who advised that one of the items was on hold. She the. Put me on hold. I waited fifteen minutes without her coming back on the line, checked and found connection still viable. No response though. I was in easy distance (pharmacy is 33 miles from my home) so made my way through. There was a line up of people. So whilst in line, now a full 30 minutes since being put on hold. I called the pharmacy again, Got an operator who again advised that the one item had not yet been filled. I stated I was on line and would appreciate some action by now three calls later.I finally got to the desk clerk who tried to be really helpful but said it would take another 20-30 minutes. I demanded to see the manager. She went back to the pharmacy area and arrived back a couple of minutes later to tell me that it was being filled. We waited together. I showed her the “coupon” I had received by email for a discount. She applied that to all three of the prescriptions and when the last was ready processed my bill. Only the. Did I discover that by using the discount my claim to Medicare was nullified. I was no longer prepared to argue or hold the line. So I left having paid for medications that would nicely have cost me $12-$15 for all three. The amount I paid was more than three times that.In all I can say I am disappointed I. A chain that has handled my medical requirements and product loyalty for more than 40 years. I have decided that they are not clientele oriented and they are obviously understaffed or have some pretty bad pharmacists and assistants working for them. I shall be moving my account to a pharmacy in close proximity to my house where I can rely on better service and less mileage henceforth. My loyalty has not been appreciated. Case closed.

Horrible, horrible service. I have been completely out of a medication for over a week, only to find that it's not filled yet. My 3rd trip for that same prescription. Long lines (over 45 minutes) missing prescriptions, wrong medications, and the most ridiculously, incompetent, poor customer service I have ever experienced. Pulling all my prescriptions tomorrow and will never return.

After calling to ask questions about my medication. Stayed and the phone for 20mins. After the phone was answer then put on hold with no one saying anything. During the 20mins I drove to the store. I seen who did it because I stayed on the phone after I spoke to the Pharmacist then they answered the phone. They wouldn't give me the person's name.

This is the bottom of the barrel! Without a doubt the sorriest excuse for a pharmacy in the entire world! I would be embarrassed! Pure garbage! Waste of space! Just close down and go home, you suck! The manager should be put in front of a firing squad...

I called the pharmacy part late at night and was on hold for over an hour.. I had time to drive all the way from the woodlands to Huntsville so by this time was I just determined to stay in hold. Once I get there there was absolutely nobody on the phone. They were just deliberately not answering them. It’s just laziness. I could understand if they were busy.. but no. Take your business elsewhere

Terrible customer service. Specifically the very young shift leader and the photo cashier with the afro that were working at 11:00 am on 2/25/24.Zero customer service. Rude. Unprofessional, immature, and lazy.Absolutely unbelievable.

Go anywhere else in HUNTSVILLE but this Walgreens. They are incompetent then the drive-through is always a mess and takes an extended period of time just to get to the window 30 minutes or more. As a 61 year old disabled veteran, I picked up my prescription and they started laughing because of what it was. How can they disrespect a veteran like that especially a disabled veteran? What the heck!!! When I asked for the manager, they said none was available, I was so mad, I even called corporate to file a complaint with them.Unacceptable!What a Dumpster Fire!

Called a prescription in, in the morning, was told it would be readying an hour. Had other appts so I called in the afternoon, after seeing it was under review. Called them was sent.to pharmacist and put on hold 4 times with no one answering. Finally got to speak with a pharmacist and was told it would be ready in a couple hours. There was no reason for it to be reviewed, it wasn't early or needed the doctor to call.

Huntsville Texas location drive thru takes forever. Be prepared to spend 45 minutes to over an hour most of the timeTwo windows and one person working both windows, one at a timeUpdate since last post from 2 years agoABSOLUTELY no improvements on service. Majority of time one person working drive through and one person working front counter and lines forever at each. The automated system calls and tells you prescriptions are ready and when you get there and stand in line up 30 minutes, sometimes longer, they tell you oh, they’re not ready, it’ll take about 15-20 minutes and we’ll get them for you, or argue with you and tell you they didn’t call. It's awesome to finally see a 24hr place that's always there to assist with the unique help combat veterans need shopping for supplies. They even have the fine cigars to enjoy the finer things in life. i'm excited to go see the faux plants in a minute. A plant that's pretty and doesn't need to be watered is cool. The employees are outstanding at customer service, and manage the store with professionalism.

Slowest pharmacy EVER!!! Have been sitting at the window for 30 min and haven’t even been acknowledged! There is one person in the other lane that was acknowledged (even though we were first) and one person at the counter. Absolutely ridiculous! I’m sick, I don’t feel good, and I want to go home. Pick me up the pace!!

Left a review prior to this one. Apparently, someone deleted my review. This pharmacy is slow. Pharmacist tried to say, "we can't fill your prescription because it's not due". IT WAS DUE. The date on the bottle was 4/20. The day I tried to refill my medication was 5/20. Will never use this pharmacy again.The pharmacist will try to make you feel like you have a drug problem. He needs to be investigated.

I just came here to drop off a package to be mailed out. The reason I rated it a 3 star is because Linda the cashier was nice and so was the insurance lady in which greeted every guest coming in and out. However the lady who handles all the shipping for the FedEx was rude. She swore my package wouldn't scan but yet wouldn't type it in. I told her I had never had this issue before and she just kept telling me I would have to get a new sticker. I went to another location instead and they scanned my package in and everything successfully.

Understaffed, incredibly long waits for prescriptions every waking moment of the day. They have earned their 2.5 rating and quite shocking is the fact that it is that high. If you need meds to survive go somewhere else.

Very poor customer service. We did an online order and set the pick up to curbside. Everything online said it was in stock. We got to the store and the man who brought our stuff out just about threw it into the car. He didn't say anything and just went back in. We looked into the bag and realized that we didn't get an item. We walked into the store to say we were missing something and the man very rudely stated that they didn't have it in stock. It would've been nice of him to tell us this when he walked out to the car but whatever I guess. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My husband was refused service for passport photos because his “gray” shirt would blend into the background but she would help me so we went to H‑E‑B and spent $40 on 2 shirts as an option for him to take the pics in. Went back to the store and 2 workers looked for a camera and just left us waiting. One went to be a cashier(didn’t seem to notify anyone that we were there) then the other girl just wandered around looking for a camera, I guess. We are still standing there waiting as there is no way to notify anyone that you’re there at the counter and a young man comes out of the door next to the photo area and said the passport service was broken and just broke today. He was at least polite and told us that CVS was another option but we just wasted 20 minutes of time that we really didn’t have. This was supposed to be a convenient stop but it wasn’t.

Worst pharmacy ever! I have been a people manager for over 20 years. This was by far the WORSE customer service experience in my life. Not all of the staff, but MOST of the staff are slow and intentionally condescending and rude. The Pharmacist was the absolute worse. I will never shop at, or use a Walgreens pharmacy again.

I just want to start with that I NEVER post reviews. I never like to complain, I understand having to wait. I used this Walgreens because it was the only one in Huntsville and we always use Walgreens. A year ago I had to use them twice to fill a prescription because I was sick, IT TOOK THEM DAYS TO FILL IT!! I hesitated to use them again when I got strep throat close to a week ago, I STILL HAVEN’T GOTTEN MY ANTIBIOTICS. They say they are on back order and that I could call around at different pharmacies to see if they have it, saying they could not do it for me. Luckily CVS had it and I only had to hold for less than a minute as opposed to 15 for Walgreens fighting with the machine to actually talk to a real person. Now I still do not have my prescription because CVS can’t get in contact with Walgreens. If you would like to not be in agony for days, I would suggest going somewhere else.

I wish I could rate 0 stars for the experience I had at the photo counter yesterday which is the second time in under a month. This time a young man by the name of Christopher I can honestly say showed the worst case of customer service I have ran across in a long time. After putting no effort into looking for my order he told me he did not freaking know what else to tell me and he didn’t have time for this, after they lost my order I drove 40 miles one way to pick up that I had gotten a confirmation email for days prior. He went to get who I’m guessing was his manager who still had no explanation other than my order was printed but she just doesn’t know. She did offer to comp part of another order she found from the last disaster, which cost less than $1 might I add, for the inconvenience! I declined and told her I would NEVER after 12+ years be returning again!
