Conroe was out of Propane so I ended up at Huntsville store. So glad I did! I got Propane without hassle and found some items I have been looking for that the other store didn't have. Will make the drive more often.

If I could leave a review less than one star I would. I’ve seen how they treat their employees and to say that I’m less than impressed would be an understatement. I can’t even begin to imagine how difficult it must be to work there…. But to work and go to school there is an insurmountable amount at pressure and unnecessary stress.If there’s anyone reading this who has any sort of control over the way this store is being managed…. You not only have a lot of work to do, but you’re losing very valuable employees who won’t stand for your unfair work ethics and multiple HR discrepancies and rule violations which are intended to be dealt with accordingly.-Disappointed and Heartbroken for your Fantastic over worked and underpaid employees

I came in for a variety of things and was shocked at the amazing customer service. One employee in particular, I think his name was Brent, was especially knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience went well. Excellent prices and personable service like this are why I continue to shop at Tractor supply for all my tool and outdoor supply needs.

This has to be one of the worst feed stores I have gone to. They always have a long line, it is hard to get help when you are looking for something and the online ordering is no better. Routinely understocked in the store. They will happily let you order and pay for something online and then never contact you for when to pick it up, or better yet, they don't have the item in stock that you've already paid for. Every experience we have with this TSC is terrible.

UPDATE: I love the curb service! They bring your items out quicky! This store goes up and down in stars for me, but this is a great service.They've really gotten it together and now have a great store!Update: must have changed management. Almost worth driving to Willis to keep from going to this store.

Well, we bought an $1900 cub cadet mower from here. It ran fine, until we engaged the PTO. Then, the deck belt slipped off. We put it back on and mowed half the yard. Belt slipped off again. Come to find out, we were sold a mower with the belt put on incorrectly. Also, the belt that came with it wasn't even a cub cadet belt. It didn't even match the replacement belt that we ordered for it. Also, we apparently did not get the points for the mower we bought or the trailer we bought to carry it home. $2700 worth of points wiped out from our tractor supply points account with that neighbors card. In my opinion, they screwed us. Don't let them screw you!! I will not be going back to tractor supply.Reply to tractor supply reply below....I already called customer service about the points and I was told there was nothing y'all could do about it. I lost all those points....

Haley and Holly went above and beyond in order to help my husband replace our lost receipts. They did not just give up when the task proved became difficult, they were persistent to do the best job possible while providing the best and friendlist customer care. It is nice to see that customer care is still a passion at this Tractor Supply.

The four stars are for the guy getting the shopping carts working the floor. super friendly courteous. The cashier girl can learn a thing or two from him. Put her in the back of the store. I like coming for the smiling faces & friendly people but the last three times I've been here cashier girl been very rude. I spend a lot of money here every week. If I want ugly service I can go to Walmart.

Probably one of the worst TC locations I've been to. Often times there are messes throughout the store. Making it rather hard to navigate. They are also consistently out of things. It's sometimes weeks before items are restocked.I will say that the employees are nice and as helpful as they can be given what they are working with.

Spectacular service beautifully kept store and very fast friendly checkout. Was helped immediately as I walked into the store they had extensive knowledge of the products and even had a few great suggestions! Would love to add more stars probably one of the best experiences I've ever had in a retail store. Will shop again!

I go here at LEAST once a week for feed for my horse, chicken, ducks, rabbits, cats, and dogs. I'm greeted every single time I walk in, even if it's new people working. I am in competition with 2 other locals for a certain type of hay and the employees and I both laugh about it every time I go to get some. The atmosphere is wonderful. The employees are very helpful. This is my only go-to for feed. Period!

We had 2 butane bottles that needed refilled. Stopped at the Conroe store, but they didn't have anyone there who knew how to fill the bottles. Stopped at the Huntsville store at 10 minutes til closing and they happily filled our bottles. Very nice people working there!

Very friendly and a couple of workers asked me if I needed help getting my purchase into vehicle. I buy a lot of birdseed at Tractor Supply at different stores around East Texas. This store nicely laid out, bright and clean.

Not just a country store. Its this country's store! I get treated like a country neighbor every time.They have special parking for vets and active duty military folks. Some stores say "thank you for your service". Tractor Supply DOES "thank you for your service".If you just need a smile and a lift in your daily grind stop by and pick up a country treat. Guaranteed to make you feel better.Your dogs will love their healthy dog food.

This particular TSC is hit or miss. Today I was mostly lucky. They had what i needed in stock AND the fellow who helped load my feed was great! Sadly....the lady that actually cashed me out was eh so so.....but that's the norm for this location. Either they're out of what you need or the staff is somewhere between mediocre and 'how do you stay employed'.

Came in one evening ,two high young men had no idea of what they sell and lied if they did not know and said they don't sell it.Where do they find these kids? I found what I needed after a few minutes and both were rude. I will not recommend to anyone and management should hire experienced help instead of dishonest children to run the the store.

I like this Tractor Supply location better than others. They have a great selection of items and are always well stocked. The employees are knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful.

I like it. Well lit, clean, and the guys help my mom carry the big heavy bags to her car. These are college students who are working for school money, they are not professional farmers so keep that in mind.

This tractor supply has everything you need from bird food to horse feed. Fresh hay for your horse or what ever you need hay for. It's a big store with plenty of stuff like blue jeans,much boots,sunglasses, to gun safes...

Tractor supply has everything you need from repairs to equipment, boots and clothes, mowers, farm equipment, and even decorative items. Seems to me that most locations could one or two more employees because it is a little hard to get someone to help if you need it.

I frequent TSC in Huntsville & Madisonville, Tx. My items are always in stock. I always leave with a little extra too! I do find small animal items to be a bit overpriced but still cheaper than grocery stores & even popular online pet stores.
