I’ve been here many times and I trust all of the employees. They’re all really sweet, laid back, and take their time to give me what I need. They stick around and talk and value their customer relationships. Chandler is great to talk to and makes everyone feel welcome, and knows his stuff. Not to mention, this store has great stock! I’ll only come to this shop.

As a long time customer, I have always been met with kindness and helpful attitudes from my very first visit. Nick, Trent and Gavyn are all very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to ensure that customers locate what they want.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable people working there. Was looking for a new grinder and some pre rolls not too long ago and Trent and Gavyn pointed me in the right direction. The pre rolls were phenomenal and the grinder is excellent and the prices are great compared to other shops. Would definitely recommend checking them out

This is literally the ONLY smoke shop I will go to. They have the cheapest prices I’ve ever seen and always have everything I need. Most importantly though, they have the most helpful and friendly staff. The customer service at this place is unmatched, and I’m glad to be a regular.

They always have what I need, and when I’ve asked for stuff they have no problem trying to find it to order it! Staff have always been friendly to me and even when they have been busy they always greet me and tell me they will help me as soon as they can. Great place for all your vape/smoke needs.

All the guys there are helpful friendly knowledgeable and just down right cool they allow my dog to come in they all pet him so yes I recommend this place 💯 present the prices are really good and the product is the best this store is the only vape shop I shop at this is my vape home please go see them you will love them as well

Bought an efest charger here less than 2 weeks ago the charger no longer recognizes that batteries are even on the charger and they will not do anything to make it right and the employees were rude.

This is my new go to vape shop. I don't know how name, but the guy with the haunter tattoo on his forearm is VERY helpful. He's patient, informative, and provides all around great customer service.Also, they have a great stock of nicotine vape products and accessories, and they are reasonably priced. Affordable unlike some places.

I’m incredibly disappointed. This is my regular spot to shop and this evening I had the most shocking experience. Myself and 2 other women walked in and were IMMEDIATELY asked to show our ID before we were even greeted or fully inside the building. We didn’t know were the voice was coming from until we fully entered and saw 2 gentleman behind the counter. We found it odd, but were happy to comply. However, one of my friends didn’t have her ID (she’s been her before). so she was told to step outside. I was shocked because we did nothing to provoke this immediate reaction. One of the gentleman we recognized because we always have long “chit chat” every. Time. I’m. Here.I asked “since when have y’all been doing this” and he sarcastically stated there’s a law about it. But I clarified, “YES, but I mean LIKE THIS before even walking in the door”. I looked at the gentleman I recognized and stated “because you surely know me” at which point he agreed. but didn’t want to give an explanation due the possibility of being fired, he states.The gentleman who initially gave this order came to service us instead. He brought the subject up again stating ”yea they’ve just really been cracking down on us to check” (meaning IDs). This gave me peace, so I felt less frustrated about the situation. Since this is done for EVERYONE due to the recent “cracking down”. But as we were finishing up our transaction, another gentleman walked inside. The recognized employee greeted him with great familiarity and ran to service him. I lingering a bit to see if he would be given the same treatment. No luck.*I understand he was within his rights to ask for ID, however the IMMEDIATE and SELECTIVE behavior was unnecessary. To the degree of having an of-age frequent customer step outside. DO BETTER. *

Went here with my friend, we were the only ones in the store, and were looking at tattoo stuff. Guy didn't even say hello to us, was on the phone the entire time, and never offered us help. We were willing to buy some stuff, specifically a tattoo machine and ink. Guess I gotta spend my money elsewhere.
