I come here for everything dog related! Toys, treats, food, grooming, and training. The trainer Kaylee knows so much about her companions and has taught my girlfriend and I so much with how to raise our fur baby. She seems passionate about what she does, and I wouldn't ask for any other trainer. I definitely recommend stopping by for all your pet needs.

My first time there and it was not so good. The check out line was very long with 2 talkative cashier's who appeared to be in no apparent speed to assist with moving the libe along at all. We had to hunt down help to assist with purchasing fish, when he finally came he did however, apologize for the wait. He was very attentive to what I needed help with and even spared me the misery of purchasing my fish too soon. It was an overall ok first time.

The employees there were amazing! My kiddo was so excited about their new turtle and kept talking to the employee about the food and the size of the turtle and the employee just let her talk and they sounded just as excited as she did. Loved the interactive employees!

The store itself is better than most other Petco locations. Animal care seems to be better than other stores as well. This being said, the management is piss poor. They lack integrity and accountability especially when you consider Petco is a billion dollar company. Do not expect a quick response or even one at all if you call, even if they promise to call you back…

Lisa was amazing! Dropped Ghost off at 8 am and she was done by 9:15. Her cut and de shed looks great, and we got a coupon for collars and leashes! The women that work there are so sweet and I love the “report card” I got with how she was during her visit. Will definitely be going back for her regular groomings

Waited 15 minutes to get waited on as I watched other people come and go. Gave up and left without making a purchase. Terrible Management and cashiers. Unorganized, unknowledgeable and untrained.Won't be going back. They lost another customer and another store gain a new customer. You'd think they would learn.....

Not a good place to get help with aquariums. When selecting fish to add asked specifically about certain fish and if they would do well together. Was told no problem not aggressive at all. 3 weeks later down from 7 fish to 2 fish. Thanks for nothing.Moral of the story get your aquarium advice somewhere else.

amazing grooming department here!! i take my dog teddy here semi-regularly and he is always taken care of with no issues. my dog hates his nails being trimmed but natalee and shelby were able to get them trimmed perfectly and said he did well with them! amazing experience in comparison to other salons here that have left my dog scared and hurt. overall just perfect.

The staff is super friendly, they've been watching odin grow since we first brought him in as a baby. He goes to the petci spa gets nails, bath and extra conditioner and ears did. Loves petco, goes right to the spa doors and loves to strutt his stuff down the aisle and visit people. Getting new toys and treats.We also get our gold fish for our duck pond here which our ducks just ❤️. Just all around great place to shop with your pet. You could lower your prices on feed though and treats.

Well, I wasn't welcome as expected. An older lady came out of the grooming area to rudely tell me it was only 1 customer at a time in the check-in area. And she said it was not very nice! But the young man behind the desk was very nice. The groomer did not communicate with me rather to used clippers or grinders for my nails, and my dog jumped off the table several times. So I'm giving a 5-star to the check-in guy who demonstrated customer service by going into the grooming area to offer comfort to my Miss Macy. Great Job.

Went in to get a dog collar then saw a fish tank so one associate said we could have it for the 70.00 price tag. Then another associate comes over and tells us that it was his bad the sticker was there and peeks it off. When I said the finest person said we could gave it at that price he told me no.Well ok put the collar down and left. Never to spend my money there. No big loss I know, it's the principle of what one person said.

I would give it a 0 if possible. I got the wrong sized collar and went to return it not 10 minutes later. The same cashier who checked me out the first time and did not give me a receipt then went on a power trip about needing a receipt and a petco account. Ultimately he was able to find it on his computer and get me a refund. Overall its not a good business model to belittle your customers because you didn’t do your job. This is the last time ill be going to this store and I advise you to not go here.

Ordered pickup got put on hold twice and hung up on twice, paid for a large tub of cat litter they brought out the small one that was already open and definitely used. Then when I said that’s not what I ordered he leaned into my car, shoved his little order thing in my face and proceeded to go on some little power trip. Ghetto behavior.

First time using the grooming section of Petco and it was a good experience for my 10 month old Mini Aussie and myself. The appt was easy to book through the app and they went over everything up front before any services were provided to make sure we were on the same page of what was expected. I will be using them again.

The staff there at petco is Amazing! They listen and are helpful in my search and even take the time to let our Great Dane Odin pull them around lolOdin goes for a regular monthly bath and as soon as we get out of the truck he wags his tail and literally pulls me in the store and goes right to grooming. Now we have another Great Dane Olive and she just had her first bath and absolutely loved it !! ❤️

Went in for the first time to see what Petco had to offer,as the wife and I where looking at the fish and fish supplies we where greeted by a associate named Kennedy. She was honest with her knowledge and explained to us that she can order any fish we desired. If any fish was not available she would check before giving us a yes or no to a special order. I normally buy everything online due to the cost at a retail store. I truly don't mind paying extra knowing that we are recognized as people not a credit card.... Thank you Kennedy, you are absolutely amazing...
