Pampered Pets came HIGHLY recommended and DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Our little fur baby was well taken care of while she was there for a bath. Reasonable pricing. I recommend calling in advance for prices as well as an appointment for some of the services. Hands down amazing! Wish I had better photos.

I have been coming here just over a year now. At first my dog wouldn't have any issues going into the shop, but here recently he's been fighting me just to get him in. What I witnessed today explains why, I watched one of the groomers attempt to place a large white Shepard into a kennel, I assumed she was done with him, the dog didn't want to go in, so she spanked the dog several times. I asked if they treated all pets like that and one worker asked like what? I explained what I saw and she proceeded to ask the worker if she spanked the dog and she replied yes but only on the butt and she went back to what she was doing as if it wasn't an issue. I don't hit my dog nor will I put up with anyone hitting him. I will not be bringing my pet back to this place nor would I recommend this groomer.

I love this place and the sweet people, but more importantly so do my fur babies. They are so good with them and I appreciate that they don’t just keep them caged up all day long until they get to them like some places do. They have my babies in and out fairly quickly and they always look adorable!

I took my Golden Doodle here on Monday 8/7/23. When I got him back he was devastated! He has cuts from the clippers all over his body along with razor burn. I told them to shave him because he had some mats on his legs since we are new around here and didn't know it would take so long to get him into a groomer. Little did I know she would shave him all the way down to his skin! He has been miserable since! I heard him cry twice while I was waiting. Both groomers were very rough with the dogs they were grooming! I wouldn't take a rat to get groomed there!! I have pics to show!

I brought my Great Pyrenees and my Bernese Mountain Dog here after being turned away from other groomers because of their large size, and cannot express the amazing transformation. They took great care of my dogs, I will definitely be bringing them back and highly recommend them!Updating after being a client for nearly a year - still taking my dogs here and still getting fantastic service. Incredibly friendly staff, my dogs love them!

Our doodle mix is always all smiles when we arrive and when we pick her up, which makes us happy. They’ve always done a fantastic job on her grooming. We love their bandanas! So cute. Communication is great- they’re honest if they happen to run behind (has only happened once) and if they’re ahead of schedule. Their house cat is sweet. The ladies are always sweet as well. So glad we found them!

I've been looking for a groomer who can actually do what I ask. I worked for a groomer for 6 years, so I'm very particular. I was able to meet the groomer and discuss everything I wanted done and how I wanted it done. My baby looked absolutely amazing but was way too excited for pictures. But she turned out so good and everything I wanted was done perfectly. I'll definitely bring taking my baby back to get groomed here.

It was my first experience with a groomer and they did an amazing job with my mini Aussie. She looks like a brand new dog and is puppy soft. Thank y’all so much for the friendly and polite service as well as a fair price and timely service. I will be a repeat customer.

We moved the the Huntsville area and looked for somewhere to take outlet long haired cat to have coat thinned. This placed claimed to be sap able but they were NOT even close. Not 10 mins after we dropped off our mild mannered cat who has been groomed numerous times with no issue at other groomers where we once lived. They said “we can’t do anything with him. He’s mean.” Lol I was floored that this was something would even come out of a “professional” mouth. He’s mean?! We were literally still in the parking lot so we just walked back in and got our cat who was already asleep in his crate between the time I got the phone call and the 10 second walk from my car the front desk of the groomers. Also, the fact that he was only there minutes and you already took a LOUD pair of clippers to his chin shows they’re NOT a place to take a cat. I’ve always had places warm up by petting him, scratching him and he was never an issue. They don’t know how to grooms cats. Don’t waste your time with this place for cats. They’re clueless.

This is a great place to take your pets. They work with you on drop off and pick up, and my dogs always look amazing after going. I would definitely recommend.

Pretty sure they are miracle workers! With holiday busyness and a surgery and PT appts we let my pups ears and tail get massively matted and I fully expected them to have to be shaved. But she came out beautiful as usual. They always do a great job and are super friendly and accommodating!

First off let me say I am THRILLED with how my boy turned out. I’ve been taking him once a month to Petco since he was 10 weeks, last groom they called me and told me to pick him up because he was too bad to groom. I was shocked. They left him half groomed and I was desperate to get him fixed up. I called pampered pets and they got him in right away and immediately put me at ease. The groom was quick and when I went to pick him up they sung him praises. He looks great and we WILL be going back. Thank you pampered pets!
