Great location right off the interstate! Sometimes it’s hard to find high quality, healthy food when making a road trip. But having a Kroger this nice right on the freeway ensures you get what you need with good service, great prices, and you’re in and out quick so you can get back on the road.

I always visit this location and it’s always a clean store. The availability for items is to be expected. Some items in stock and some items not in stock. Which is to be understood. Items are facing shortages nationwide. Nice produce area and selection of produce. They do have items on sale through the app if you have a Kroger shoppers card. Also discounts on fuel with the shoppers card.

Michael in seafood/meat was so awesome, he almost made up for the poor service at the bakery. I waited a good 20 minutes for a pumpkin pie from the freezer. Both of the girls in the bakery were taking their break together. Michael was pleasant and went out of his way to find lobster tails for me. He went so far as to get on the floor, kneeling while searching.Thank you Michael for going above and beyond. 5 stars for you. 2 for the bakery. 2 only because the bakery girl greeted me with a huge smile.

I had a prescription through the veterans administration sent there. I am a disabled veteran, the pharmacist told me that The birthday listed was incorrect. And they would not give me my medicine. Because they weren't getting paid by the VA. The birthdate was sent correctly. I've got a major sinus infection now. I have to wait 3 days for Kroger's messup. Do not shop there, this is how they treat our veterans through an organization that guarantees pay. And since they don't get paid, right away by the VA that works with them all the time. They withheld necessary medicines.

Kroger is still a great place to shop. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. Right now their biggest competition is H-E-B across town. But the Kroger click list is still top-of-the-line compared to the curbside H-E-B is offering. The main difference is the options they have compared to H-E-B’s. So that alone will keep me coming to Kroger.

Ok so you know I hate dealing with apps and such, however I was so impressed with the quality of service I got from one employee so much, I had to deal with this so I could give the credit he deserves.I will spare you the details but my Kroger app was being a nightmare. Even decided to update itself in the middle of my shopping. Grrrr.It was not displaying correctly nor tabulation correctly so I went to customer service. A young man named Reece not only patiently listened but cheerfully helped and fixed the issue!You dont see that level of service much anymore. Certainly not from a corporate employee. Yall better keep him. His help is the only reason I'm coming back!

Went to grab some fresh shrimp, the man was beginning to put the food up. Asked about getting some shrimp, he shrugged his shoulders & said too late, I am cleaning up for the night. He had absolutely NO customer service skills at all. His tone was rude and entirely uncalled for. A man came up right after me & he was dismissed as well.

Place is getting worse. It's 8:04 am, practically ZERO customers at the checkout. Three staff members standing around and chatting by the cashiers. ALL self checkouts were closed but one scan and go. Female staff even told us to do that while they all continued their group chat while ONE cashier remained open (with that particular cashier, Maggie, also involved in their group chat). We asked if that cashier was opened(no.12) and was told it was, with Maggie reluctantly strolling to it. After scanning the items, she didn't even bother to bag them. They were all strewn over the end of the cashier. After the transaction was completed, she looked blankly up into the sky and we had to ask if they Kroger still bagged groceries? She said yes and finally bagged them, leaving out our four coke bottles unbagged. All i can say is that we are so glad cashier jobs will be redundant. People get paid to go to chat at work and we are paying more for NOTHING(normally we pay more for SERVICE)!

So glad to have a Kroger Super Center in Huntsville. They have everything! Fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh bread, tortillas, and cake. The cheese selection makes everything worth it - and the wine guy is SUPER helpful.Update: still has outstanding inventory and selections. Intuitive layout.

Everything there is overpriced! And they try to put stuff on sale that actually regular price and call it a deal, and often their deals are still more expensive than regular prices at any other store smh. The employees are useless college kids. This one lady named Angela is rude as hell! She needs to be fired. She just stands there at check out and stares at people like she glares at customers. She has an attitude and I don’t like rude people. She gave me an attitude and I haven’t went back since. I haven’t went here in so long and I haven’t missed anything on my last trip. Horrible! I changed my pharmacy and I shop at HEB and Walmart and dollar store. Just go to Walmart or HEB! This place is a joke. The workers at Walmart and heb are a bit better and the food is good and fresh. Kroger is filled with trifling ppl. Only the pharmacists are nice. They need raises. Bless them.

I stopped here for the salad bar at lunch and it was not fresh at all. Taste and smelled like the lettuce was cut days ago and trapped in a rubber ware container to that spoiled stale flavor is coming out

I’ve had positive experiences with the curbside pick up, this review is for a delivery experience and the subsequent customer service.DO NOT USE DELIVERY SERVICE unless you are okay with having to wait the better part of a month for your money to be refunded when the delivery driver steals your groceries.I placed a delivery order after prompting in the app and the delivery driver decided to keep my groceries. The delivery driver is not a Kroger employee so I do not blame Kroger for that. What I do not understand is how we are now three weeks after when I placed my order and I still don’t have my refund.The expectation was set by Kroger that I would have my refund in 7-10 business days. It turns out that the 7-10 business day counter starts after accounting approved the refund and it took them 10 business days to approve the refund. It also took my 5 separate calls to customer service to finally get an accurate answer about where my money was.At the time of this review I still haven’t received my refund for an order that was placed on January 30th. Customer service set the expectation that I probably won’t have it until the 24th of February and say there’s nothing that can be done to expedite the process and that this is acceptable customer service.

THE CURBSIDE PICK UP IS HORRIBLE. Went and picked up my groceries after work today and found out I had a ton of items that were out of stock and I WAS NOT informed of it. I proceeded to go into the store and saw all the items that were marked “out of stock” right on the shelves. If I could give this zero stars I definitely would!!

This store deserves no stars the manager Kenny Is horrible, lacks customer service and is a lier. Refused to replace my wine that I left a uscan told me he was not allowed to. I called corporate and made a complaint against him. They told me that he is not able to refund the purchase but he’s able to replace it. Wow Kenny, you are horrible. Shame on you,, you lost a loyalCustomer I never never spend my hard earn money in this store again.. you need to sign up for a manager course Kenny..

If i could give a lower rating, i would. I have tried to put in a curbside pickup order multiple times and each time, they decided to cancel my order because I am using a coupon Kroger is offering to EVERYONE if you place a mobile order. Your going to offer us a coupon to try your curbside pickup up, but when we actually try it, you don't like that we are saving $15 so you just cancel it and tell us to come shop inside instead?! That makes no sense.

My mother ordered a cake for my nephews arrival. It was suppose to be done on a Saturday morning but he was able to come home sooner. I requested to have to the cake done a day earlier which was not a problem at all. They gave me a time that worked out perfectly. I went to pick it up and it was SO beautiful, they did a wonderful job with it. It was absolutely amazing the decorations were great! The taste was delicious nice and moist with the light whip topping. Just so enjoyable, I would definitely recommend this Kroger' s bakery. Also, the employees were very helpful, nice, and so kind.
