The store is clean.I love the Seafood department because they have more Seafood varieties such as Octopus, squid,and Clams. I wish they would add Pompano fish so that I don't have to go all the way to Houston for that.The store price is reasonable. The HEB store brand product is on a competitive quality!

I live north of Dallas, and we don't have an HEB yet. So I make sure and stop by this location anytime I'm in South Texas. The gas prices are incredible, and the lowest I've seen around here. I absolutely recommend! 👍👍👍

I never thought a cake would make me cry but here we are. I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake from HEB thinking I would get a nice dinosaur themed cake, that was creative, pretty & fun & this is what they gave me. I live an hour away from HEB & so I trusted them with this cake order, thinking they would actually put some type of effort in my daughter’s cake for her special day. Disappointed is an understatement. They did try to reconcile which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, but they brought out an ugly mess after trying to fix it that I didn’t buy it. Now I’m scrambling trying to find a cake that’s Dino themed for a party that’s tomorrow, which will be impossible. Horrible HEB. Do better.

I like a lot of things about my community HEB. I like precut luncheon meats, I like the quick oven meals and pizzas when I'm tired in the evening. I really like that when I ask an employee where something is, they tell me or take me to that item. It is a pleasant, consistent experience of shopping Everytime I go there. What more could you want.

We have stopped shopping at Kroger, Walmart and all the other grocery stores since we have discovered HEB. Once you've been to H-E-B, all the other stores, pale, and comparison. Their produce and their meat are definitely the shining stars; we were purchasing our competition brisket and ribs from a specialty butcher shop; the last cook off we went to was a last-minute invite so we had to get our meat from H-E-B. We actually took 2nd out of 42 teams in brisket and 4th out of 42 teams in pork ribs using HEB's meat. This really makes us feel stupid because the specialty butcher shops charge about 60% more. Do yourself a favor and shop at H-E-B.

The store itself is clean and well maintained. I've always had good service and experience here. The reason for 3 stars is only for the Pharmacy. They had terrible customer service, and constantly subbed out my prescriptions no matter how many times i asked for the right one. I did this with them for a year and I've now switched to another pharmacy. I was told they could change it out for generic every month and make me ask for the right one. Seriously the pharmacy gets 1 star and the store itself would get 5.

I love the employees here. They'll go out of the way to help in meat and seafood. Usually not too long of a wait to check out. Curbside is decent. BBQ is good. Could use some work on the rotisserie chickens... Kroger has them beat on the flavor and quality. Worst thing about this HEB like all of them... PARKING. The zig zag layout is horrible and practically no room to back out in curbside.... always a constant flow of traffic in their parking areas.

Great new HEB. Nice and clean with many options. Can't go wrong with the BBQ restaurant inside of it either. Great service and great prices. Sushi area also looked amazing.

I always love HEB!! BY FAR my favorite place for groceries in Huntsville TX! This weekend they even gave us HUGE crawfish, while waiting on line to buy our crawfish! Their produce is always great, the employees are AMAZING and it's just a great place to get your stuff!! A++ for HEB in Huntsville, TX!! 🤗

Ordered a fruit basket for Christmas . They said pick it up at noon Wed. Went to pick it up at 12:30 Wed . They couldnt find the basket . They found the order form and said you pick it up in a couple hours . So I just walked out . These young people working in businesses should be trained better . I am running into incompetance more and more with these kids that dont care about anything but getting their paycheck . VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH H E B Thank you for ruining my Christmas gift .

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL STAFF. STORE DIRECTOR NEVER PROVIDED A CALL BACK FOR THE COMPLAINT. I WILL EXPLAIN THIS IN DEPTH BECAUSE I HAVE THE RARE CONDITION NARCOLEPSY WITH CATAPLEXY AND AM IN A PATIENT ASSITANCE PROGRAM FOR MEDICATION. THE PROGRAM HAS A CARD DISCOUNTING THE MEDICATION FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT AFFORD IT. THE PHARMACY REFUSED TO HELP ME. I EXPLAINED TO THEM HOW TO RUN THE COPAY CARD WHICH COVERS THE MEDICATION COST BUT THEY DID NOT LISTEN THEY TOLD ME THE PRICE WAS OVER 500$ STILL. I HAD TO CALL THE NOVEN HELP DESK FOR THE MEDICATION AND DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM BUT NOT ONLY THAT THEY WOULD NOT LISTEN TO THE ADVICE I PROVIDED. THIS IS A TERRIBLE TEAM. THE YOUNG MAN WITH PIERCING AND THE MALE PHARMACIST I SPOKE WITH ARE LAZY AND DO NOT DO THEIR JOB. TRAINING NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED FOR THESE INDIVIDUALS FOR NOT ONLY CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THEIR JOB. I WILL PASS OUT AT MY JOB WITHOUT MY MEDICATION. I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WORK THROUGH THE CATAPLEXY ATTACKS. IF YOU HAVE A RARE CONDITION DONT USE THIS PHARMACY THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AND CANNOT DO THEIR JOB. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED WHAT A SORRY EXCUSE FOR GETTING INTO A PROFESSION TO PROVIDE PEOPLE WITH MEDICATION WHO NEED IT. IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR JOB GET ANOTHER ONE. Thus HEB in Huntsville is one of the better ones around. Parking is large but often near full cause so many go here, especially weekends and holidays. Right all along the store front are outside plants and flowers that also make it so pretty and a cut above the ambience of other places. Then it's a large store so also has almost everything you ever want. My wife especially liked coming to this one for their assortments of fish. And there is also a great bbq place right aside of it, gas station, etc. Well managed!

Huntsville HEB is the best HEB. The Pantry always had the best Meat Dept in town and the new store continues that tradition. They have a huge variety of fresh meat and always the best price.The aisles are wide and it so easy to find what you're looking for.The Pantry had a very nice Produce section right at the entrance.Since my previous review the Produce section has regained its spot as one of the best in town.Many changes have been made that help ease navigating the departments even during peak shopping periods. Locating items is much better and Ive been finding good bargains on a number of products.Notable is the abundant ready to go meals, sides, salads, &tc. They look delicious and the ones we tried certainly were.I have used the online order system where the store does the shopping and you just come in at the time you schedule and they load you up. Looking up items and adding them is easy. And there is no doubt pulling in to find your groceries are ready for you is quite convenient. It's not the way I like to shop but nice for those who do.The HEB crew though really make the store. They are friendly and helpful. They give you a smile and treat you like an old friend. They will go out of their way to make sure you find what you need.The parking is ample and easy to get in and out. This is my main go-to store.Overall the new HEB is a hit and a welcome addition to our community.

I tried curbside pickup for the first time today. Love it!!!! It was so much easier to place my order and pick it up than lumbering around the store with my heavy boot after foot surgery. All of my items were in stock and received. I was a bit skeptical ordering meat , fruits and vegetables, but they were well selected; something I would have chosen myself. The young lady that brought my order to the car was very personable and congenial and wished me a speedy recovery and a happy rest of my day. I will be using curbside pickup again!!

Will forever be my favorite AFFORDABLE grocery store! The variety of both name brand and HEB brands is such a blessing. Not stuck with drab choices for those on a budget.
