I was greeted by the manager Whitney and was asked if could help me while I was shopping by Kylie. It was an hour from close when arrived. Very friendly, Kylie was cleaning the bathroom and i had to comment to manage that this store was very organized and I truly appreciate their customer service. Thanks Whitney and Kylie

Dont go here. I bought a 16" oscillating standing fan and the motor shook so bad that it would vibrate across the floor. I tried to return it and was told I couldn't do that. I would have to exchange it for the same fan. It doesn't say this on their receipt, anywhere in the store and no one told me this when I bought it. They lied about the manager not being there and they were not even willing to listen to what I had to say. They didnt have the same fan in stock so they told me I would have to go to another store about 25 miles away to see if they had one. Needless to say I walked out with no return, exchange or being able to talk to the manager. No way will I go back there again. I live less than 1 mile from them and for them to tell me I had to go find another store to do an exchange. So bad for business. Very unprofessional.

The store is clean and well arranged. All employees were busy instead of standing around griping or outside smoking. Of course the store is brand new so we'll see how it goes, but considering the nearest alternatives, I'm excited to have a better choice!

They have issues with computer. 2 separate times I have tried to use EBT only to be told I had a 0 balance and had to pay with my cash. Went next door and card worked fine

Much cheaper on groceries and other item that haven't been over inflated like dollar general .get more for your buck and also freindly staff .I shop dollar tree / familly dollar along with dollar general for items in grocery isle that other store doesn't have .dollar general has gone up steadily since getting grocery isles.most items at DG have doubled but not at familly dollar./dollar tree

I usually don’t review places but today I went in and ask for a refund for some stuff I bought that didn’t work and the gentleman who attended me was nice but when he asked for help from his manager she gave an attitude towards me when she realized that it was a refund and she took out the things and said that she was going to check them herself well she told me she saw them fine I said they are not fine and she kept going on saying they were fine after she said well let this be the first and last time you ask for refund because we ain’t doing this again lady and I want to point out she was rude, unprofessional and right after she left she started gossiping and talking bad about me all I ask was for a refund never did I disrespect her in anyway but I get disrespected
