I think, maybe, they could open another line when there's a long line. But nice people in back. Takes hours to get Rx filled with what looks to me like a more than adequate staff.

Most CVS’s are great. This particular one is not.I was recently charged full price for two prescriptions. They didn’t even run it through my insurance and told me that they did! I tried to return the first one (unopened) and the pharmacy manager, Omar said they could not issue refunds and that the price I paid, over $200, is after my insurance. When he heard me calling my insurance about the price, he then indicated to me that he had decided to issue me a refund. What is going on at this pharmacy?Omar is very rude and unprofessional. He acts “put out” when asked to transfer a prescription to his pharmacy. Terrible customer service.I still need to go back and argue with them about the second prescription that was not run through my insurance.I will be switching to a different pharmacy ASAP.

I pick up my prescription here. Funny enough I switched from Walgreens to CVS because of Leke who like a magician knows when I 'm running out of my meds and automatically gives me a courtesy call. Thank you Leke. You're indeed a major asset to the CVS Pharmacy on 11th Street in Huntsville TX

This pharmacy charged me for two glucose monitors and two free lifestyle readers and refused to give me a refund. I was told by Omar Alnafoosi that CVS does not refund medication. Monitors and readers are not medication. Now I have two lifestyle readers and no device to read.Very poor customer service. He even blamed their mistake on me.

Prescription was called in by our doctor and when we arrived to the pharmacy drive through they said it would be 30 min which was perfectly fine. When we returned after 40 min the lady at the drive thru said drive around one more time and it should be ready. Is this fast food drive thru?? Very unprofessional and not what I would expect from a pharmacy.

My Covid testing was scheduled for 10am. I arrived 15 minutes earlier. I went to the store because I didn’t drive to the location. They told me to wait at the drive through. It was cold 48 degrees outside. The testing wouldn’t start until 10am. I waited in the cold until 10.20am is when I was told that they couldn’t find my appointment information. I tried to show her my confirmation code but she wouldn’t hear/listen. I had to leave without being attended to.

If you need a Covid test for travel the CDC says to get the test no more than three days from your departure date. CVS’ MinuteClinic will not get your results back in time even when you call them after it is running late, so you will be forced to go somewhere else and get the rapid test so you can go on your trip.Their drive through speaker also doesn’t work well so they ask you to turn your car off while they help you. 100 degrees outside and I am sitting in a hot car because they tell you to not go into the store for testing. Nice.

Pharmacist was extremely unhelpful and rude. Had a prescription refilled went to pick up a few days later. They said it was no longer available and I need a new prescription from my doctor since I didn't pick up in time. The original pharmacist that filled the order said it wouldn't be a problem to pick up in a few days. Filled on Wed tried to pick up Saturday. Would give 0 stars if possible

Loyal customer > 35 yrs. I feel as if I'm visiting family. We address each other by first name. In fact we've encountered several staff over a 100 miles & they call out our name across a busy store/restaurant. Our scripts are filled in a timely manner. Helpful resolving problems & insurance. They are diligent to ensure we get the lowest price. We love them. The staff are pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and interact with a joyful attitude. We had an issue with a medication which was $2,700. My husband almost had a headache when he was told the cost. He didn't have his checkbook. The Pharmacist gave him the first dose and communicated to my husband that he could come back the day and pay. The staff throughout the store are courteous, helpful and professional. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. My husband and I are not young and have a multitude of prescriptions so we are there often. We love our CVS and staff.

Stopped in to pick up medical supplies for a family member. Although it is an OTC item, pharmacist refused to sell to me because my family member did not have a prescription at that pharmacy. My mistake for believing they were in the business of selling medical supplies as well as pharmaceuticals. No problem. Walgreens is right across the street so just go there instead. Very rude!

If I could give no stars I would. The manager on duty "omar" on Sunday at 4:40pm is the most disrespectful ill toned person working in customer service that I have dealt with here.in Huntsville. From the moment he answered the phone he was condescending, over talking and belittling. I will absolutely find another pharmacy because this one is constantly bad service. These people hate their job and it shows.

I went to CVS last night to grab a few over the counter medications. I wasn't in there for more than 10 minutes. I overheard the two ladies in the pharmacy talking badly about their male coworker, they were being pretty loud. When I was ready to check out, my daughter and I headed toward the check out and there was a man leaning over a shelf with his legs crossed as if I was wasting his time. He proceeded to raise his voice at me and said, "Ma'am I can't check you out. We closed 5 minutes ago". I was like...are you serious? And he said "Um, yeah, I'm serious. I already locked the doors and now I have to unlock them just to let you out. I saw your daughter dancing around in the aisle and I just thought you were at the pharmacy". I told him that the pharmacy had already closed and they didn't tell me anything about the store closing. I also told him that he could have made an announcement to notify customers that he was about to close the store. I know that I lost track of time but I was clearly getting medications for a reason. The customer service that I encountered was just plain unprofessional and inconsiderate. I should have gone to Walgreens. Better customer service and employees always willing to help.

Save yourself time and frustration. Go to Texas Urgent Care for Covid Test. Pretty disapointed in CVS. Took a Covid Test Friday, 8/27. I was told to check my text messages for a link to get results. Test results would be back in 2 to 4 days. So I have been watching text but didn't get text for this link to test results. Today is Sunday so I call and am now told to check my email for this link. I find it! The email was sent on the 27th. It states the link is only valid for 24 hours. I follow the link, enter all my info to learn that I can not complete the process to get my results. I call CVS am told that it's time has passed and no longer valid. There is nothing that can be done. I was transfered to the CVS Covid help line, where I was on hold for 50 min to be told I was connected to the Covid Vaccine help line and transfered again to the Covid Test help line. After about another 20 min wait the call is disconnected. The store is telling me my only other option is to come retake the test. My symptoms are much better now and surely my insurance won't keep paying for test.

Their reputation in town is not very great. CVS is incredibly popular in other parts of the country, but this store is being completely outdone by the Walgreens across the street. Management is slow to address problems present in the appearance of the store.

Store is always clean but that does not make up for the pharmacy my last visit was horrible I was threatened by a pharmacy worker I reported it to the assistant manager immediately and was told they would talk to her but seriously doubt anything was done about it even though she should have been terminated. Not to mention the pharmacy is extremely slow I will be transferring all of my children's prescriptions to Walgreens across the street.

I've used the pharmacy 3 times or 4 now and I've always been treated very well when I went there. They would have gotten 5 Stars if the ceiling tile didn't look so bad on the way to the pharmacy and the carpet clean.

I have been a customer for 3 years and watched their service deteriorate significantly . They have shorted me on medications (30 instead of 60) claimed that they gave me 2 extra bottles of medication (270 instead of the regular 90) AND NOW BEWARE. IF YOU ARE TAKING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, THE CLOCK ON YOUR NEXT REFILL STARTS THE DAY YOU PICK UP YOUR RX,NOT THE DAY IT WAS FILLED. BY THE PHARMACIST. This can result in being out of medication between those times!. In addition, if you are taking a controlled substance, you are often treated with suspicion. Paul is the only pharmacist that is competent. I am a retired doctor of 35 years and have never seen the pharmaceutical industry in such disarray.

Staff are so Helpful & Friendly, has been my pharmacy for several years, am very grateful for their competence & accuracy, they make having to deal with multiple health issues & medications alot easier to handle! Thank you mucho 11th street CVS!😊

I'm writing this while in line, waiting to pick up my prescription. I've been waiting for at least 30 minutes, so I figure I have plenty of time. This is seriously the most inattentive, terribly run pharmacy in existence. Please, do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy.
