After McNeese joined with CVS several of my mother's meds fell thru the cracks... Most notably was the Cymbalta, a combo antidepressant and nerve pain med, was not ordered even after the doctor's office called it in twice. 5 days later they got it in and 2 weeks later my mother is finally starting to get back on track. I only use them for their pharmacy. Bc McNease merged with them. The products are extremely TOO expensive. It's only good to shop there if you have coupons or store points.

The team member that helped my friends and I was Alexis. She treated us with the upmost respect and all the while she kept a smile on her face. If we had a problem with anything we always went to her to ask, because of the fact of her overall demeanor. I rate the experience, the store and the workers a ten out of ten recommend.

Service is going down. Pharmacy over prescribing medicine, texting you with new prescription you don't need and all those list of receipt coupons are no good depending on who's ringing you out. The last time I went the cashier said my receipt didn't match my card, his excuse was that the pharmacy always gets the mixed up. 🤔Sure. $12.00 dollars down the drain.

Worst pharmacy I've ever tried to deal with. Spoke with 3 different people over the course of 2 days. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing, rude , and just overall unhelpful. Save yourself time and go to Kroger. Pharmacies are busy so I tried to take that into consideration, but they could at least pretend to care or have some customer service.

I don’t recommend this pharmacy at all. I have arrived here in Huntsville two weeks ago with My wife and one week infant. My wife had a extraction for wisdom teeth and I went to get the prescription that contain pain killer. She was crying and screaming from the pain while the other kid is also hungry and crying. I went to the CVS pharmacist and I explained to him how fast I want the prescription. He told me “one second sir” and he neglected me for 15 minutes and each time my wife call me asking for the medication and telling me that kid is crying as well. This pharmacist keeps responding to phone calls from other clients. I went to Walgreen and give me the prescription in less than 5 minutes. Please don’t go to that pharmacy. No one cares. Walgreen pharmacist was very responsive and Understand how bad my situation

No wonder the parking lot is always empty. Went there this morning to use the atm as their atm has no fees. I got there at 7:49 and waited till 8 in my car for them to open. Then at 8am I got out of the car and stood at the door for 5 minutes. I had to get to work. I had to be there at 8 I couldn’t be anymore late because this CVS didn’t open in time.

Racist staff! Went in to look for a screwdriver and the woman at the front counter stopped us before we could barely enter the store, saying that he needed to "put his backpack behind the front counter". What she was referring to was the sling he keeps all his cards and some gum in that's basically the equivalent of a Fanny pack. He couldn't steal anything with that small of a "backpack" even if he wanted to! Disrespectful and absolutely unnecessary.

Extremely rude workers. Got yelled at because I put candy back in the wrong candy section. Not going here ever again. They need to learn to treat customers with respect. It is not my job to stock shelves. They get paid to do it not me.

Count your meds before you leave the window. First time this happened. So I called the pharmacist, khan and was told I had to go to another pharmacy next time....Just count your medicine folks.
