The bathrooms were clean and the store was great BUT I have a major safety issue. When we pulled up someone had left their truck alone with the pump still running and it was spraying gas all over the place, just overflowing. I ran in to tell the woman at the counter and she did nothing. Eventually the owner sped off but the massive puddle of gasoline was left laying out in the parking lot with seemingly no response from the employees. I understand it's not their fault that it happened but the lack of response is alarming.

This is for ALL loves....seems like they too eager to get you to use your points. I'm a keep saving my points till I'm able to get something good out of the store....besides it takes forever to build them up....pilot got the best point system. Too bad the company doesn't use their fuel cards. Also, I been to 4 loves this week and none of them had a washer or dryer.

Take business somewhere else if you breakdown, road services never waist your time here on this location, punch dudes standing around with feminine like emotions or pmsing. I don’t understand how long this place will stay in business with such technicians. Rude and disgusting cancellation without communication.

Store and staff have been great until now. Bought some snacks and the cashier had to make a remark about the snacks I was buying. Then after taking my shower and getting dressed one of the employees tried to barge in. Thankfully I used the door stop flap thing they have on the door frame in the shower rooms. This was a good stop, but now I will only stop here if I need fuel or restroom.

There’s no soap in the water to wash the windshield, and the air hose has water in it. I only come to love’s because of this service, but if I am not getting that, I much prefer to go to smaller truck stops where fuel is cheaper.

I am giving a Truck Stop a five and here is why - I travel by myself frequently and always -as much as possible - plan my gas stops here. If I am driving our travel van from point A to point B (a just get there quick drove) I know I can sleep here and I am safe. I recently tried one of there RV hookups and it was great - 30.00. The bathrooms are always clean. Recently, I leaned on my horn by mistake while a worker was cleaning up, he walked over to check and make sure I was okay. Respectfully and not intrusive or threatening. He said you just don’t know these days and I wanted to make sure you were okay. So, Love’s you get a five. Thank you for providing a safe and clean place for this wandering old lady.

Cleanest restrooms ever!!! 👍👍👍😁 They smell so good. Everytime we pass by here on our trip we stop to fuel our car and tummies. I feel this is how clean every restroom should be at grocery stores and super centers. But nobody listens to me 🤣 thanks you for making my family feel clean and save when we stop here.

Bathrooms could use some attention. Friendly people inside, looks like a questionable area to spend the night. Showers were clean but 15 bux is a bit crazy. All in all, I'd say it was a good stop.

You can always depend on Loves for your basic needs on the road. Overpriced fuel but I always feel that is the price for overnight parking. Employees are great. Bathrooms clean. Good coffee. I was amused that they were selling Truckers Companion- Toy Lot Lizard ( joking see picture).

Chesters chicken was hot, fresh and Kendra got my order correct and she made me feel welcomed to this store. Showers were clean and this store even had new towels and wash clothes. Spacious parking is greatly appreciate after working a long day.

I came in with 2 engine lights on and the mechanic had me in and hooked up to the diagnostic computer in record time! And its a Sunday afternoon! While the mechanic did not feel like he fixed the problem, the lights went out and that works for me! Now, if you had mechanics of this caliber in every shop, you would dominate this market! Great work 👏!

Stop here pretty frequently for breakfast and on my way home from work and never have I had a bad experience in the last 7 months. Good customer service and the place is as clean as can be. The Chester's and McDonald's are the same way. 5 is red hearts out of 5.

Love this chain. Always clean. Bathrooms are always clean with good quality toilet paper (I know, snicker at that comment, but still!) We traveled from Texas to San Diego and back and always looked for a Love's. Coffee is GREAT!

I've never truly had an issue here till now. This is one of my regular stops. I wake up ready for my shower and the app says I'm first in line. I walk into store and it turns out there is only one attendant in the whole store and that's why she has all the showers unavailable. She said she couldn't be cleaning showers and watching store. Makes sense, my problem is with management for not showing up when employees don't. I have a schedule to keep. Now I have an extra and unnecessary stop to make.

I can't believe I'm writing a review for a gas station ... but I was really impressed with this one. I arrived a few days after hurricane Harvey ... and it looked like the station had power but no network or communications ... which kept them from selling anything in the store. However, the attendant stayed open and allowed people to use the restrooms inside instead of closing the store ... lots of people were arriving from the evacuation and the place was crowded. The restrooms were extremely clean. It simply looked like the business decided to provide free restroom facilities during a difficult time. Can we get more of these businesses?

In and out . For fuel, restroom and a drink. Friendly staff, Clean facilities, clean blue windshield liquid for getting bugs off the front window and the usual 2 o'clock in the morning Squirrel's in the parking lot. No complaints from me.
