We have been using this Pet Suites for about 2 years without an issue. They are cordial and keep us posted with pics. Our dog also seems to like it here and evidently loves group play. The groomers have also been great to deal with. I have no issues and we will be back soon.

First time having our two Springers groomed at PetSuites. We were happy with the staff at early drop-off and the communication with the groomer prior to and after they completed grooming both dogs. Our animals looked great at pick- up. Will definitely use this service regularly!

The staff are attentive to the individual needs our dog, Ellie. She's a rescue from Houston SPCA and is sometimes timid bc she was abused before we adopted her. I appreciate that a staff member called when Ellie was having an anxiety issue in group play and offered other play options for her.I was initially concerned that bc Pet Suites is a bigger company that Ellie would be just another dogo for them to warehouse while staff sat around on their phones. My experience is the opposite. The staff are very much involved and concerned with each pet. I really like the Pawgress Reports with photos after each visit.If your animal companion is a family member and not just a pet I would definitely recommend this Pet Suites location. I should add that this is Ellie's first visit to any daycare facility. It has been super difficult to find a place that seems to care.Thank you guys for caring. ❤️

Friendly service from everyone no matter the time of day. It was my first time boarding my dog and I had a lot of questions, they answered them with ease and assured me that the process will go smooth. Great that they send pictures and have a camera that I could check in at any time. Thank you for keeping my dog safe !

We boarded our dogs here twice. Both times they came home happy dogs. They did not have to decompress at all and got back to our normal routine perfectly. Petsuites sent photos of my dogs playtime. Great place to board dogs!

I love this place! First time leaving our fur baby with someone other than family and it was a great experience. The communication was so good. I was able to text to ask questions and check up on our sweet Spud. I love the daily pictures and my Mother’s Day card they made using his paw print for me. Big changes since they first opened. 2 successful stays so far. They even administered my pup's medication. Grooming appointment was successful too. Her Schnauzer face and close body sheer cut.

I wanted to take the time to write a review for Kirstin the dog trainer at this facility. We have done several training sessions for both of our large breed dogs(90lbs each). Both have made such a great improvement with controlling their reactive tendencies and the tips we have gotten on our one on one sessions truly work. Kirstin has been so patient with my husband and I. Private lessons with Kirstin are truly worth it. I highly recommend her as a trainer! Also each staff member is so GREAT, everyone cares about our pups as if they were their own. We’ve left our pups twice for overnight stay while we have gone out of town and the updates with the Gold package, truly made us feel at peace they were being taken care of. Overall an amazing place for whatever your personal need!

Updating Below: Looks like they have done additional hiring/changes since my last year because I have been able to book grooming appointments with ease! Also, we are building a pool, and I decided to sign up for their daycare special since the pups wouldn't have access to the backyard, and OMG, do they love it! We are going to have to continue it beyond the build schedule because they are having so much fun.I will start with the positive- the location is convenient, offerings/pricing clear and it was very easy to navigate the booking site and upload vet records, the staff who assisted us at drop off/pick up were very pleasant. Room for improvement- We were not offered a tour and I really wanted one. The only reason that I didn't press for one was because my 10 year old was very opposed to the idea of our dog being boarded . It was the first time our dog didn't have a sitter at our home while we were away. I was afraid my kid would find a reason to say we couldn't leave her there and we had a cruise to catch so I didn't push it. But it would have been nice if they had asked. My daughter really liked the pictures of the smiling happy dogs on the wall and that the location looked so neat so that helped. It would have been nice to have received text updates on how our dog was doing with photos. I think that would have gone a long way to make us loyal customers. My daughter was looking for our dogs photo up there when we got back. If they had put one up there we might have signed up for doggy daycare package on the spot. It was very nice that we received the free day of dog boarding at checkout without having to pull up a coupon. The icing on the cake would have been something like a free branded bandana for our dog. Only Negative- we had booked a grooming. I received a text saying they could not do it that day. It was not even the day we had requested. It turns out the groomer wasn't available for the entire week our dog was there. It was a bummer because I was really hoping to find a new groomer. I love a one stop shop so the idea of having a groomer/doggy daycare/boarding all in one place that knew our family would have been perfect. I left happy that my dog seemed happy when I picked her up but not feeling like there was a connection made with this place that would stop me from considering other options in the future.

I use them daily for pet sitting as well as overnight for travel. Absolutely the best care will be given to your fur babies at Petsuites Atascocita. I don’t leave my dogs with just anyone, but I trust everyone here with my dogs!

This was our 1st time leaving our little Pebbles. We LOVED it!!! STAFF was very FRIENDLY!!!!, passionate, pleasant, informative, and upfront with fees. We had to cut her stay short due to other circumstances, BUT we will definitely trust Petsuites Atascocita again. Thank you again.

We have been using PetSuites for Doggy DayCare for both of our dogs since they opened the Atascocita location two years ago! We absolutely love the staff and the facility! Staff is always friendly, outgoing, attentive and knowledgeable! The staff readily communicates with me either by text or phone! I love receiving pictures of my dogs while they are having fun! The facility is always clean and safe! Our dogs truly enjoy attending daycare! It’s been a great environment for their socialization and it has been wonderful for them to stay active and engaged in a safe and secure environment!I highly recommend this location!

Our miniature dachshund has been coming here since he was a puppy, and absolutely loves it! We have dropped him off for all day play and boarded him here as well, and the staff always care for him like he is their own. They are great at communication and are always so friendly. Highly recommend!

It was our first time boarding our cat and dog, but the staff made us feel extremely at ease! They were quick to respond to our text messages and were even kind enough to help our cat, Eleanor, get comfortable in her new environment by giving her extra toys and cuddles. They seem to genuinely enjoy working with animals and it really shows. Both of our pets were as comfortable as they could possibly be while boarding. A big thanks to the staff that cared for them and put our minds at ease with updates!They were also very reasonably priced!

This was the second time leaving my fur baby behind while I traveled. The first time my pup was so stressed; he wouldn’t eat, was shedding really bad and started using the restroom inside (btw he’s been house trained) I was so scared to leave him again but this time I decided to try Petsuites Atascocita. I was nervous to leave him but they helped ease my uncertainty. I called daily to check on him and they reassured me that he was doing well. He was eating and playing just well. When my pup came home he was happy and not stressed or shedding. Thanks to the awesome staff that took care of my baby for me. He even came home with art work and a report card of his stay. We will most definitely be returning when we have to leave for another trip. Oh and I got the most cutest picture of my baby from the staff 🤩😍

Our pups LOVE going to PetSuites Atascocita! They can’t wait to get out of the car and be greeted by their “friends” - and yes we think of the staff as our pups’ friends because that’s how they are treated. Our pups visit for all-day play and long- and short-term boarding. I appreciate the care and kindness showed to our pups - and the calls or texts if there are questions. We always know that our fur babies are in great hands at PetSuites.

I’ve boarded my dogs here a few times and even some grooming but I lost interest when the billing never made sense. Every time I’d pay for services there would be random fees and things not previously disclosed or the values would be different. The inconsistencies in billing make me apprehensive about further seeking boarding or grooming services. Hopefully they’ve gotten better training on how to charge.

We boarded our dog here for 9 days and were extremely disappointed at the state of our dog when we picked him up. Firstly, when the girl when the girl who brought him out to us when picking him up, we noticed he was bleeding from his right paw pretty badly. Before we could ask what happened, the girly told us it was because he “cut his foot on the fence”. We kind of shrugged it off but once we got home and inspected him further, we noticed he had 2 noticiable cuts on his head. We were never contacted about what happened at all and I find it hard to believe that a bleeding cut on a white, short haired dogs forehead would not have been noticed. Lastly, our dog seemed to have lost about 5-10 pounds from the time we last saw him when we dropped him off. Our dog when dropped off, was very healthy and lean but after picking him up, his ribs and spine were very noticeable. Maybe they felt like they could treat him this way since we didn’t pay for their VERY expensive “luxury” suite boarding but I don’t feel like that should be a reason to return our pet in this disheveled way.

If I could give 10 stars I would. They took the one thing closest to me. My puppy and treated him with outmost respect. They kept me up to date via text on his state. They responded back promptly with any questions. They are priced correctly. And most importantly my puppy love it. I recommend this Petsuites to all my family and friends

This place and their hidden fees and rules is insane. They’ll charge an arm and a leg to board your pet but they don’t even have their live feed cameras up ! How would I know if he’s even in the luxury suite!! A scam . If you care abt the care of your dog and the money youre paying just go to Dogtopia !The main issue is communication there was no disclaimer about cameras and packages.The manager is extremely defensive with an attitude..And there’s too many teens who don’t know what’s going onPlease don’t book here
