If you don’t have good customer service you shouldn’t be working in a position to work with customers. I showed the app was not working and they wouldn’t honor the 1/2 price drink saying it was my phones service or I needed to restart the phone to get it to work. I tried restarting the phone just to give it a shot but had service so knew that wasn’t a issue. Still didn’t work. Went ahead and paid full price but should have drove off, the only reason I didn’t was cause I already told two kids in the car they could get drinks. I know they can honor the 1/2 price drinks when app is down cause I’ve seen it done before. I don’t know what the reason for being rude was for.

Slow service at best. Last time I was here,about a week ago, I found a menu and speaker that worked,which I always a hide and seek at this place,anyway,I found one that worked hit the red button,I waited,looked and only two other vehicles in the parking lot zero in the drive through,then after 10 minutes total I drove off. They can't seem to repair or replace their non working booths ,but MAN that new awning sure is nice !!!!

Ate at this Sonic recently and came in just before closing time. Many restaurants don't like customers coming in just before closing time, and it is reflected in the service. However, we were treated like kings and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Kudos for the excellent customer service and great food and drinks. The new management is doing a great job.

2 years ago, I shared a negative review on this place. Recently I heard that a lot of the crew was fired because of poor service, hate to see people without a job, but hey if you don't value it then that's on you, it might just be sonic, but it's a job you should still be professional about. Kudos to the manager for keeping it going and trying to make the best out of it! I came here this morning 3/22/21 for breakfast and the employee Zachary that was brought in from other location was completely on point and gave me the best customer service I've experienced here and like the manager he's here by himself this morning I believe, the food was fast and he was very respectful. That's how any worker should be, too many people take these jobs for granted. 5 stars this review!

Decent at best. My wife ordered two pretzels and when they arrived there was no sauce in the bag. When my wife asked for the cheese sauce the server said they were out of it. Really, Sonic manager, tell your employees to let customers know what you don't have when they order something that goes with it.

Sat at the drive up for over 5 mins waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Finally pulled to the window where a snarky gal flung open the window. She never addressed me, only stared. I asked if the drive up speaker was broken; she replied "no! We're shorthanded, ok?" I just ordered a tea. That took another 3 mins. Customer service at this location is very poor.

After waiting 10 min for them to answer my stall with only 2 other cars there, then 30 min of waiting for 3 drinks and mozzarella sticks we left without our order. This is the 3rd time I've had an issue with this place. DO NOT recommend this place unless you have plenty of time to spare, and you still might not get your order or you will get raw popcorn chicken.

Ordered three drinks on the app. Usually 5-7 minutes. Got to the stall and entered my number. Said it was on the way. Waited 20 minutes and nothing. Pushed the button, told whoever tried to speak on the other end about my order. 5 minutes later.....still nothing. I left. Will NOT be going back.

You need to train your manager. Waited 10 minutes to get some one to answer speaker and finally had go to drive thru to get service ask for a lemon berry slush and manager smarted off and we are not the the only ones who had problems the car next to us had problems. I spend lots of money their but will not go back again. The place is dirty never looks good on the outside.

I went to sonic and ordered 3 drinks and a snack chicken sandwich. I waited 30 minutes and not to mention only 1 carhop was working during peak time. While waiting a vehicle pulled up and ordered and received their food within 10 minutes. When I inquired about my order they proceeded to tell me they only had one carhop and there was a lot of people in front of me. I was one of 4 cars there. When i did receive my food it was cold which I refused to accept and then the new excuse was they were out of printer paper. I finally made it off work and in time to try and speak with the store manager days later. When I called about wanting to speak with the Store manager outside about a serious complaint I had she questioned why I wanted to speak with her and she is not allowed to go outside. So I will never go back again.

Traveling through area with hungry 4 yr old. Grabbed chicken strip kids meal. Pulled around building and staff was sitting on curb taking smoke break. After we pulled off I realized the two strips were disgusting. Looked like they sat all day then refried for our order. Dried out on inside, hard as rock on outside. 4 yr old couldn't eat them. Waste of time, waste of $. Will not stop again.

So...unless there are green lemons, the lemonberry slush I ordered had limes in it. It was still delicious, though...possibly better than what I even asked for. The delivery was fast, the presentation was neat, and it was blended together perfectly. Oh, and the waiter was nice too.

Heard that it was under new management and was better.....🤨 NOPE!!checked in for my 2 drink app order, 10 mn later screen says on its way, drive thru leaves, lady next to me gets her order, 5 mn pass I buzz in and ask about my order the rude lady on the other end says I have to check in on the app I told her I did that and the screen said it was delivered, & I'm still sitting here just wondering where my drinks are10 mn.later she comes.out and screams.at me she is the only 1 there, I said no I saw a car hop deliver next to me, then she really started screaming have a blessed day...Totally unacceptable to wait 20mn for a 2 drink app order and get screamed at.....

Well ordered a very simple #1 with cheese all the way with tots and a tea. I got a chicken sandwich with only ketchup. I was driving so wasn't going back. Girl even read it back on what I ordered when brought to car so didn't look in sack, my bad. Simple jobs are the hardest apparantly...

If you do not mind calling in an order wait the 15 minutes like they said and still have to wait 5 more minutes once you get there to get your food, just to find out that it is wrong and you dont have time to get them to remake it. I would highly recommend this place. But if you want you food done right the first time I would NOT recommend Sonic in Hughes Springs

I came through Tuesday afternoon and only bought a route 44 strawberry dr pepper. I was happy seeing that I was there for happy hour since I seem to always miss it at any location I go to.But alas; I was also saddened as I pulled away. There were no strawberry chunks placed into the drink. Either every other Sonic throughout the country does it wrong (and i hope they keep doing it that way) by placing the chunks in the drink or someone here needs some retraining on how drinks are made.Thank you... and please get this issue resolved because I had to throw the last of the drink out because it tasted so nasty at the end.

This is the 2nd worst Sonic ever! They are always slow as humanly possible and get our orders wrong almost everytime, even when we order from the app. The one in Linden is MUCH better and they stay open later. This one closes at 9pm and sometimes sooner.

. Morning service is good. Service is Horrible in the afternoons into the night. . Takes 20-30 minutes for a burger and a a drink. I have been there 3 different times after 8 to get a 1/2 shake and it was down all three times.

By far the best Sonic double cheese burger I've ever had from a Sonic. Putting this in one of the best burgers I've ever had. Sorry I didn't take a picture I devoured the burger it was so good. It was wrapped to a perfection. Crisp edges, perfect melt. Just the right amount of mayo. The girl with the freckles hella cute too. Thank you guys y'all rock.

Made order on the app . . When I got there , a car was in the drive thru. It stayed there the entire time I was there. Other cars behind it ,in the drive thru were waited on & brought their order. But , the car in the drive thru had gotten their order & the people in the car were just talking to the workers inside. I finally got my order brought out to my car. The car was still in the drive thru when I left the business.
