I like this place because.They were helpful with me and my friend bought jewelry for full price so I was able to use my friends discount to buy my ring 💍 with our purchases.😄unfortunately I lost that ring months after.Great service tho

Just purchased a ps4 controller and it doesn’t work. $32 down the drain. Never was even giving the option to pay for protection plan. Ask the lady at the counter several times the price on another controller and was flat out ignored. Was gonna do some Xmas shopping there… Not now.

This was once a friendly, helpful place to look for nice items. I shopped there for jewelry for years. I have only been there twice since it changed hands. The first time, the man who was working was rude and unwilling to help me when I wanted to know some ring sizes. I thought I would give them another chance today. They were not busy either day. Today I looked through all of the jewelry displays twice, taking my time to look at everything they had. I was in the shop for quite a while. There were two young men working. Not one time while I was in the store did either one of them ask if they could help me or even act like I was in the store. There was only one other customer at a time while I was there. I finally walked out when I has been in the store as long as I had been and a man came into the store and was helped immediately. I won't be back.

Terrible... told me my stamped silver jewelry was plated when infact, stamped and all, was not.... weird policies and really bad attitudes. Never do business with people who are clearly not telling the truth and do it with conviction....Edit: 8 months later and the pieces i had them check are still silver, with the typical tarnish look silver gains. Polishes right up.... Lolol.... Glad I kept them❤️

This place is one of the worse pawn shops I have ever been in.. They are so rude!!! Not helpful at all. If I was you I would find a different store to spend your money.

There’s a long haired young boy who acts like he owns the store multiple times I had brought things into the shop wanted to sell but always turned down because the products were no useable because of a small detail certain items I brought in were of high valuable and very nicely made and I was only given at the highest an amount of $28 I’m sorry but I wouldn’t bother bringing anything to this shop because they’ll lowball your price and sell it adding a few hundred dollars the only reason I would go into the store now is if it had different employees.

This place has gone down they have a general manager Larry who comes in once or twice a week both times I was told i had a 3 extra days an when I go inn my stuff had been sold over 3 days with there permission some of us have been using them for years this by far is the worst general manager to ever hit the pawn shop there loans an pay out to use are very low but when you go in to buy anything it’s prices are if u are buying them from Walmart or as if you are buying them brand new this is really what you call price gouging I think they are ripping use off when they say you have extra day or days double check that cause you two might become a victim of Larry
