all of the puppies have parvo and they get them from a puppy mill do NOT buy from them.. read the responses on the 1 star reviews they are horrible. and Owner all of your posts will be flagged on craigslist and Facebook. they will not show the parents because they probably look like this.

Yesterday my family & I walked in to the Huffman location the doors were locked upon arrival you had to push a button to ring the doorbell a security guard stood there to the right as we entered and there was a Young lady at the counter on her cell phone no other people in the building it was empty then after looking through the glass at some puppies my daughter seem to think one was cute the puppy was going to be her birthday gift ! When I kindly ask the lady if we can see the puppy she said I would need to give her some sort of payment to pay for the dog !I was literally in shock I told her how can I buy something we have not even touched !!! It’s mind blowing I told the lady Its like going to the dealership buying a truck with out a test drive ! She just picked up her shoulders and turned around and completely ignored us , at this point we had no choice but to walk outMy baby was sad . Btw on the door there is a paper saying concerns or complaints call the number soI did and the number is disconnected . What a waste of time ! Go somewhere else pls

Mirian and Daisy were great and patience with me trying to decide which baby to take home. The entire experience was great. *UPDATE*although the staff was great. I'am very disappointed with them not being honest. The first french bulldog i purchased when i took him to the vet he had no microchip. I spend $60 bucks and placed one. I called and told them about it and they said he should of had one "they claimed it must of fallen off" so I asked can you all reimburse me they said no because you already placed one if you would of brought him back we could of placed one. Week later purchased the female Blue Tri Merle. Today I bring her to the vet and again no microchip 😡.. so am curious what is going to be the excuse now?? I Have yet to receive my paperwork that they are pure breed and AKC. They keep telling me they are waiting to receive from the breeder and i will receive them in the mail... i paid a good amount of money for them for me not to have paperwork or their microchip... (both are Blue Tri Merle french bulldogs) definitely they overprice the puppies. I found the exact (puppies)Color as my puppies Blue Tri Merle with AKC registration from a great breeder with health warranty as well for $5K when i paid $19K for 2 puppies. I should of joined the Texas French Bulldogs community before purchasing from this place. I would recommend to browse the community if your looking for an english/french bulldog with great quality and price so you won't get overcharged like myself.the picture on the left is my puppies and the picture on the right is from the other breeder.

Ok so it’s taken me awhile to have the courage to edit my post but here it is.This little pet shop is unprofessional and they made me post a positive review BEFORE I could have the puppy.😠 if that wasn’t bad enough when I tried to register the (blue Merle)puppy they would not give me anymore papers or details about her.((For future references DON’T get a blue Merle puppy if you want to register it unless You know exactly how to do it or who to turn to for expert advice)).Don’t buy from this pet store, it’s just promoting bad business and breeders.#iLearnedTheHardWay 😒

After several days I want to tell you the worst experience that happens in this place, they sold me for $ 5,000 a French Bulldog supposedly 100% pure breed, therefore I would have the AKC certificate, they told me they would send it to my e-mail, after 11 weeks and being asking for it again and again and thousands of excuses with a DNA test I found that my dog ​​is mixed, but they kept insisting that if I had a certificate but that they were waiting for the breeder to send them to them, the person who attended us Lucy while she is selling is a pure smile, but when one claims there, although rude, when they were discovered they offered me a deal, a new 100% pure breed dog or $ 1,500 refund, supposedly that was the breeder's deal, obviously they are lies , I asked them for the breeder's information and they never gave it to me, that the e-mail was only for emergencies, when looking for information on the internet unfortunately I realized late that many people have p roasted by the same as me but unfortunately for them they could not recover anything, I could not sue them since as I showed them the evidence that they had lied to me they wanted to negotiate, since many people who had the same thing happen to them but who could not prove that They had promised an AKC dog, they just made fun of them, in the end I ended up accepting the money, a new dog from that store I would not dare, I ended up buying a mixed dog for 3,500, after this terrible experience I do not want this to happen again To someone else, if they really sold only AKC dogs as I assure you Lucy, they should know that the dog is delivered with the certificate as the AKC itself says, so stop them now, that's why you can contact me.yolenis3003@hotmail.com

As I walked into this place, I was telling my daughter we were most likely not going to get a puppy. Probably more along the lines of we are definitely not getting a puppy. The Spanish ladies, who were very nice the first time I came around, I told him I already signed up and they instantly said they won't let my daughter hold a puppy because we are not looking to buy one, by the way we ended up getting a dog that very same day but we went to a shelter instead of a high priced place. Also read your paperwork, this is the review for my best friend who purchased a French Bulldog and I will not say the price, she knows what the paperwork is supposed to be and the paperwork that they promise you, if you ever plan on breeding and all of those acronyms, no I'm not aware with them, but she almost had to bring a lawsuit to these people because of their lies, and yes my best friend read every single line of the paperwork before buying that dog. Two months later they were still trying to screw her out of the paperwork she was supposed to receive, on the contract it says if you don't get it within 30 days you are not obligated to get the dogs paperwork at all, whatever it is called I am not the expert, that shows that they are pure breed. There's definitely a scam behind us, and I'm sorry but those poor dogs, they need a little bit of loving a child holding them for 10 minutes instead of being in containers that reptiles are normally in, give me a break. Their excuse for my daughter not holding the dog was so there would be no bonding except for the actual owner. Maybe another sales tactics of why their costs are so high. However, I'm sorry but I would rather my puppy loved on a little bit instead of scarred for life. They don't have a cent to their owners initially like they do their own blood mothers oh, who knows where these people get their dogs from. Well actually I know, breeders, it seems kind of legit but sketch at the same time with all that I know. Oh and no photos of the dog!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! All they care about is your money. Customer service is great when you’re shopping afterwards they don’t care at all about you or your puppy. We purchased our puppy in April and found out two days after having her that she is deaf. We tried calling multiple times since when we purchased her they stated she was healthy, normal and that everything had been checked. I have all the paperwork! Every time I called they said “please send through email” and couldn’t speak to anyone over the phone. Once I sent the email you can tell by the terrible and unprofessional responses that it’s the girls working the store. I never had a manager contact me or even care about calling me directly over the phone. This place TERRIBLE and our experience was HORRIBLE. I still have yet to receive a call or email directly from the manager regarding our puppy being deaf. These people know what they’re doing and are huge scammers. If they really cared about their customers or puppies they would have had the decency to at least compensate our Vet expenses to figuring out if our puppy was deaf or reimburse us some money back. I paid double than a regular puppy because she was “exotic” and a female who I could breed (we had planned to buy a male later). This is the only reason I paid so much. Breeding isn’t an option since she is genetically deaf and most likely her puppies would be death as well. We have paid out of pocket all the vet visits, evaluations and sign language training. Thank goodness we Love our puppy and know that she couldn’t be in better hands. We are giving her all the attention that she needs and help to communicate. I’m not the type to put reviews like this but I just hope this helps anyone before they become a victim as well. Do your research before purchasing your puppy and make sure the breeders are reputable. Good luck to everyone!

Great service! Beautiful puppies and clean environment! The girls stayed with us and did not give up and really helped us. Daisy did an amazing job contacting me at night and working with us when we drove back on Sunday they had the puppy ready we couldn’t of picked a better place to purchase our sweet girl. Crooks. They only have so many positive reviews because they give you a free dog toy with your purchase if you post a positive 5 star review in front of them. They have precious dogs, but as to be expected with a place like this the breeders the come from are questionable. All my puppy’s shots had to be redone since they were completed at the breeders house and the records were poorly completed. The financing they offer is a total trap, if you make your payments each month without extra you’ll be paying your puppy off for probably longer than the dogs life-span. I love the baby I got here, but I recognize I was totally fooled and could have gotten a pure-bred precious puppy from a reputable breeder for far less.

I spoke with all the girls here and they were allso nice and gave tons of information on the puppies. Daisy, Adriana and Lucy helped us out and they did super good with all of the people coming in and out! All of the puppies are well kept and so many different ones, I wanted to take them all! I bought a frenchie from them today. My experience was excellent. The staff worked with me and helped me to be able to take a puppy home today! Daisy (the manager) took care of me and the place is so nice and clean. I 100% recommend if you are buying a puppy.

PetsRUs was amazing! They answered all of our questions (we had a lot) and made the whole process super easy. They have a wide variety of puppies and the financing/payment plans are nice. They work with you and make sure you're completely ready to be a pet parent. The homecoming kit is such a great perk and totally worth everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My personal experience with Pets R Us was great.. Don’t believe the bad reviews! We came in Saturday night for a puppy and left home with our precious bulldog Bella! The staff was very helpful and informed us about the financing options. The facility was nice and clean & the girls were super nice & friendly! I’d give pets r us five stars and definitely recommend if you’re looking for a puppy!

Bought two “purebred”“Registered” French bulldogs from here and come to find out they are not pure and have genetic health issues. When you buy the dogs, they tell you that you will get the paperwork later, but when you try to contact them for the registration for their AKC, they never get answer your questions avoid your questions and still two years later do not have the AKC paperwork for both of my frenchies 🤷‍♀️ Do not buy from here if you want a dog that bad just go with a real breeder so you know where your baby actually came from. $17k for two unregistered dogs with genetic health issues? Wow I should have thought longer about that financial situation

They were nice but we bought our dog on Wednesday and they had a sale that started on Friday. We even asked if they had any sales going on or mark downs. They told us no. But they could have told us about the up coming sale that could have saved us 1,500.00 . I that upset me a great deal and to find out we had to take our puppy to vet the next day he had a very bad cold and cost us 400.00 more. So just be aware.

Staff was rude at the HUFFMAN location. We were wanting to get a dog today and we didn’t even get to hold the dog we were interested in because the woman at the front asked how we were paying and even after I told her she just kind of stared at us..If you’re looking for a dog I highly recommend My Family Pet Store in Houston they didn’t ask how we were paying until we were ready. The staff is friendly and helpful and the dogs are reasonably priced. We just walked out with our cute little Dachshund from My Family Pet Store.

They are absolutely horrible. Please be careful if you're leasing a puppy. They had me to put all my information in the computer and in former me not to hit submit so they could go over it. Well it took two different companies for me to be approved. They never answered any of my questions at the time I asked them. They just kept informing me to sign the papers and they would go over it at the end. Some of it is my fault for not making them. I just thought this was there process. I was told the cheapest bulldog was 3500. Now that I have her and all the paperwork. It turns out I'm paying 11,200. They set people up that's excited about getting a new baby to love. And now I have to figure out how to get out of this when they say they will not take the dog back once its sold.

We researched for so long for this purchase and the day finally came! What an amazing experience! The staff is so sweet and knowledgeable. Explained step by step financing, dog care, breeding options etc. Best place in Texas hands down. I will be back for our next fur baby!

I gave them 2 stars because the place was clean and they never once pushed the puppies on us. We ended up buying the English Bulldog....but we get him home and not even 48 hrs I did what the paper said text email as soon as your puppy starts vomiting or has diarrhea...we he started coughing and gagging along with hard breathing..I emailed them at 730 in the morning and they did not respond till 1130...we had already took him to the vet and he had an upper respiratory infection...but yet he had a clean bill of health when we picked him up...

I was looking for a small breed puppy for a few month and came across Pets R Us online. When we showed up to the store the staff was very attentive to our needs and answered allOf our questions. They have a great, high-end selection and the store was very clean. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a puppy. Fantastic experience overall and we left with a puppy!

We didn’t really come in looking to buy right away. Just wanted to see what our options were. The girls were very nice and helped us out with anything we needed and made sure that we were able to see all the puppies and everything that was offered with them. We ended up falling in love with a yorkie and he came home with us that day. Even gave us some free goodies. Absolutely recommend. Love it here!

I had a great experience, the staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a dog! Unlike other popular pet stores all of their dogs are bred in Texas and NOT in puppy mills. It doesn’t smell like a zoo and all the puppies are clean and it’s obvious they’re taken care of. I’ve tried to look into rescuing small dogs and they make it really difficult and made me not want to do it anymore. The staff here let me spend as much time as I needed to decide and answered all questions I had.

Just purchased my 5 year old his first puppy 🐶 an ADORABLE English Bulldog. The store is clean and sanitary and all of the puppies seem happy and content. The staff are friendly and patient. We took a long time to decide and did not feel pressured or rushed. We walked out with our puppy and literally everything we needed for her first few nights. I highly recommend this store!

THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Gave them 2 chances. First time the associates were just in the back talking not helping their customers. Second time, got wrong prices. You call and call and they never answer. I was looking for a specific puppy I called the Katy location and they sent me a picture. I drove all day for hours to try and get it. I got there and the puppy had a different price. I asked to speak to a manager. She was so rude and acted like if I was lying over my experience. I was so irritated from the long drive and she was over here being rude and snappy. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I went in looking for an English bulldog! There’s my favorite. Adrianna was very helpful & nice to help us out & get us to leave with one! Everyone there is very nice and helpful! The service was very good! I’m so happy to leave with ginger! 💓 Thank you for our new baby to our family!
