My husband bought a heating pad from here, the lady didn’t give him a receipt. Husband didn’t think about it but he ended up having to take it back and the manager give a big deal about not having a receipt even though he witnessed the whole transaction and know that his employee didn’t give their customers their receipts. My husband even asked to go through the trash to see if his employee threw it away and manager immediately said “trash been thrown away.” Ok? I trying calling the store but no answer? And the other day, having to wait for your employee to get off their phone to get help is very unprofessional! As soon as the manager walked out the store she was on her phone! When she saw me being inpatient about her personal phone call at work, I started looking around for the manager she immediately got off her phone and started helping. Lol taking my business to Dollar General for now on or until different management.

Pop in quite a bit for household cleaners and the like. Some of the staff are great, friendly, and customer service oriented. A few of the others are not open to a diverse America shall we say. In any event, the nice ones offset the couple of others and it is super convenient.

I appreciate reorganizing the store. However, it needs to be done a lot quicker. It is still looking like a disaster area. Holiday season is fast approaching and if this is any indication of what we have to look forward to I won't be shopping in this store. There is a positive note, you can get in the front door especially if you are handicapped.

0 Stars. I went in today for the sale on dr. Peppers and the manager was mopping when I got there. When I came to the register I asked if the dr. Peppers were still on sale three for $8 and the manager scan them and said no,the sale was over last night.I told her I had gone last night about 7:30 and the store was closed. there there was a small sign said hours 10 to 6. She told me that corporate had cut hours for the store, she's the only manager, and she'd already worked 80 hours this week. I explained to her that that was not my problem. She should have honored the three for $8 because your website shows are open till 8 PM. I rarely go there at all not going ever again.

Sign on door says 4 pack of toilet paper per customer, yet they allowed someone to fill the whole back end of their truck with toilet paper leaving none for anyone else and when asked about the policy during this hard time where everyone is seeking toilet paper and it's hard to find the cashier responded with my.manager said just ring them up. It's unfair for the elderly and those that can't go to many places for necessity items and the employees were rude and could care less about following what is posted. I have also shopped here several times before and they sale expired food and medicine.

The employees that work at that Family Dollar or just wonderful they make the whole shopping experience pleasurable and I hate shopping the store is always nice and clean and if you're looking for it you'll find it there I love that Family Dollar especially the store associate Angel

Second time in a roll I've came here spent almost $50 and they could not break a $100 the first time I went ahead and bought other things so they could this time I luckily had my card I will be going to dollar general from now on the people are friendly but come on I spent half of the $100
