Some of the cashiers here are really rude and only talk to people they like. This store isn't the only one with rude cashier's as well. The reason why I give it a 3 star rating out of one is because of it's convenience. If you on the go and need some snacks to pick up this place is it.

They are great if you’re in a bind and need to just run in and grab something. However the customer service is lacking, especially since they installed the self checkout! The self checkout is limited on payment types accepted and doesn’t accept coupons ( including the DG digital coupons) you never find anyone at the full service checkout and they act like it’s a huge inconvenience if you are lucky enough to find an employee and ask them to ring you up.

I go here all the time, out of the many Dollar Generals in the area, this one is by far the best. The staff here is so kind, and upbeat, you always leave with a smile on your face. If you need to pick up something quickly and for the cheapest price, you should come here. And, in addition, this one now has a self checkout, which is what makes this a 5 star review.

I think the helpers are really nice and great which is the 2nd star. What I hate is the way they’ve changed to registers. To reduce cost one is self serve. The issue is that out of the past 10 times I’ve been here, it’s been broken or temporarily down. So then you have one person checking all out and the line can be, and often is, horrendous.

I am a regular customer for this DG ,the store is well kept,usually the employees are very friendly and helpful, the new lady they have is not very friendly,she has not been very friendly twice before this,the mishap we had today about coupons and making me wait while she piddled by cig shelf was just plain rude,she has no business working in retail she does not know how to treat her customers,she told other customers waiting in line that I’m like the others that come in there once a week, you just have a bad attitude lady and your manager needs to speak with you about it.

No star for this place. Zero! Today at night time I passed by, the cashier was a black woman was so rude and racist, bad bad bad customer service. Fire this woman. The prices in this place are not right than what they have on the shelf but in front they charge you another price. That isn't right. Also when they scan the items it doesn't show on the screen. Because they are charging you more. People check your receipt when you go to this store.

It's the best one I've seen. A large store and selections available in every department. The staff does a great job in keeping up the store and getting new items on the floor.Thank you. A pleasant shopping experience.

Has most everything you need for your daily household tasks...and some suprising fun stuff for the kids. Stop buying 5 of everything...just to sit on your shelves. Buy 1...replenish with short trips to Dollar General. Prices are low, and the quality is good. And super-nice staff!

The assistant manager at this location is GREAT!! However the store manager by the name of Wanda is terrible... I suffer from a medical condition amd require the assistance of a service dog, however during this visit seeing how it was going to be rather quick one I did not have him in his vest or leach. I carried him in my arms. Miss Wanda the manger of this establishment being the licensed medical professional that she is or the trainer for my service dog to tell me I could not have my dog in the store. Very poor customer service, not to add illegal!! On top of this the cashier by the name of Natasha apparently doesn't know the name of her boss when you ask her. I will be back in this store with my service animals proper attire and paperwork to show miss Wanda and make her aware of how terrible she can make a person feel with any kind of disability.

I stop there just about every day on the way home from work. They always have everything I need. The workers there are very friendly and will help you in every way they can.

Parking lot needs sweeping. Great prices on name brand items. Usually have items in stock. Good for casual shopping. Don't take major credit cards. 😐😲

I find a place to be very rude applying the place to be very pushy I found it to be unorganized dirty the girls that work there are catty and stuck-up and treat others like dirtone little girls are we was so rude she wouldn't stop saying what she thought my name was when I kept telling her and my name wasn't that and then she grabbed my wallet

Awesome Clarence sales and a great alternative to Walmart. In and out quickly along with low prices. Best part no dealing with the craziness, crowds and long lines of Walmart.

The worst store in the area. People refuse to wear mask and threaten the cashiers. So the can no longer ask them to put on masks. Won't be shopping there anymore@
