Unfortunately I’m new to buying livestock at auctions and this place is definitely an NO if you’re new. They allow the sale of SICK cows. I purchased two “heifers” and one died 2 days later. The other is battling for her life. Why would you allow the sale of sick livestock just so they can get other livestock sick. Shame on you. Waste of my money and heartbreaking to see these animals suffer.

Convenient location for those of us who live out in the country. Great owner...Devon Perkins is a down to earth guy and always answers questions you might have. Auction house is medium size but can accommodate many animals for sale day. Highly recommend! Great buy on nice black angus heifer.

Best prices in Central Texas. The owner is usually there to unload your cattle. A very nice, friendly gentleman that really knows his business. I look forward to selling at the Hubbard Livestock Market knowing I'm getting the best prices and excellent customer service. I've used other local markets, but the weights are always questionable and the Auction Barn caters to a preferred few sellers. Also after selling calves at four local markets in one week, Hubbard Livestock Market had the best prices and weights heavier than I expected!

Check out this auction barn. The owner, Mr Perkins, is one of the friendlest most honest man ive ever met. Hauled many a cattle for him and his son. Some of the best people ive had the privilege of knowing.
