The store Manager has poor people skills!I had purchased a store item that was unopened plus a receipt and was refused to return or exchange.The circumstances were obvious.She had no desire to exchange or refund.Needless to say her motives were obvious. She didn’t care and because it’s a small town store she felt comfortable that she had the upper hand. Wow!This reflects poorly on management, the employees are good however. They just work for a horrible boss.The manager give’s employees every reason to quit.Senior citizen,D

Wow. Great customer service! The gentleman pushed my cart of groceries out the store and asked if he could load the bags for me. He was so nice. He said it's how they always do for their customers. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

It. Is a small store but with alot of groceries in there to choose from. I really enjoyed there low cost prices. The employees were quite helpful in me finding what i was looking for. I will be back in to do some more shopping during the short stay that i will be here.

My family and I just moved to the area, and found this Brookshire's nearby. The store is in a very small town, and for most people out here Walmart and other stores like that are really far, so we decided to try this one. The store is small, but has everything you might need, and the staff is VERY helpful and friendly, they even helped us to the car with our purchases and helped load it all into the trunk! I definitely recommend this store.

It was ok. The checker wasn't very outgoing. The "manager" runs through there like she's on Crack...I guess they'll hire anybody up there... I put in my phone number for the coupons but it never works

This is a small town store as you'll be able to tell by the prices (a little on the high side due to no competition). But, the staff and check-out young man was very helpful and they had everything I needed in stock. If you're staying at the Lake outside Dawson, this is the closest place to get groceries.

Considering that it's the only grocery store in town usually the sales are good and the employees know you by name some of the prices might be a bit higher on some things you can't beat hometown hospitality

A bit high on some things but its the only grocery store so its expected.lots of selection.but the icing on the cake is that they live by old standards;they still carry out your groceries and load it in your car!!!love that!

Tiny. Stuck in the 90's and not the smoothest run place I have ever shopped but it gets the job done when nothing else can. They are the only game in town.

This is a good grocery store to use some other prices are a little more expensive than you say Walmart or HEB but if you use their points program it kind of balances out to be the same they have a friendly knowledgeable staff on what they have stock on their shelves which Walmart does not have this feature and they are fairly quick at the cash register they do have a deli here

It's a little on the pricey side and the selection is limited since it's a small store, but the produce and meat departments are great. The service is also good.

Shop wisely can be expensive check clearance merchandise for bargains. 3 day sales are good time to shop here too.
