Ashley did a phenomenal job with our Tilly! I’m posting before and after shots of her to show the great work. We’ve been traveling all over the U.S. for the past year and taking Tilly to many different groomers and hands down, by far, Ashley has done the best job of making Tilly look her absolute best. She really listened to what we wanted and was super patient with Tilly; we would definitely ask for Ashley again. Thanks Ashley and all the friendly staff at West U!

Evie is the BEST!! I have ordered 2x from this woof gang location and both cakes were done by her. She has always gone beyond what I could’ve imagined the cake to look like. She is so kind and deserves all the raises $ and tips.Advice: have an idea of what u want and let evie’s creativity take care of the rest. She won’t disappoint! Ordering again in a couple months and have recommended her specifically to others. 10/10!!

Cristina has been grooming all of my fur baby’s for years and has always treated my pups extremely well their grooming always impeccable and the always come out excited and ready to go throughout the years as old as my pets get she still treats them humanely. Stopped in while visiting from out of town because I needed a pet friendly place to let my dog walk around. She absolutely loved the treats and she is a picky eater. They were all so cute! And affordable. We will definitely come back. I would like to try them for grooming next time we are in Houston!

I enjoy this location. They seem to start on time and finish at a reasonable time. They always do a good job even when I bring my dog and she’s matted. They seem to be gentle with my fur babies as well. I don’t have a particular groomer, I just trust anyone they have there.

Woof Gang did an amazing job with my girls. They were able to accommodate my request and work through my schedule. I would definitely come back. If your dog is having a hard time at PetSmart with their grooming, bring them to Woof Gang; you will not be disappointed.

We found a very timid shepherd mix who needed a really good bath before going for her spay. The groomer at Wolfgang was great. She took her time and gave Berkeley breaks throughout her stay so she did not get too overwhelmed. Really appreciated that she knew to pay attention to the dog instead of just getting through the job. Great service!!!!

They are always so nice, understanding, and accommodating. Ashley is wonderful. I will be a lifelong customer for sure and recommend anyone looking for a great groomer and store to check them out!

My senior chihuahua named Princess was groomed by Laura. She doesn’t like other dogs or people, but Laura was able to help her stay calm throughout the process. They said Princess was a good girl!They bathed her, gave her a pawdicure and even gave her a little flower accessory 🌸 I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing! We were new to the area and looking for a groomer - we called and got an appointment same day. Everyone in there was super friendly and accommodating. Our fur baby Bodhi loved every one he met. His groomer did an amazing job - best cut he has received! We definitely will continue to bring him - already have him scheduled for next month!

Very disappointed with grooming service. I have a mini maltipoo 5lbs dog. Asked for a little trim half inch, not short face.Technician Christian did not give the impression of a client-oriented worker. He didn’t give me a decent consultation and returned my dog ​​just sheared like a sheep. Btw, they ask you to tip before even you see the result. Sadly, how some butt-handed “artists” can ruin the appearance of a naturally beautiful dog.And how the refund of the tip can solve the issue of the bad service?

My 2yo. puppy has shampoo allergies, so we went to check out this bakery/groomers on his Birthday! Not only did they take him as a walk-in, but the staff were sooo friendly and kind! We'll definitely be visiting again real soon!

My girlfriend and I took our pup there to use their self-cleaning services. The cashier was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The room we were in to wash our dog was very clean and the process was very easy. When we were finished and were browsing the store to buy treats, she explained the health benefits and some of the best items to get. She was very patient with us and I appreciated that.

Just had our first grooming experience at Woof Gang West U. Everyone was super friendly and Katie did an excellent job with our yorkie! She listened to exactly what we were wanting and did exactly that. Their appt. scheduling and communication was all super easy throughout. Their retail shop is super cute too with so many cute treats!!

Cute shop! I had my toy poodle puppy groomed here about a week and a half ago as my usual place was booked up for a week, but I don't have any major complaints. I was a bit late to my appointment and they still accommodated for us. The only thing I can say is that the front desk didn't give me an expected completion time and the call I got was at least 5 hours after I dropped her off. Luckily I work from home and was able to quickly run over to get her, but it would have been nice to expect her a little sooner to accommodate my lunch schedule. The groomer still did a great job on her and followed all instructions given for her specific haircut.Cute Bonus, I went the chik-fil-a in the same parking lot after picking up my dog, and the drive thru window attendants gave me a free small baggie of treat samples from this shop.All in all, I would definitely come here again if they were a bit more timely, and maybe I should just drop her off a bit earlier. The prices are still better than petco/petsmart and those places don't really cater to specific breeds. They only want to shave the dogs down and are quick to charge extra for even one small mat in the dog's coat. This place took great care of my puppy!Update review 8/2022: they still have great service and have realistic expectations if you have a breed of dog that grows “hair” instead of “fur.” They have gone up at least $5-$10 per service and that sucks since EVERYTHING is more expensive now but I get it. The service is still pretty good, although there was a groomer I hadn’t used before painted her nails and left polish in her fur (didn’t book with her again since the normal groomers were out) my dog leaves extremely happy to be with me. Probably mostly because she is scared of being groomed, but she leaves beautiful mostly every time. I can still recommend them after almost a year of services.

My Lola had her first groom ever here! my family and I were so amazed how clean and youthful she looked! I didn’t think my puppy could have looked any more younger than she is! I always used this place for self service washes for my pooch. Now that I work 2 jobs, it’s impossible for my baby boy to get a decent spa day. Today I decided to let the friendly staff to take care of my baby’s needs. When I tell y’all that the groomer ASHER did a damn good job…BELIEVE ME HE DID A DAMN GOOD JOB ON MY BABY BOY!!!! My country dog came out looking like city dog! He was well groomed from the tip of his nose all the way to the tip of his tail!!!! I’m definitely bring my baby back! Asher you’re amazing!!! And the staff at wolf gang yall rock!!!

They are amazing as always! I have a doggo who had a terrible experience as a puppy getting groomed. He’s super squirmy, scared, and anxious.When I brought him here, they took their time and he looks amazing! Lazlo wasn’t shaking when I picked him up. They truly did amazing. They also have THE CUTEST accessories for dogs of all sizes.Love this place and the care they put into their work!

I love this store, I take my dog here to get groomed and quick stops to get her treats, but I am writing this review because on Christmas Eve my boyfriend's family dog got discharged from the ER and she was in bad shape, she wouldn't eat anything that was offered to her so I stop by the store to see if I could find something that she will eat and Evie was super patient and recommended the Nulo wet food packages and Roxy girl loved it! we were so happy to finally see her eat, best Christmas gift ever. So I just want to say thank you so much for helping us, and a special thank you to Evie!!
