Nothing but bad experiences with this place.My wife and I are dedicated Whole Foods shoppers who just relocated from New Jersey, and we are fine with paying what is often an extreme premium for high quality, organic food and ingredients, but this particular store seems to be abusing its customers terribly.On three separate occasions now, we have purchased meat or packaged products from the delicatessen and meat counter that have either gone bad before their sell by date or were being sold after their sell by date.Considering that Whole Foods charges a premium for its products, selling older meat as fresh or out of date products at their inflated prices is unacceptable and immoral. We will be purchasing our groceries at HEB from now on.Pic related isnthe last straw, duck mousse purchased on 4/29/2024, three days past expiry.

The fastest return I experienced while returning an Amazon package. Was guided by an employee at the door. At the return counter my return box was scanned and I was done. No line no hassle.. Beat Costco returns. Amazing.

Truly an awesome place. They have a wide variety of anything you could dream of buying. Truly kind and friendly people and staff. We got two pizzas for 25 dollars . 18 inch pizzas and they were delicious. Grocery stores / eatery to anybody looking for an adventurous shopping experience. This place has a very high quality deli and bakery. A great place to shop if you are into organic stuff, this store has more variety than any other store in town. Staff is courteous and professional and generally very quick.If you have Amazon Prime you can count on exclusive deals and discounts. This is also an Amazon pickup location if you get parcels regularly and want a very safe location instead of on the floor at your front door.

Vibe- This is one of my favorite Whole Foods, but this review is actually about the coffee bar that’s located inside!!! There’s seating right by the bar and it could be a spot to work or study.Customer service- Great! The barista was very kind.Food/drinks- I got a hot matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla; it was delicious!!!Parking- There’s plenty in the lot.

I walk over to do my grocery shopping and Amazon pick up.Hours are great, employees are extremely helpful, and prices can be very reasonable for the quality received.Customer service is eager to help with any issue and goes above and beyond, making sure I am happy.If you haven't been shopping in Whole foods for a while, check out the prices. Some things are cheaper than Kroger or Randalls.

So sad to visit this lives place. The price of the same item (vitamin C buffered, 180 count) costs here $10 more.The beloved Homeopathy corner looks smaller, almost half of it is out of stock. Messy. So sad.I don’t think I will come here again.

I really enjoyed this place. The staff is always super nice, and it seems like they love helping to answer all questions. It was super easy to find the snack bars & Açaí drink that I was looking for and everything is so clean.

It's hit or miss they use to give really great service but now the .moral is really bad. They don't offer enough variety to fit what's affordable. If u only need enough for 1 person then I should be able to get that without and employee telling me no. Just really sad

Noticed the pricing have dropped drastically. They offer self serve mochi here which is cool. Was a bit disappointed they don't have the automated peanut butter machine to make peanut butter.This location cheese stick selection was pretty small too.Overall was very excited and want to continually shop here.

The location itself wasn't completely the problem, but the customer service department that you call is horrendous. I ordered a bday cake online. When I went to pick it up the lady in the bakery said the didn't have my order. I ended up purchasing a cake from the cooler. The next day their online ordering system charges my card for the cake. It took 5 days and a call to my bank's fared department to get my money back. It was such a horrible ordeal, especially when one of the reps hung up on me for asking to speak to someone more official. I still love Whole Foods but I'll never order anything online from them again. In-store purchases only.

I think this was the 2nd Whole Foods opened in the greater Houston area back in the early 90's. They took what I think was an old movie theater in a affluent community and struck gold (City of Bellaire). It's fit well into the community and still has that original hippy dippy granola vibe due to the it being a very old building in a densely populated area of town. The aisles are slender, the parking lot is large but so tight and compact. But, it's an oasis in the middle of a forest: brightly light, clean, soothing atmosphere, amazing food selection, trendy customers affluent customers and an amazing location defenitly has spell success since the 90's. Pretend I am a college student and riding a bike in the campus😂. My car was at the Autoshop but I didn't want to stuck at home so I got my electric bike from the garage and rode to Wholefood. I love spring, the sunshine and breeze except the pollen. Bought lots of gluteen free bread and strongly recommand Wholefoods store brand gluteen free rolls. It's chewy and not dry at all. It has a flavor that closely resembles real bread.

This is a great store for fresh produce, meat and various groceries.I personally like the fruits, vegetable section and deserts specifically tiramisu & tres leches but do jot forget the tasty croissants & pain au chocolate.Very convenient place for Amazon items returns.Staff are very helpful and courteous.A must visit place in Houston in that specific area 🌺

This location on Bellaire constantly repackages their sourdough bread. It's kinda annoying. I just wish they were honest. The taste is very obvious when it's packed the same day and when they repackage it with a new label

Many people may think it's very expensive but they have quality items they also have little snacks, you can buy if you want lunch and also you can return Amazon items, so you pretty much like they said knock down two birds with one stone, i enjoy the pastries I enjoy their Pizza I just like walking around sometimes, so it's a nice place, parking is a little crazy but I still like it.

My preferred Whole Foods when in Houston. Interestingly, kosher guacamole is available here which is not available at their other nearby location on Kirby. The manager must be doing something right.I almost never have a problem with my preferred items being in stock which is a big draw - nobody likes to go shopping and meet with disappointment over an important item.

Recently renovated on the outside (shiny sign and very white paint) along with a newly paved parking lot. Inside seems more well organized and clean as well. Selection still fantastic and better deals with Amazon Prime discounts. Customer service is excellent too, very helpful and friendly staff. Feels like a brand new store, great job guys!

Waited all year for Whole Foods turkey wings which are normally nice small size, usually sold by the pound.Boy was I surprised today, you guys should not sell Mary's turkey wings, too expensive! $6 +;for 2 small wings. REALLY!! DISAPPOINTED
