I like this unique Whole Foods Market in Montrose area. Plenty of parking but narrower aisles. Lots of fresh produce to buy. I like the meat section and Amazon counter.

We came to this Whole Foods Market to pick up some groceries. It was busy but not packed. The parking lot was decently full.I love how Whole Foods Market sets up their displays. I always felt comfortable shopping and going through all the cool items that they stock. They also do an amazing job neatly stacking their produce. If you are here, make sure you stop at the hit food station to pick up a quick lunch or snack.

I LOVE the sandwich counter at Whole Foods!! I’ve gotten 2 sandwiches from them, and they don’t disappoint! Super fresh ingredients and the people back there are very patient with you.Turkey bacon and cheddar on a ciabatta roll. I added Brie and red onions subbed chipotle mayo. The other pic is a smoked turkey, bacon, and brie. I added fig spread and garlic aioli. Please don’t knock it til you try it. They had a panini press then so it was nice and toasty.

Had a last minute cake order for a work event that I needed to say "The cake is a lie." And the service desk associate that helped me worked with the bakery department to make it happen. It came out perfect and all worked out over a few phone calls (and a lot of confused giggling) to make sure they got it right. Kudos to everyone involved!

Great store with a wide diversity of healthy items. I’ve always liked shopping here due to the wide array of food. I especially like their prepared foods and meals.

This is a really nice well stocked store. I always find something to buy besides what i go for. The parking lot is not my favorite. Still, I can usually get in and out very quickly here when I do come.

Worst customer service ever! The manager wouldn't come over to talk to me! She sent some young man over in her place! Can I say cowardice?!? Pathetic excuse of modeling customer service-- train clones of employees that pass the buck! This Whole Foods was the coolest, most hip place to go in the past, where you could find anything you needed. I was recently put on an anti inflammatory diet and gluten is no longer allowed. I looked on their website specifically for Ian's gluten free onion rings. Their site says they have the product. I drove 30 minutes, and alas no Ian's. I looked at the terrible selection of gluten free products and realized that Kroger has more variety and higher selection. After a long explanation from this guy that the manager sent over who never explained his position in the store. (Guessing another associate she sent over to deal with the angry customer which makes her cowardice even more pathetic) Poor guy! I felt insulted by her slight, totally uncared about! Insignificant! I apologized to the young man and told him that this wasn't his fault and that she should've spoken to me. I went over to the produce section and asked for fresh black eyed peas. The associate said we don't carry them but can offer them in cans! What ever happened to Whole Foods? Fresh foods? This store has lost its charm, products, and customer service that set it above and beyond other stores. I'm afraid this is an example of the new Americana; I just never thought I'd see this depth of loss of empathy in the heart of Montrose!

After purchasing many of the 365 Whole Foods Coconut Waters from the North Loop West location, I discovered one of them was already opened. Naturally, I wanted to return the opened item for a refund or exchange. However, when I attempted to make the return at a different location, the Waugh Dr store, the associate informed me that my return must be done at the original purchase location. This policy, or lack thereof, was not only inconvenient but also not stated in their return policy guidelines, leading to frustration and a wasted trip. The refusal to accept a return from another store location highlights a significant lapse in customer service, aspects I had previously admired in Whole Foods. The situation was further exacerbated by the poor manners and dismissive attitude of the staff during this interaction. It's disheartening to see such poor customer service, especially from a brand that supposedly prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction. This experience has unfortunately tarnished my view of Whole Foods, making me reconsider future purchases, particularly of their 365 brand products.

I’m new to the neighborhood and thought it would be a great thing having a Whole Foods nearby. So far the negative experiences here outweigh the good and now I’d rather travel up the street to HEB for better service. I attempted to order food from the pizza line and was brushed off by a staff member when asked how long it would take for a slice of pepperoni. She told me one hour while walking away and proceeding to help a gentleman in the sandwich line. Then I tried to check out and asked a clerk was the line open and she said no, out on her apron and then opened the line on the other side. It feels like a complete slap in the face to get treated like this when I spend my money at this overpriced store. The staff at the coffee bar is polite but again, the overall service is subpar.

Always a great variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, also: coffee beans, a lot of nice prepared foods, and nice selection of grains, dairy and nondairy options

Groceries, health and home items, fresh baked breads, sweets, pizza, sandwiches, salad and Soup bar & more! Lots of vegan/vegetarian selections. Great store with a large selection of items from wine and spirits to fresh fruits and veggies. Great for picking up meals with lots of options made in house and ready to go. Clean and organized with plenty of parking space, area inside and outside available to sit/eat.

be careful to sitt with your phone to close to the entrance door there, since you obviously run the risk of beeing accused of taking pics of the staff. Had been shopping a few things, which I often do (did), and sat outside for alittle while, which I often do (did). I did see a young staff back and forth a few seconds at a time, pushing carts, while I was doing something on my phone. was. was minding my own business, but when I saw this specific (and loud) "seasoned" employee come "running" out, turning the corner, the younger female pointing her in my direction, I did sense something was upp. The lady approaches me, asking how I am today, am i doin good? am i sure im doing good? then says something to the to the affect of "I see you have your phone, your not taking pics of the staff?. no I say startled, it was of me. who said that, i asked, but i did assume who. there's a woman who that got alittle uncomfortable, because your taking pics (or she "thinks") your taking pics of her, i dont remember the exact phrasing. i had sat there for a few minutes, so it must have been terrifying for her. so she says, so you were just taking a selfie? yes, I said (had taken a few pics of me while sitting, that lady would not be in the picture, even if she was I still dont think i had done anything wrong. she conveys to her that i was taking a "selfie". when I alittle later goes in to get the manager, the lady that I spoke to outside, is behind the counter, and ery "cheerfully " says that sure she can call the manager, and i tell her to cut the "attitude" BTW, but she was already fleeeing, to do the closest register. wwhile speaking to the manager, I just have to tell her, that male employees, that goes around, loosing their pants, now thats..something that can make someone " uncomfortable " but as a female worker theresaid, "we've already tried to tell him. might say alittle about this store and theyr "prioritations ".

I really like Whole Foods I do… however, some things are just a bit ridiculous.10.00 for some cut up watermelon…. Like you can buy 3 for that price at HEB. I understand convenience but this is just insane.I love their juice but it keeps getting higher and higher too. Sometimes I just think it’s out of control the prices they want to charge.

It's a good idea to visit various stores to check out certain items like imported food. The store has very exclusive products, which may be difficult to find elsewhere. Also, you can check out the fresh pastry and lunch salads, etc. Lunch area is unique.

Good store, excellent help and advice on supplements from knowledgeable and helpful staff but it’s not inexpensive and not to be confused with a health food store. Ample parking.

Hard to find assistance in the aisles, youll find more vendors than actual WF employees it seems like. The few workers you spot are usually walking around aimlessly. Also the older lady in the meat department needs customer service training, very rude.

Nice place to visit but difficult to find products. Like nuts for example, the ones you put yourself in a bag are in a complete different aisle from the ones sold in a bag

Went to Amazon locker to pick up my delivery. Store is super clean and associates are very nice. Might have to shop here instead of just using it for Amazon

This Whole Foods is my favorite. They carry all my preferred specialty drinks, and their grocery selection is vastly diverse. The workers who make the food are courteous, and staff is very helpful. My wife and I enjoy walking to their coffee bar, which serves delicious, healthy drinks. Finally, it’s so convenient that they have an Amazon return hub, which we’ve never had issues with.

This is a great location with a very helpful staff. They have a decent wine collection. They have wines from France, Germany, Italy, South America and other parts of the world. The store is very, very clean. They also have a floral section, free trade flowers which is wonderful.

Yes, best for organics, non-GMO, more on the “natural” end etc. products, and the 365 brand products are a great option for organic products at a reasonable price. However, be careful when buying fresh products here… For fruits and veggies, HEB, etc. Are quite better in terms of quality-price and you can indeed trust what you see (organics too)!(I’m attaching image of product bought as shown less than 24hs ago.)
