I come to this Whole Foods weekly, and I love the deli and the meat department. Tony is always friendly and helps me pick out the best cut of meat. In addition, I appreciate how some of the deli items are not cooked with seed oils. Although they need some improvement in that area, I noticed that they are changing and cooking things with olive oil.

Typically, the Whole Foods experience is prim. I popped in for a quick bite after work. I grabbed a slice of pizza bc I didn't feel like dealing with the salad bar.Nonetheless, the hot and cold foods bar looked fresh and the salad spread was colorful and robust. This is my first time at this location and it's smaller than the one off of S. Post Oak near the Galleria. It still had the open airy feeling of a Whole Foods market, yet a little more condensed.The sitting area is right in front (only one floor here) near the large windows, with plenty of space. I love the fact that there is a microwave and ice water station (this is hottie Houston 😅). The in store lounge is right next to the Amazon drop of/pick up area so there is a lot of traffic coming in and out.This location isn't super busy yet there is a constant flow (feels more like a stop and shop vs. grocery store, if that makes sense).I had a question and someone was available without needing to search. I asked about the Monday special, which is 30% off Tea. The employee didn't really know what I was talking about so I had to show her the sign. They have a special every day of the week,one I remember is the $10 whole pizza on Friday.The team member then directed me to a tea station that appeared to be closed, so I was kinda bummed after she stated that it was closed.A nice community staple, this spot I'll return to with the free wifi and super cold AC lol. Of course, there are top notch products available which is the cherry on top 😉

Simply amazing! well stocked in both grocery and hot food sections. Friendly, helpful staff and a very clean & bright setting. and conveniently enough there's a UPS drop off inside the store.

I wish they would open a store on the east side of town. I miss all the cool bulk bins, I do love that they carry very hard to find healthy options and high quality items. I wished they were more reasonable on their prices too.

Great store with lots of healthy grocery items. They are always well stocked. They have a really good hot bar and salad bar. Pizza is good and reasonably priced. Berry Chantilly cake is my favorite. The staff is helpful and friendly. Convenient location with plenty of parking.

Ordered pickup through Amazon. Every deli item was expired or set to expire tomorrow. I made a delivery order a few months ago and received ham slices with visible green mold on it. I’m done- Walmart has higher quality delivery. Never going back to this location

Very expensive, and look at this deli work. This took me about 30 minutes to get and she must have asked me 10 times how much I wanted. It’s not rocket science - 1 pound of turkey. She started taking another persons order before mine was even done!

Overall decent experience. I came here for an Amazon return. I was in and out in less than 60 seconds. I grabbed a tea and it was discounted because I’m a prime member. Parking is ample. I like the multiple self check out stations available. I’ve eaten here a few times too. It doesn’t disappoint. I didn’t give 5 stars because I wasn’t greeted when I walked in and I made eye contact with at least two staff members.

This a smaller Whole Foods . It does however have a bakery , butcher cafe, and fresh vegetables and fruits full wine selection. Lots of parking and helpful staff. It’s all available just on smaller scale. they have Amazon lockers if needed.

If I could give this location negative stars for Customer Service, I would. If you want fast efficient service from Matthew in the Cheese Department, you need to go some place else. I have never been so ignored and disrespected in my life. I came specifically to this location, passing a smaller WF because I was looking for a specific cheese. I waited to have him finish packaging cheese, taking it out to a display, come back, EMPTYING the trash and waiting on a man who walked up while I was trying to get Matthew's attention.And to make it even worse, a snarky, off the clock "I work here" employee who took offense when I said, "Excuse me, I was here first."I will not be coming back.

Quality is good but price is way expensive. The most important thing is you can always find the same product with a cheaper price elsewhere. If it doesn’t bother, you may shop around and find the best deals.

The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE with Whole Foods Market so far. Called the store to check for Tres Leches family pack and luckily the girl who answered my call personally walked up to the bakery section just to check if they are available. She came back real quick and I drove to the store to pick them up. Going above and beyond for the customers is very rare these days but “NINA” truly deserves a round of applause for providing outstanding customer service. She even opened a terminal and checked me out. To the corporate please do not loose her by any chance she is one of the BEST you have. She definitely deserves a raise and management please take good care of her and everyone in the store. THANK YOU NINA once again. TING!

I generally like this Whole Foods but was disappointed in the pizza today. Ordered one for my friends and I and I got home to find it burnt. I ordered it 20-30 minutes in advance and they said it was fine. Didn’t want to spend $15 on bad pizza. The fact that it was sitting there when I arrived makes me feel like it was rushed.

I really have to say that, I never believe latte drinkers when they advertise a coffee shop because coffee flavored milk is hard to mess unlike espresso. And to my spoiled by one year in Italy life it is one of the best (and the cheapest) in Houston town, $1.84 per double espresso. Chocolatey, smooth, not bitter or sour, just perfect! They need to invest in their outdoors and I will not go anywhere else...

Great place for a meal break. They have a wonderful selection for drinks and eatery and very clean environment where one feels comfortable to sit and relax or just shop around. My favourite is their deli.
