I had never had such a bad experience as today when I went to my favorite Walmart and met the head of the electronics department, a cold person, lacking in polite manners, etc. I don't understand how he can occupy that position. In this department we are going to start with the fact that none of the lactops have the price that they carry, something that she did not understand. I explain to her that I want to buy one but that the prices are either bad or very cheap, to which she responds that we don't have one in a very racist tone, perhaps because she saw us as Hispanics. The truth is I will not buy anything here again and I was a frequent customer. What a shame it should be to verbally mistreat clients and leave them talking only when they ask you questions about your department. The truth is that this lady leaves a lot to sayThe photos of the computers do not correspond to the prices according to the lady in the photo, those prices are not those of those computers, I do not understand why they have them if it is not one of those?

I went to this walmart to get a few items. I went to the gain pods only to discover that they now keep it locked up. I pressed the button and waited 20 minutes but no one came. I saw 4 different associates and no one was willing to help. I decided to go to HEB instead. I've never had such bad customer service in my life. All I wanted to do was get what I needed and leave. I am a disabled vet that can't stand for long periods of time. This makes absolutely no sense.

This is the worst store I have ever been to. I needed something that was in the locked case. I asked maybe four people if they could get something for me in it. Every single person told me they don’t have a key push the button. Well the button wasn’t even working. This nice Hispanic associate helped me look for someone that had a key. This lady proceeded to inform me that there was only two people in the ENTIRE store that had a key. This is absolutely absurd! I don’t care if this is my only option to shop I will NOT be returning.

I used to come here for Dr. Tony Tsao because I’m always in and out when I book an appointment. However the Walmart vision center has been a horrible experience this year. I went in 9 months pregnant hoping I would either get my contacts or place an order and come within the next 5 days to pick up my contacts like I I have the past 4 years I’ve been coming here. But it’s been quite the contrary. I had my baby and have called every Monday to check on my contacts for a MONTH now. And every time I call it’s “call back later” “we will give you a call back soon” “we can’t come to the phone right now, we have customers” well I’m a customer too and I’d like to pick up my contacts!! It’s insane how long I have had to wait to pick up my contacts. Don’t recommend this vision center but do recommend Dr. Tony Tsao. You’ll be in and out of his office.

Purchased my product was walking out and the lady asked for my receipt I gave it to her. She told me I was stealing aftershe checked my receipt and took my items. Embarrassed me . I called and Vera hung up on me. Called back and Juluis hung up on me too. I will never ever shop there again.

Be observant when purchasing food from this Walmart Deli. I obtained food poisoning from some of the fried deli chicken. There also needs to better better lighting in the deli department, it’s to dark.

As with most Walmart stores in this area, shopping inside is not really a fun experience (especially when they have laundry detergent behind a locked video game case in the back of the store and there is no one to help you!!) but I do recommend curbside pickup. It's a lot easier!!

I sent my wife to check and see if they were receiving patients, and she says yes. I roll in my wheelchair into the lobby and there was no one around ... Then when I found someone , the chubby El Salvadorian lady ignored me, then she told me to go online and make an appointment. Wowww, I always thought you could walk in... Maybe I'm wrong. I decided to go to "LensCrafters". You get two for one, and the staff is more polite.

I checked on for my order pickup that the app said was ready. I waited 18 minutes before I had to flag-down one off the 3 employees who were fulfilling other orders. I was then told my order was NOT ready but he didn't know when it would be ready. I asked for a manager but was told he was in a meeting. I finally received my order after waiting 30 minutes but never got a satisfactory answer as to why I had to wait so long for an order that was supposedly ready.

The online ordering experience is unpleasant when it comes to groceries. I was going to order raspberries but the picture and details did not show what brand I would be buying. It was just a generic picture of raspberries. When I called to find out, no one picked up the phone. After the phone rang for 2 full minutes, I hung up. I’m going to Amazon. Do better, Walmart, if you want to be competitive in the online ordering business.

I walked in, smiling at the employees I came across, as I'm going straight to the restroom before shopping. NO ONE smiled back or replied when I said HI.....ruuude!! The restroom was disgusting, barely clean and definitely smelly. Out of 4 stalls, only 2 were working. The smaller stall that was working had an uneven door that wouldn't lock. I had to lift the door so the latch would lock. I couldn't wait to get out as fast as I could. Before I began shopping, I asked an employee about a certain item. She looked at me up and down and said, "I don't know.". I said, "Can you pls tell me WHO would know?" I didn't stoop to her rude level. She again said she didn't know. I turned around with the cart and proceeded to walk out. I saw another employee and told her they lost my business because of the rudeness of the employees. She said, "Byyye!" I just waved as I'm walking away to put the cart back in place. DEFINITELY not a place I'd go to ever again! Good thing I don't live nearby.

Only go here due to proximity to home. Kroger is cheaper, Wholefoods is cleaner. And both are within pitting distance of this location. Only reason to buy grocery's here is the curbside pickup.

Curbside pickup staff was horrible. Walked past me while my window was down several times after I checked in. No customer service at all. Never said we'll be right with you or anything. When I was able to get one of the guys' attention, he walked off not saying a word.

Lots of parking space. Stores gives you a lot of choices. Helpful associates. Got what I wanted in a short period of time. I I had spent a lot of time at other Walmarts and could not find the items I got here.

This location comes with mixed reviews. The store itself is clean for the most part, the bathrooms are a whole different story. As an upgrade is desperately needed regarding the bathrooms. The excitement seems never ending, as a verbal near fist fight broke out in the self checkout lane. People of course had to pull out cell phones and film rather than stop it and what surprised me (which I guess I shouldn't be) was the staff was among the spectators. There were also people beginning their party early by smoking in the store. If you have lung issues, you may want to go to another location.

Bad service. I bought a shark vacuum on line through Walmart, expecting to be good for a while a throw away the box. I used it two times and I noticed that the vacuum is working now here at Walmart returning the vacuum, they don’t want to take it because I don’t have the box. I show my online receipt and they still don’t want to take back.

The people that work there are pretty beyond rude. The prices are marked incorrectly on several items and the bathrooms were absolutely appalling. Two of the three stalls for those who aren’t handicapped do not lock, the locks have been like smashed in and bent or some of the screws have been removed so it can’t lock. Oh and not one of thesinks work. So that’s disgusting.

The sharpest and cleanest Walmart I've ever been in. My pics were from December 18th! Friendly employees of Balvant, Masou & America. I'd recommend this place. Great Walmart. Probably the cleanest and most organized Walmart I've ever been too.

The employees all have a rude attitude problem every time I shop here. This is the closest Walmart and I wish they’d find employees that really want to work and at the least not treat customers like we made them work there!

Extremely poor customer service. The manager was actually antagonistic and confrontational. She did not want to hear anything I had to say and was happy to tell me so. As I was trying to purchase a turkey it was ringing up for the incorrect weight. I believe having incorrect weights is illegal and can rack up hefty fines from the state. Instead of being helpful and trying to correct the issue, they said it was my fault that the turkey was ringing up for the wrong weight. While other employees were trying to help, they did not have the authority to correct any pricing. So, one can only assume that the issues stem from poor leadership.

Seriously they extinguisher the wonder of what it was go and spend time and money 🤑 in Walmart. The immensely pleasure of been Invisible in a crowd of peapol it was awesome! But not anymore now as soon as you cross the door you'll be hunted by a very dom peapol the have the delicacy of discreet as good as a earth quake . Beyond uncomfortable what a shame ..

The auto care area kills me I been there 5 times to try and get a oil change but its always been a problem. Now they don't even have regular oil ! I only go here cause it's convenient!

The store was well stocked. The only problem I had was that upon ordering for online delivery, I did not receive the most expensive thing I ordered. My vacuum! When I mentioned it, in-store I was told to call the 1-800 number.

MASSIVE WALMART SUPERCENTER!!! This Walmart store is one of the largest I have ever seen. They have a huge inventory of items including a massively stocked grocery department. Their prices are not always the lowest on every item, but you will save time and money if you selectively shop. Without question you can find anything you need, in the large department areas. From housewares, sporting goods, electronics, clothes, crafts, groceries, and automotive items this place makes for great shopping experience for the whole family. You can even have your eyes checked, do your banking, send money transfers, and have a snack at Macs!! Yeah...there is more. Just go here.

The garden center is lackluster but the little plants that were there were in good shape. Otherwise the store had a good grocery section and every other section that you can expect from a Supercenter

It's just convenient. Really, you can never find what it is that you're looking for. It has very, VERY heavy traffic and beggers outside of both entrances. I never fully grocery shop at this location. I always go far out to other locations to peacefully shop for what I need
