This started off as a disaster considering the fact that this security guard was just sitting in his car on his phone blocking an HANDICAP PARKING SPOT JUST BECAUSE HE FELT THAT HE COULD......I MEAN IS HE THERE TO PROTECT HIS CAR OR THE STORE FROM BEING ROBBED??????? NOT TO MENTION, IT IS A VIOLATION AND DISRESPECT FOR HIM TO JUST PARK IN THE HANDICAP PARKING SPOT WITHOUT A PLACARD. I AM GOING TO SEND HIS INFORMATION ALONG TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND ALSO TO THE DMV.

This was a tally one of the best Walmarts I've been to.I've stayed away from "Neighborhood" Walmarts because I always thought they were small and didn't stock much. But boy was I wrong.This location has everything on my list in half the time I needed to shop. It has cold items, bakery, produce, cleaning supplies.It seems the only thing really that it's missing is clothing/electronics/ sporting goods. Which I don't need that often from a Walmart trip so the size of the store greatly reduces and everything seems to be so close to another.Will definitely make my routine grocery shopping at a neighborhood store.

I usually dont have issues with this location. Today however, they struck a nerve. To get hygiene items you have to push the red button near casing for assistance. I waited and waited then decided i would reach out personally to ask for assistance and was told "we dont have the key, the front has it." I asked well can you please let someone know and associate replied yes. Finally someone came to say they could not find the key. If they know they have customers waiting to be assisted and they cant find the key, why dont they have someone let the customer know that unfortunately they wont be able to open casing due to the key being misplaced instead of having the customer wait for assistance. They could even announce it. Ijs it couldnt hurt. Other than that problem i would give 5 stars.

This store has been the worst for the past 8 months because they never have what I'm looking for either they don't have it or the workers to lazy to put them in the shells for the past months I been looking for diapers number 6 they never had them right now I came to look for diapers #1 and they don't have It what I wasted of time foreal I would never come back to this store smh

Me and my family love this Bread we are obsessed 😍 is cheap and delicious. Every morning we have it with melted butter is absolutely perfect is so fluffy it soaks all the butter instantly 💯💯💯

Perfect experience the employee was so thoughtful and courteous. And very personal she helped me with the self checkout due to my health problem and she seemed very happy to help me. Which is very rare now adays she is worth having her as an employee

Heads up to anyone that shops at this neighborhood Walmart .... At least 3 of the self check out registers have skimmers in their machine. My debit card got hacked here as well as 3 other people I know of.

It’s basically a small version of Walmart in which you can find the basic products for your daily needs; does not sales equipment; clothing and or gardening items.If you just need the basic; you can definitely find it a this location which is a big savings compared with the rest of the supermarkets in the area.

The worst Walmart with the worst customer service from all the employees. Except the pharmacy, everyone there was polite and happy to help me.I went to the front end to checkout at the one lane self check out. The guy with the dreds and purple Walmart shirt did not greet me but greeted the old white couple walking up to the other lane on the side of me. I am a little handicapped due to surgery. There was a big employee cart with products on it blocking the lane. I asked can you move this for me he motioned (he did not speak to me) to me with his finger no. I didn’t really understand what he meant so i asked again. He spoke out. From the top of the register “It’s closed”. I went to the next register and he proceeded to carry on with great customer service making small talk with the old white couple. We (myself and the couple) walk off our registers at the same time. The Dred head purple shirt employee politely thanked the couple, looked me right in my face and said nothing to me. I felt devalued as a customer who had just spent my money. I received piss poor customer service.I am always receiving horrible customer service no matter what time I come in this store and today was my last straw. Walmart needs to get more computer (AI) workers in there fire almost all these rude customers because WE the customers DO NOT DESERVE the horrible customer service from these employees who don’t want to work and/or stereotype/racists towards customers because you never know who a person really is.I am not the only customer that hates this store and it’s horrible customer service. We come because it’s convenient. This issue and that employee needs to addressed and dealt with. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

This my neighborhood store. My card has a chip in it. When I use it sometimes my card won't work with the self check out. I wish the self check out had tap to pay. I hope this location gets it one day. I might go somewhere else next time I need to shop at a grocery store. One last thing I didn't like my experience with the worker before walked out of the store.

For three years self checkout only!! I have never even seen a lane open. Heck after three years I’ve gotten good at bagging my own groceries. Well tonight to my amazement there were not one, but two lanes open!!! I thought about using them, but there was already a line.So I went on down to the self checkout to find not one person using a station. No wait!! I was told I had too many groceries to self checkout and needed to use cashier. Why tonight? Make up your mind on how you operate.Have fun putting up to many groceries!!

Im so glad i don't live in that area!!!!! I was appalled by this store and the staff. I already loathe going to walmart because of the demographic and/or weirdos that this store attracts but unfortunately I had the displeasure of going to this walmart only because it was on the way to my home and it is the only store that is open at early hours of the morning. But I promise you, I will not be returning to this location ever again or any other walmart stores for that matter. It's so many other establishments that will give you great customer service and more variety that is worthy of your time. But I would like to take the opportunity to thank walmart management for hiring the staff that drove me to that decision of not shopping here any longer. With the customer service they provide, I was able to take my business elsewhere and find something so much better for myself. They train walmart employees to have the work ethic and attitude of a DMV worker. So go figure!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I wouldEvery time I come the employee by the name of Valerie is very rude and disrespectful. She does not deserve to be working in customer service . She's very snappy and speaks to us in a irritable tone. She yells at us and acts very unprofessional every time my husband and I come. I tried to tell management multiple times and their always too busy. It's a wonderful she hasn't been fired yet. I come almost 3 times and week and it's gotten to the point where if im in the store and she is there I will walk right out and leave. Someone needs to talk to her and give her a lesson on customer service immediately

It's close and convenient but otherwise not worth the trip. yell at you "Other way ZERO (0/5 Star) is the best I could do.Their customer service lack of manner and communication skills.They are not ready to help any issues at all , they would yell at you, even the store manager as well doesn’t have manner of approach. They are always ready to yell and fight; Infact I Wonder how they passed the job interviewed.I expect them to have a kind of soft word and manner of approach but they lack it completely.

I live directly behind and like this store..the people are nice and for the most part kind and knowledgeable. I prefer the hot food area when the Hispanic ladies are serving, they're nicer and not mad but that's not an all the time criticism but yeah...please serve us kindly. Once again..it's not all the time..just being honest. Employees are very helpful to handicap shoppers.

At the entrance there is too many blue carts for the curbside orders. The carts are in the way & ive never seen this much mess at any other store.It's messy and really looks tacky. I wonder if its a fire hazard....Also an employee in the online grocery department misused my mothers debit card number & made a personal purchase with my elderly mother's debit card number. She ordered grocery from the store because it was convenient, but she will no longer utilize this location online grocery service on West Bellfort & Gessner. She had to cancel her membership. This illegal activity is supposed to be under investigation. The store is a mess.

The workers are very friendly. I especially loved being greeted by Mrs/ Ms Sheila who always comes to work with positive words qand friendliness and before Covid she would always give me a big hug. I had been coming to this store since it opened and the management and workers are really good to me. It feels good when I pull up and even the pharmacist knows my name.

Never have I ever been so insulted in my life. Since the pandemic came on thescene, Walmart quality has went down in so man areas. Today; I was harassed by so called workers walking around doing nothing but want to profile me who comes to this Walmart frequently. I have my school equipment and others have big purses; satchels, and what nots. Do I look that beggars dressed like a chef but the wrong skin tone I guess. I'm right here now writing this review. Let's stop letting every thing go like it's okay for us to be mistreated like this. We need to refrain from giving these racist businesses our hard earned money. Plz take a stand for you and yours if not for the cause. They don't deserve our bread. I pray right now in the name of Jesus that ppl will apart to walk out of these stores and not cater to them. Lead us to family businesses in need right now Lord. Shut down Neighborhood Walmarts that are not for the neighbors. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

I have been going here for 10 years. The remodeling has made it easy to maneuver through the store. Check out is easy as most of the self checkouts take cash and card so you can use those. Late at night, few lanes are open and can take awhile to get through em, but still decent.

I waned to get meat from deli, literally stood there for over 10 minutes. I left to get something else I needed then came back no one ever acknowledged me, so when I got someone’s attention she asked them lady who stood behind the counter to help me she said she wasn’t working. I had to go to the front of the store to ask for the manager to get help which was ridiculous to me because the man who helped me was standing there at by me when I was trying to get someone’s attention
